Zero stars. No customer service at all. No parking. Huge selection but no one to help or answer questions. Customers cant touch the wigs but no one is there to assist you with your purchase. They gotta do better. 10 other stores in the area.

Buyer beware!Last week my Morher went to Macy 2 beauty supply store on Clinton Ave and Springfield Ave. in Irvington NJ.She went in to purchase 4 items that totaled $18 and change. The owner of the store looks at the items and rings them up as one purchase. Not taking the time to properly scan the items and charged my mothers credit card $34.My mom caught this and told her that’s not the correct price (plus the items all had a price tag on them, so you can clearly see how much your paying) the cashier/owner basically says oops. And acts like it’s nothing. No apology, nothing. So my mother asked for a refund, which she got. She tried to pull a fast one and didn’t think my mother was paying attention. And from what I hear this isn’t the first time.What makes it worse is the they also OWN the Beauty Supply store directly across the street. Bottom line that’s bad business. There’s like 8 beauty supply stores on that same street so my mother had many other options. But be careful if you go to Macy 2 and Beauty Masters Beauty Supply on Clinton and Springfield Ave in Irvington. They will charge you the price they want if you don’t pay attention.Feel free to share.

This is the worst beauty supply store I ever visited . The costumer service is horrible . They are little to no help instead they rather follow you through the aisle to make sure you’re not stealing . They should use that same energy to assist customers .

Be very careful when using a Debit Card...the Chinese Owner tried to double charge me luckily I checked my receipt before leaving the store...total bill was supposed to be $23.00 she had charged a total of $53.00!!!!...I had to physically recalculate my total cost with her and she had to refund. Not a great experience!!!

Macy is wonderful and has great prices and availability of product. She also gives me a discount here and there because I shop there very often.

I have been supporting Macy since I was 13 years old and I am now 25 I use to go to her other beauty supply on Lyons avenue and started going to this 1 because its more convenient. Its not the best prices but they will usually have what youre looking for if not sold out. Thats why I was shocked and surprised with my latest encounter. Shes really greedy and money hungry. Her prices is always $1-$5 more than what you would pay anywhere else. Warning if you come to exchange your hair she will try and get you to come out of pocket for switching something that is of the same value. And honestly she doesnt give discounts she will say she giving u a discount but charge the usual price because all her items are higher. She lost a loyal customer and I wont miss her.

I went to Macy’s and brought a pack of Janet hair and was missing some of the hair out the pack. When I called th lady she says nobody didn’t take no hair out the pack. When customers call you to complain about the product you sell you should listen to the customer. I will never shop there again.
