I received terrible customer service when I eat advised to come to this location by Customer Service. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and this was the worse experience with T-Mobile. The Assistant Manager was not helpful or courteous. I will never recommend anyone going to this establishment.

The employees are not well trained here at all. I was there for my first time last year December 28 to get a phone and I don’t feel comfortable talking to d guy on register 2 at all. My new phone is giving me problem now and I feel like not going back there cuz they don’t make customers feel comfortable I really need to let the manager of that store know all of dis cuz Dey gonna lose customers if they keep acting foolish

Every time we go into this store the employees DO NOT seemed to be trained. Customer service is horrible and they have no idea how the products work, how the register works, or how to properly start an account. I wish I had never switched from T-Mobile bit I guess the best part is that they have been bought out by T-Mobile so I guess the employees will get proper training now.
They have the worst attitude in this location. If i can give them 0 stars i would have. No manners at all like we are not paying for our services. Especially the indian guy that is in there. I would urge the higher ups to go visit this store.
Awesome customer service from the manager. He Activated my S10+ and transferred my info over like a CPU! Awesome job. And disposed of the old 8+.
