A terrible experience! Cheap and stolen items. Horrible service and very unprofessional. The owner Francisco Tirado a narcissist who treats his clients badly. In addition, employees ignore consumers and treat them like garbage. In my case I went to buy a phone and wanted to talk to the owner because the article was not what he described and he told me that it was not his problem if he did not have money, that he does not do business with poor people! If he knew that I can buy his small and cheap cell business and use his income as a tip. Ignorant, speculating with a stereotype. I do not recommend it.

Terrible experience! Unless you plan to stay for several nights, do NOT consider them. We got cancelled our reservation with only a day in advance on the 4th of July weekend. To make it worse, even the manager only offered my money back but no effort to make a compensation with a new place. And even WORSE, they said it was cancelled due to issues with the house pipes, but then found out from an insider that the house was given to other people who wanted to stay more nights than us (and requested the stay well after we were confirmed).Being a group of 8 people stranded due to their irresponsibility and greediness made my birthday weekend a caos.Warning-- Careful with this one when requesting short stays!!!

Terrible Service. I only went once, I bought a cell phone, they did not configure it well before leaving. I went in quickly again about 15 minutes and they told me that the cell phone left the store and that it had no guarantee. I never went back to that store and to all the people who ask me about the service of that store I tell them my experience so that they never go. They are rogues. People who struggle badly do not prosper. They dont even deserve a star.

Those people are scammers I bought two tablets they never worked and they left the phone numbers changed and they dont answer anyone. They are rascals, irresponsible who steal peoples money and the happiness of children with tablets that do not work !!!! DO NOT BUY HERE. Horrible customer service. They cant stand the pressure of dissatisfied customers. They ignored me and blocked their facebook page instead of answering me and dealing with my situation. That is what separates the pillos from the professionals. The childrens tablet is rubbish. It goes out of nothing, it takes to load, the Wi-Fi range is mediocre, and the apps it came with are Chinese. Cost $ 150 with extended warranty and they charge an additional $ 20 for car costs to bring and change the tablet that is supposed to work first. Then it would cost us $ 170 a trash of tablet because they do not return money. Good way to rob people! No wonder they do not return money if they are scammers taking advantage of parents and grandparents. The tablet dis that came with videos and had NOTHING. Wish mongo cover and cheap handles do not work for what they are. Applications run by youtube and another by torrent servers (pirates) that was not for children, the rest were Chinese language apps that did not understand anything so they were deleted. Most of the apps were deleted and I ended up downloading videos myself and installing games from the app store myself because the ones I brought from the NES are garbage too. But whoever doesnt know about that got mad at you! For that I bought an excellent tablet at Best Buy and installed everything myself and had better service, better product in addition to money back if it ended up dissatisfied. My poor mother was taken with a short mango handle, wanting to give her granddaughter something! It becomes my self or visit them. They should not post customers post on their facebook page and not have ratings there but DO NOT SELL ANYTHING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

Tremendous bad experience I still did not meet a month with the tv box which from the beginning I told the saleswoman that it was not working and they are still 28 days and I do not miss anything and I have no type of programming in the box need update it at least and not even that, because I only asked them to update it again and Im still waiting almost a boy for a month what I see is that they want the month to be fulfilled to ensure that I no longer have a guarantee
