Bed bath used to be my fav shop., but now it’s really gone down :(. Expensive and very average customer service . I still find few things on sale and buy them, but without a sale - it is really expensive... wish you can be more competitive in price . Love ur products though .. Peking can also become less in peak days ..

I used to like BB &B BB better, when they had more specialty foods and brewed tea and coffee, but there are still items I look for. Gotta love coupons that dont expire.

Nice selection of stuff for the kitchen and cooking. I just bought a bunch of new pans for cooking as my old ones are peeling and I was growing concerned that the food cooked in my old pans wasnt coming out right. Anyway, new pans and wooden spoons and a spice rack to maximize space in my kitchen. I do a refresh of pots and pans around every 2 or 3 years.

Normally I love this store, but at the moment its in transition. Many shelves empty because stock is moved to the new location which is not yet open. A bit of a disappointment, but I can be patient. Im sure the new location will be well stocked as well as much easier to find!

Very poor customer service from return desk, to associates bunching together on the sales floor. We left and went to another store.

This place has everything. It was the only store by me that had the Versa Cart which Amazon sells for $100 but BBB had for $49 and with member discount $39. They have so many lovely house items! Staff was very helpful as well.

Had problems with ordering an item on line last night, so I drove to the store and had manager himself help me out. Great experience. Plently of on clearance items in the store, great selection, good prices plus the coupons to lower the final bill.

Bright and clean. Recently relocated so lets see what it looks like in 6 months.

Things are scattered and shelves are bare. Hardly any people inside and still a long line. Not sure if the store is closing or being renovated yet despite that not as bad as other stores Ive seen going through the same thing.

Staff was patient and did not hustle my elderly family member ...keep up the good work

Helpful staff always gets me what I need in a hurry. But sometimes its also a lot of fun to wander around and see all the cool stuff. I live at the NJ Shore and it is a revolving door of visitors in the summertime. We always need Linens, Towels, Pillows, Beach stuff & chairs. I can get everything quickly and easily under 1 roof. I was disappointed to find out that location does not sell toiletries anymore. You have to go next door to Harmons.

I hardly write reviews... but as soon as I walked out of the store I said to my fiance, Im writing him a review! SERIOUSLY, Leon is AMAZING!! We had such a great experience shopping for our wedding registry! He was so nice, explained everything to us thoroughly, what were must have items and how many items we should put on our registry based on our guest list. Being a young couple starting our lives together he made us understand that its okay to want what we want. Just scan it! Hed check on us periodically while still giving us the space to wonder about the store scanning whatever wed like. He really emphasized the idea of fun throughout the whole experience and thats exactly what we had, so much fun! Thank you Leon for being AWESOME! You really made this experience effortless and defiantly very memorable for us! Not sure if couples can request who they meet with on appointments but if so definitely request LEON because hes great! Amazing collection, ample parking and great customer service.

Coming back but selection isnt as full as pre-lockdown. They should clean up or get rid of the discount section. Broken boxes and product on the floor makes it look like they dont really care. Makes me wonder why I shop there at all.

Finding things here is usually not difficult and the workers are very helpful when I do need assistance in finding things. The food selection is also great and I love how I can find treats that I like that arent always available at ShopRite.

Saleswoman was out of this world. Went over the call of duty and found what I was there for, and I am satisfied.

Like most of the bed bath stores Ive been too, this one is clean and smells nice. It has a new organic food section( world market ) and location is really convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is prices. Most of the product they sell could be found online with a cheaper price tag. But bed bath makes up for it with their coupons.

Great place for your home needs, bed bath and beyond have been remodeling and renovating the insides of their stores which is a great thing to see. Prices arent to bad and they frequently give out coupons to make you feel like youre saving a little extra, just dont forget to ask to sign up with them.

When you sign up for the $29.00 deal you get a great discount on everything

Check out was horrible. There was one cashier, and about 20 people on line. They finally brought up a second cashier but that did not help as both of the customers being waited on took at least 5 minutes. I waited on line over 15 minutes

I have a love for cooking and their food and beverage department is amazing for finding new and unique things. A nice coffee sampling station perks you up right when youre shopping experience begins. Dont let the long lines at the checkout concern you. They do a great job getting everyone out quick.

This is the largest BB&B Ive been in. It has a grocery area. I was tempted to roam the store. But a helpful store employee guided me straight to the bathroom scales (yes, New Years resolution-related). I forgot my coupon in the car - again. They held onto the merchandise at the cashiers until I returned with the coupon.

It has a variety of everything. Prices are decent. Parking is abundant. You can get most basic household things from here too... And self care objects too. Its a less impressive version of Walmart.

Nice place, but so high prices

I had a great experience! Store was busy but the Assistant Manager, one of the employees, and the cashier were all helpful. I didnt have to wonder around the store looking for help with the item I wanted to purchase. In and out in 15 minutes!😊

Store is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and so helpful, but my car got key!! Although John (mgr) gave me a phone number to call no one ever return my call with info from their cameras... needless to say I will think twice before I go back.... besides that parking lot needs more than some TLC....there is no definite lines, has so many pot holes, and shopping cars are all over. So enter this lot at your own risk like I did and get you car damage!

Pretty good selection of items. I was surprised to find a little grocery section within the store as I have never seen that in any other location. Some items can be found cheaper elsewhere, but using their coupons always comes in handy.On an unrelated note: the entrance for this shopping strip comes up earlier than I thought so just be alert or you will miss it.

Let me start off by saying that I went to Macys the day before and we were handed the scanning machine and we had NO CLUE how to work this thing. NOBODY HELPED US AT MACYS. So, I set up an appointment to do my wedding registry at BB&B at this location and KRISTI was the BEST. She literally explained every single step to us. We are a young couple, we just moved in to our home so we are starting from scratch. Kristi was such a huge help, she went through the WHOLE STORE with us. I did not expect this type of treatment. She advised us in what we would need and what we wouldnt and since we are young she would explain the use of some items and what is a MUST. She has kids herself so we got some stuff for our baby on the way as well. After spending 2.5 hours with us and helping us pick stuff from the bedroom department, kitchen department, bathroom department, etc. We didnt know if we could tip or not. Unfortunately they do not accept tips so I spoke with her manager to let her manager know that Kristi was just amazing. I have recommended my family and friends to the BB&B at this location and I made sure would they ask for Kristi. So once again, thank you Kristi for making this such a smooth process in a very stressful time. We appreciate you.

Store is has everything your home need.Some item has the same price as amazon, so why wait for 2 days shipping or more if youre not a prime member. You can buy it local and get it in the same day. And support local atorea

If I could give zero stars, I would. Called the store to see if I could use multiple coupons on the purchase of one item. I have in the past but wanted to make sure. I was told I could because one coupon was 20% off one item and the other was 20% off the entire purchase. I was told 2 coupons could be used. Drove down there and of course, the cashier didnt get it and then she called the manager at customer service. She said you cant. I said I was told I could and they wouldnt honor it. I called home office and they said I could because they were two different coupons. Lack of training or they want to make the store more money. They lost 150.00 sale (not that they care) and didnt honor their policy, so wont be going to that BB&B any longer. Its not the company as a whole, its poor management of that specific store. So in reality they felt they saved the store 30.00...... I didnt make the purchase and walked out. They lost far more.

Pathetic customer service ! They said they won’t return an opened fisher price item ordered online but yet if it’s sealed they still will open it to make sure items are in box... your going to open box anyways! What does it matter that it was partially closed as long as pieces are in box! Then you will end up sealing anyways!!! Then take 5 min to return another item pathetic! And take 10 min to return item from person in front of me! Pathetic!!!! I’ll stick with Aberdeen who has better customer service!! If any bed bath and beyond at all!

I really liked this experience. The associate, Ms. T, was very helpful. She assisted my aide in searching for the cream I needed. When she determined that they didnt have it in stock, she went on line and ordered it for me (all the while on my aides phone talking with me making sure she got it right.)She even made sure I received credit for my coupons. Very Pricey, but quality showcased store. The workers were visible. You are free to shop without pressure to buy. I love how their items seem to be a little different than others. I will collect the coupons. I am going back again. When I buy something from them, I know that it will be something that I will keep for a very long time. The UGG Pillows dressed in bone - well Santa - if youre listening...

They used you have plenty of clearance items. It was really a big deal. Now a days that area is just full of junk. Rest of it, this is best place for shopping with lot of discount coupons.
