The customer service on this location is not what T-Mobile advertise or the type of service T-mobile expects from their employees. I currently have 5 lines with T-mobile which includes a flip phone for my 80 year old mother. The flip phone is less than a year and it is now having issues. When anyone, including myself tries to call the line, the phone rings one time and goes to voice message. The phone is also overheating. For the second time, i had my mother take the phone to this location since my mother is close the Isabela mall. The rep that assisted my mother, only tried to sell my mother a phone instead of trying to find out the issue and see about getting the phone to work. Yesterday, i called T-mobile here at the states and was told they would note my account to have someone at the Isabela shop call T-mobile technicians so they can assist with the issue. Instead, they took my mothers phone inside the store came back after 2 hours and told my mother the phone should be working in a couple of days REALLY? if the phone is not working now, how will the phone start working in couple of days? by magic? This is why many of us compare the service here at the state and dont understand why the same company can be so different in Puerto Rico. Many puertoricans have accepted the bad service, but we should not. i dont usually write a post with a review, however I wanted to post this review. I am currently writing a letter to the company as soon as i am able to get the name of the person that assisted my mother. she was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I believe she was just there to get a check and not because she care about server-sing a client.

So my mothers phone breaks and I go into a T-Mobile to add a line to my account. At first I had a really hard time but the due diligence of one of their employees Julio. I was able to get my mother her new cell phone.

Slowest customer service on the planet. The one star Im giving them is very generous compared to what they really deserve. Employees show complete disregard for waiting customers; John Legere would have a heart attack if he found out how this (Plaza Isabela) store operates. I walked in to purchase a phone but was so disgusted by the lack of care that I walked out with the desire to never come back. Re-training is needed badly.

Isabela Puerto Rico store. Bad service, by protocol they write you down on a list and tell you to wait outside. They dont even call you to tell you that they wont be able to help you. And when you go to the store, not even an employee comes up out of courtesy to tell you, we close at a distance with annoying gestures because you touch the glass so that they stop ignoring you. They do not apologize for their lack of diligence in customer service
Good customer service, very attentive and I solved my problem very quickly.
They had me waiting outside the front door for more than half an hour when they deigned to open, I explained that I was only coming for a chip for the cell phone and they told me that they were going to close that they were going to close the boxes that I would return the next day. A total lack of respect and lousy service and operation.

If you are bored and want to give away your day in a meaningless cause, then dont hesitate to come to this T-Mobile then. They are the best at wasting your time. A line of 5 people more than 2 hours waiting to be served.

They am a customer of T-Mobile for 5 years with 5 lines to my name, I never received such rude treatment like Mr. Rafael Acevedo. Im trying to report it with T-Mobile why because I was on the phone with customer service witnessed how rude and inept it was. Not willing to listen and serve customers. If you are not willing to deal with the q they deserve respect their clients should not be the place for this person work very badly leave the company T-Mobile I have always provided an excellent service. This store would not recommend going to avoid the ill-treatment and tantrums.

I have been trying to communicate specifically with the T Mobile Isabela P.R store for more than an hour and they are so inept that they do not respond. Call 611 give me a solution and an amount of money in reference they send me to Isabela and they tell me that the 611 operators do not work in P.R so they do everything differently and they charged three times what a T Mobile operator told me. The AT&T competition is strong I will consider going with them.
They are somewhat short-staffed at the Isabela Mall store.
