This was actually the 3rd Dollar General that I had to go to in an hours time. And each store that I went to had absolutely nothing I wanted or needed! They said that theyre waiting for the truck to deliver the shipment. I was fine with the 1st store saying that but, the next 2 stores had the very same excuse! Thats not cool at all. After all gas is high and the time it took to get from one empty store to another was a bit much!

Only one cashier,seem like he was the only one there working the shelf were not stocked,as with all dollar generals in our area seems like every store employee want to be the cashier or behind cashiers desk instead of stocking and resupply shelf product in isles on shipping carts. theres always one employee at area stores willing to do work never seen a manager or supervisor.Need Upper Management new direction seriously.

I like DG products I will travel any distance to find a DG, their paper towel is closet to a known brand name, price is affordable, please dont sleep on DG they have items thats very unique. Keep up the good job.

Dollar General is a good place to go to pick up odds and ends, but be careful you might have the tendency to overspend while going thru the aisles and picking up stuff because the prices are fairly decent

A lot better looking since they redesigned the store but still the same issue of poor staffing and stuff being everywhere. I was highly disgusted as one of the employees was sitting on a lawn chair casually eating a bag of potato chips. Store needs better management

My biggest issue with this location is that the autobody repair shop across the street has cars in this lot taking up all the spaces, even near the back fence. Its never anywhere to park because those autobody cars take up all the spaces. Also, on May 13, 2021 this location posted up 3 handwritten signs that read CASH ONLY. I was so disappointed. This is a busy store always with a line to the back of the store and with the lack of staffing, they are only accepting cash this day. Just more annoyance dealing with businesses in urban communities.

Well theres nothing wrong with this dollar general dont get me wrong here but its not that clean and I was really surprised they got an amazing sanitation hanging up and sometimes when you walk down the bread isle you can see some breads ripped open and eaten. Also not the mention some of the candy in the front doesnt look like they replace it because it looks a little dusty. But furthermore I like the employees there they seem really nice and treat everyone with respect I recommend going there I just dont highly recommend.

This Dollar General has pretty good deals and especially good if you have the DG app.

Your experience will depend on the time of day, sometimes the aisles are neat most time they are not. The friendliness of the staff varies and support as far as customer service isnt consistent. One thing for sure theres always a line and not enough cashiers.

Its a DG, you know what yer gonna get. But better selection than most dollar store brands.

Ive always found what I wanted there. More convenient than going to a grocery store for needed minor items

Employees were pleasant however, there selection for party decor, ice cream and milk was limited.

I still have concerns about the amount of time that the lines are allowed to grow longer before an additional register opens.Its great that the management strives to keep the shelves well stocked for the consumer.Its equally important for the consumer to get in and out in a timely manner.

Cashier spend too much time talking rather than checking out customers.

This store is a block from my house and Im pretty sure its faster to get in the car and drive to Walmart. Things are always disheveled and mid unpacking. The worst part is that the service is actually KIND. Someone should just hire more kind people to increase the efficiency.

This is a great Dollar General. The customer service is excellent and the store stays stocked with a lot of my favorite items.

Hello. I would like to bring to the management’s attention of how I was ridiculed today and how your staffs showed lack of emphaty during the course of their duty to customers. I was at the store to pick up $100 WesternUnion transaction. The thing is, I am an expecting mum with my due date very close. There was a long queue of people and I pleaded that the staff attended to me rather than make me stay on line for about 10 minutes but the manager (young black lady)refused stating that she has to attend to everyone on line before, she called her colleagues and they were laughing at me for requesting special attention.Her behavior was inhumane and unprofessional. We do not need people like these on the customer facing end. She is not customer-centric and so insensitive. She might make you lose business and patronage.

Nice and have lots of items you need weekly.

Very convenient location with parking provided. Prices are reasonable. Cashiers are polite. The only thing I would say they should hire more cashiers. Theres normally a very long line because of the lack of registers open.

I love Dollar General! The store could be a little more organized, the isles are cluttered with merchandise that should be stocked, and more registers should be opened during busy times, but overall its the place to go to grab all of your last minute necessities.

As a convenience store in an urban neighborhood it has affordable prices and decent selection of inventory. Good hours of operation 8am-9pm and is sanitary. However it lacks its performance of customer service and overall store operation. Its not bad but its not good either. The store seems to at times simply run itself minus the cashier. Being a regular customer since its opening about 5 years ago it has done well and is a great place for teenagers or young adults to look for job placement.

Since the so called upgrade the cashiers are much nicer but the store itself is disgusting and dirty. The parking lot isnt any better, theres garbage and filth everywhere.

Very Disorganized. I can visit here 3 times in the same week different days and see the same palate of goods in the same isle thats never been touched to put on shelves. They need more employees or the ones they have need to start working. This seems like a high volume store but they never have the things i need when i go there and a lot of unpacked goods sitting around. It looks really bad in here

The lines are always long staff members are not friendly I purchased a case of 28 bottles of Aquafina water and asked the cashier to use the handheld scanner to ring up the case of water she said no I had to put it on the counter I was fine with that but then once I put it on the counter she proceeded to use the handheld device to scan it! stupidity! Regardless if it is a discount dollar store I still expect great service.

I expected knock offs and to wander the aisles, passing over unfamiliar brands at bargain prices. Instead I was tight (upset) because I had just bought a few things in the store at higher prices the day before.

BAD experience

It was only 2 ladies working one on Tge register and the other she look as if she was doing returns, line was long. Not a good experience, can be better. Everything I needed they had,that was a good thing.

It was great for school shopping. But i feel like they should be more lines open and a little more organization
