Poor customer service. No one approached me to offer help, so I left without purchasing because staff looked busy gossiping amongst each other instead of offering service. Otherwise, the store was organized in appearance.

I had bought a router from Edison Best buy and then had issue at my office internet provider mentioned that, this router will not support the optimum internet. And Specialist at Edison best buy, said it will work. So, I went to return the router at Edison best buy, which was not even opened . They spoke to manager named Denny, and Mr. Danny refused to take it back because it is passed over 14 day as store return policy. We had an argument with him, so why tech specialist suggest me this router!!And the same situation I have explained to Jersey city best buy and they accepted my full refund.It was so easy transaction. Staff was so nice and supportive., I think, Manager should listen the customer issue, try to analyze it then give the conclusion on the problem.if it is opened or anything then, it may be the case, but I did not even open the outer box.Anyways, this may help to others, I wanted to share my experiences.Thank you all.

Good service from the floor crew. Good stock of products nicely priced. And, you can find a few steals if you keep your eyes open, especially for TVs.Its a good place to go for high-end equipment. and a good place for getting less expensive but huge TVs (non popular brand name). But it definitely has it all.

For GEEK Squad- absolutely phenomenal team working at this location. Huge shoutout to Clinton and Fatima on 9/13/21. I unfortunately have an insanely busy schedule and am not in one place for long enough to book an appointment and life was carrying on while my screen was completely unusable. They fit me in and made me feel like I was important to them and it really made me feel like I was important to them. Best buy, dont lose these 2! Theyre stellar, Ill definitely be returning in the future for assistance. Cant thank you two enough!!!!!!

This review could had been a lot different and gone a whole other way if it had not been for Jaylin. We were in the store waiting for some help to purchase a chrome book for our daughter. After waiting for an unreasonably long time, Jaylin approached us after the person who was supposed to finally help us went on to attend another customer that had arrived after us. Yes, with no regard to us or the “queue”. While we were ready to walk out, we are so glad the person who ended up helping us was Jaylin. It’s refreshing to see a young man that clearly is passionate about the customer service he provides and is knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Positive attitude and helped us turn what would had been a horrible experience into a great one. Thanks for jumping in to save the day Jaylin.

They have a new system to purchase items and no one inform you. So you stand there until someone decide to come and ask you are you being helped. Then you are informed that you have to go and sign in at the desk by the front door to give your name and wait to be called. Not a good system.

Best Buy stores are generally the same. What separates them is the quality of the store and staff that works there. The staff at this particular one were very helpful and informative. I had a few questions about the product I purchased and the staff members that helped me was able to explain and/or answer any questions I had concerning the product. I would definitely recommend going there if you need help or plan on purchasing any appliances

I purchased a dishwasher at BB that the manufacturer agreed it was a lemon after their service people came out. This was not Best Buys problem, it was mine. After weeks of calling the manufacturer, I decided to go to Best Buy and see if they had any options as a new unit was on back order and wasnt coming any time soon. I spoke with Christine. She listened to my situation, saw that I was flexible in what I would take as a replacement and had a solution for me in minutes. The defective one was taken when they delivered the replacement a week later. Christine is my hero! Thank you!

I waited for 2hr And 40 min an no service all I needed was phone + activation while waiting there were two individuals doing phones in such a big company on left never to be seen again here comes this other guy tell me that its going. To take 30- 40 min for and activation as if thats going. To make me feel better. Waiting. So long there....and everyone I ask for help oh we cant. Do anything ....one associate suggested that I travel another 15 min away from the store. To another. Location which I already did 25min to this location DONT GO TO THIS BEST BUY CS IS HORRIBLE

Decent store, well secured, but not a lot of stuff since everything technological is being sold out very fast. Supply and demand on computer parts are going through the roof. Profiteers rush to hoard it all and Best Buy cannot keep up. Which is good for business, bad for the public that want affordable retail cost.

In addition the sale rep looked online for me and saved me $100.00 by taking advantage of Best Buys Price matching. I had not been aware that Best Buys now also matches prices found on the internet, such as Amazon.

Worse company ever. We purchased a dishwasher. They delivered the wrong unit. A week later they delivered the correct unit, but they couldnt uninstall the old one. Third week, a new crew came, and still couldnt uninstall the old unit. I personally uninstalled it for them. Three weeks in total passed by with no dishwasher. Later on, we purchased a brand-new Insignia dryer from them. Its a BestBuy brand. They couldnt deliver it on time, so I rented a truck and picked it up from the warehouse myself and had my own technician install it. It stopped working within two months. A BestBuy Geek Squad technician came a week later to check it out, he said they have sensitive sensors and the board bruned-out from overheating. Our old Whirlpool dryer was 25 years-old, never had such issues. He ordered new replacement parts. Next appointment for installing the parts is in 6 days. If they dont find the parts, they said they will give us a new dryer, God knows how long this will take. They are a disaster. The Geek Squad technician was knowledgeable and polite, but the BestBuy system is a disaster. We have three kids in high school, they have no clothes for school. Our neighbor was kind enough to let us use her dryer for the time being. Prepare your self to be frustrated.

Brought this to the register only to find out that it was not the same item and such a waste of time to line up for them to mistakenly put the wrong version on the aisle when its a $50 price difference and refuse to honor the mistake. Their answer was,we can either order you that particular one or look for another store. Pathetic

Really bad customer service, was looking at tge demo big speakers almost none of them works called for help and nobody knows how to test it for you, was looking to buy one that cost 1200$ JBL and this guy couldnt even demo this for me, I no spending that type of money if Im no even listening to a demo device that you have on your floor, be more competent and if you have those demo on your floor make sure you have someone who can keep them working for people like me that would like to hear it first before spend that amount of money. RIDICULOUS

I was recently in the store and had a great experience. I needed a laptop and hard drive and was greeted and given help by two great employees in the laptop area. I had my kitty friend with me Rhys (Reese) who’s been coming to stores with me since Covid. She does such an amazing job at calming anxiety and putting smiles on employees and other customers faces. Ahhhhhh I finished my shopping. I found real good deals here, they matched all the prices on our items. The customer service was one of my best experience today, this young man help us, his product pro info was outstanding, took his time with us to make sure we get the best flat screen available for my Son n Dauther in law. I learn what all these numbers mean now, the rep took his time and believe me, he knows his stuff. I hope Best Buy identifies this young man as an asset. The store is beautiful plenty of parking. They do not have 17.3 inch high end laptops. The associate offered to order for me. But I did not go with it since BB return policy is 14 days compared to others store(90 days).I need to try the laptop for some time for a high end trading workstation.

Best buy is good for any electronics.I went there shopping for a lap top. My salesman was excellent .He was so nice and explained everything and I am knowledgeable about computers but I left more knowledgeable, then I was when I came in the door. Stuff I knew nothing about and never thought about which is so important when you want to get the right product for your needs. .Wow I was impressed!! His name was Tyler if your shopping for any type of computer and have the option to choose a salesman pick him for sure .They are generally very busy there and assign you a salesman but if you have a option pick him . He shared the differences between the operating system which I really knew nothing about .Its been a long time since Ive shopped for something that I needed help with and I cant remember the last time I got a salesman in a store willing to educate me on a product I was shopping for. Also when I asked for a business card he had one .I give Best Buy of Holmdel 5 stars

Went to Best Buy in Woodbridge NJ on 4/92021 to buy a $3000 TV, I was so surprised the customer representative told me they will bring it outside but wont help me loaded on my Truck, went to PC Richard and son and they not only loaded in my truck at no charge but even put some wood on the sides just in case i hit a pot hole in my way to my house- this is the reason we the consumers expends money; to help these stores, but also to receive excellent customer satisfaction, I wont for sure will buy at Best Buy ever again.

Walked in on the Christmas Eve 5 min before closing - to my surprise there were no long lines and very friendly staff. No one told me to hurry up and get out of the store.
