Being a plus sized bride, it was so difficult for me to find a dress that not only fit me, but also fit my style. I was recommended by a family friend to visit Maharani after many failed visits at other stores. I was amazed by how sweet and nonjudgmental the staff were. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were able to customize a dress for me based off one they already had in stock, but in a different color and embroidery. When I finally tried on my final dress, I felt so unbelievable gorgeous and that is exactly how every bride should feel. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here in the future.

We were able to get specific outfits tailored for my son, which was hard to find and elegant pieces for my mother-in-law. We had an amazing experience! We were promised a beautiful gown and we got more than we ever expected. Uncle Ravi was always on time. He showed us samples of the appliqué and the color. Ravi uncle and team turned an idea of a wedding outfit in my head into reality. All in a matter of under 10 days. From helping pick out the materials, dyeing, re-dyeing upon request, even dyeing the color of the stones on the embroidery after sharing multiple embroidery illustrations, it was an extremely productive and pleasant experience! Uncle would even have swatches ready, at no extra fee, to help get a sense of the final product better. Very atypical. A special shout-out to Kalpana who had many useful recommendations! I would definitely return to Maharani in a heart-beat for any future needs if this experience was anything to go by, even if I had to do it long-distance.

Rudest clothing shop in Edison! Do not go there!! I walked in saw a dress I loved and with no bad intentions took a pic of it to show my husband before buying it. The people that work there ended up yelling at me for taking the pic and the guy there was berating me even after I apologized. What type of service is that? I made a mistake took a picture but I apologized and wanted to continue shopping but he wouldn’t leave me alone and kept yelling at me for taking the picture and sending it to my husband. You would think that customer service would be important but obviously it isn’t the case. These people don’t care. They are just rude- warning you all

This place is absolutely fantastic. I came to him last minute for a sherwani. The owner Mr. Ravi hooked it up for me. He rushed the order and my sherwani was fantastic. He made the shoes for me too. Got it done within 3 weeks. Including the embroidery within 3 weeks and fitted to my size. Awesome service. Great person. The staff is fantastic as well. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I came to this store after going through 10-12 other stores on Oaktree Street. The store has a really elegant collection with varying levels of work and beautiful silk dresses. I found the perfect classy but understated dress for a wedding, in a gorgeous fuchsia color that I hadnt seen anywhere else - very happy with my purchase and got lots of compliments from other store visitors. Goral was super helpful and helped me quickly zero in on the right dress in my budget and color preferences. Will definitely make a repeat visit if Im shopping for Indian clothes in future!

I am so thankful I went to Maharani for my bridal lehenga! We were intrigued by the outside, and decided to visit it. We had been to so many other stores, and they didnt have what I was looking for. Maharanis selection is so large and I was ecstatic to find what I had been searching for. I asked Ravi uncle if we could change certain features of the design and he ended up customizing my entire outfit. My fiance was so impressed that he ended up selecting his Sherwani here too! They sent us regular updates on our outfits, and, after a few final alterations during the final fitting, I could not be happier with the final results! You all made my dream come true, and I recommend everyone to come here!

Got a lengha made here for my cousins wedding. Absolutely gorgeous! I picked out a suit, tried it on and loved it. I thought that was it, but they had one tailor-made for me with a few customisations, and they added a matching mask! Everyone is very friendly and super helpful

I am so pleased that I decided to go with Maharani Fashions. When I say I have been to so many Indian clothing stores, I mean it! My fiance and I have looked in both the NY and NJ area and we were constantly disappointed by the selections. A friend who got her wedding dress from here recommended I go. They have an amazing selection and I loved one of the lehengas. I asked Ravi Uncle if I could change the color and not only did he say yes, but I could change the embroidery, the shape and everything! They also custom-made my fiances sherwani and shoes. I had so much anxiety when I went to go pick it up, but it all left as soon as I saw the finished outfits. After a few finishing alterations, I left happy and relaxed, and I am confident if you go here you will to!

I cannot rave enough about how pleased I am with my dress! With all of the craziness from Corona, my wedding was rescheduled and delayed, and I had not had the chance to properly shop for my dress. I had heard a lot of positive things from my family who had been to this store and decided to give it a chance. Ravi and Kalpana were so helpful and were willing to accommodate all the details I wanted, down to the color, embroidery, and shape of the dress. I had a lot of questions about the process, and they were always patient and willing to answer them all. When I arrived to pick up my dress, it was better than my expectation! They did some minor tweaks, as is common with the last fitting, and I left beyond happy and relieved that I had chosen to go with Maharani! My family and I have both been happy with our experience here.

This store is incredible!! What sets them apart from other stores is that they make outfits in the color/design that you like! I walked into this store a few months ago and fell in love with an outfit with heavy work. Only thing was that it was not matching the color theme for my wedding. Ms. Kalpana and Mr. Ravi noted down the exact color that I wanted and took my measurements. They made that same design with heavy work in the exact color that I wanted! I just picked up the dress and my goodness it is flawless!!!! It is better than what I expected. I am so happy and relieved! They certainly exceeded my expectations. This is my go-to store for future events! =)

Month of May initial review - Hi there are a lot of good reviews in here . However my experience was bad .this Ravi uncle messed up the size of my Kurta pajama. Even though we told him he messed he still did not admit. They have black art tactic to sell. They take full money up front and if they mess up they don’t give refund. When they mess up the auntie tells you to go to the back so that other customers don’t see it. After I came back from the wedding, I had two large rips. They sell cheap material at a high price. I feel like they ripped me off pretty badly. Please avoid this business at all cost. I don’t want anyone to have a frustrating experience. If they give back my full refund and the refund to my friends, then I will revise this review and leave a better one. I want great customer service. I’m sure the community wants great customer service too.Response to the owners response below:Hi sir or MadameYes I truly do feel that way and the reality did match up my with feelings.I did confront Ravi uncle about this in person and he admitted at the end that it was his fault.This is big lie that you have written here. Lie to everyone, but don’t lie to yourself that your store did not make mistake.Your workers took down our sizes for the Kurta and pajama, but what they took down did not match with what we had vocalized as well. You have incompetent workers and you had tried to blame it on us when you should take responsibility. The kurta pajamas were too loose. I was going to give my suit to be resized, but you almost said it as if you were going to damage it on purpose . I did not feel comfortable with how you said it. You may need to be aware of how you say things.The shoes should have been customized to our likely. We sent you shoe sizes two times. How can someone get this wrong? Then you made excuses that you had issues from where you got the shoes. That is not in our control and it is your issue. You should informed us about the specifics on the phone or the first time we came.Also the material is cheap and it ripped, so $200-250 was overpriced. The color was slightly wrong.All the customers were not happy. We had asked you for a solution and you had this uncle -beta controlling attitude. You must have great marketing Also you must have been very deceptive in your methods to get away with mistakes. Clothes aren’t bad but owner isn’t very nice, neither is the lady worker. You can’t even browse the story properly because they watch you like a hawk so that you don’t take pictures. Other stores ask you don’t take pictures either but they don’t follow you around like you’re a criminal. It makes you uncomfortable in the store. Heard him multiple times telling his worker to “watch, they’re taking pictures” when no one cares to take pictures of their clothes. They also get annoyed when you don’t like anything or need some time to make up your mind. Would not buy just based on the attitude

They were so rude. I asked to try on one dress. They were so paranoid I was going to take a picture of it. I showed them that I put my phone in my purse outside of the dressing room AND had the worker come into the tiny dressing room with me and they still gave me attitude about it. The first top of the lehenga didn’t fit( only an A-B cup would fit this top) so I asked to try on another one that I saw( I needed one white lehenga and they only had 3 in the entire store that would be possibilities for me). I asked to try the other lehenga and they said it’s Covid and I can’t. They said I should look from afar and decide and just buy it. These also were super expensive like 2-3k for lehengas that weren’t special. For that price I went to Nazranaa across the street. At least their products and behavior matches their price tag.

Back in January me and my boyfriend had decided that after 5 years of dating that with covid 19 pandemic and his fathers declining health that we didnt want to wait anymore and that we would just have a quick court wedding... our families are from two different cultures and different religions so we thought this would be the best way to keep the peace ..I wasnt expecting the beautiful dress or any ceremony... the week of the wedding we decided maybe we would buy some outfit just for memories sake. We went to multiple stores and delt with some rude businesses before we ventured into Maharani... the whole vibe was different the owner greeted us and tended to every need.making sure we found exactly what we were looking for knowing we were short of time he had the alterations done on the dress immediately and worked with us on the price .. he repeated you have to be happy its your day and I want to help make that happen thanks to him I was able to feel like a princess on the day I married and I cant thank him enough. I would recommend this store to anyone!

I would highly recommend Maharani Fashions! My husband and I decided to get married in a short span of time and Ravi Uncle made my lehenga perfect. Ravi Uncle and his team were great at suggestions and helping my find my perfect lehenga. He even switched out the color for me to a deeper red and got his team in India to work on it promptly. My lehenga looks like a Sabyasachi piece but wayyyy more affordable. I would recommend everyone to go there and will be coming back for my sisters wedding.

Ordered 2 outfits for my son’s wedding in LA. I had never worn this specific type of clothing and, as a larger woman, items had to be ordered and custom made. I was very concerned that the measurements would be incorrect and the fit would be poor. When I received the garments and tried them on, they were perfect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Excellent work; I would recommend this store.

Recently purchased my fiances sherwani from here, the outfit fit him perfectly and was beautifully made - one week early! Very happy with it.

Poor workmanship, Terrible communication and customer service skills. They had me pay in advance for all of my bridesmaids outfits and it looked nothing like what I originally picked. You could see through the sari material. The blouse they stitched was of terrible quality as well, and on top of everything else they price gouge you! I was stuck at the last minute trying to figure out what else I could do to fix the situation and I had everyone wear different gold blouses they already owned. I even thought of buying American dresses for them all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You ruined what should’ve been a very nice memory of my wedding planning.

Ravi is rude and is all about how much money he can make off of you today. He yelled at me in his store and refused to fix something that he made. His staff will act just like him to defend whatever mood he is in. I told him that my family has spent thousands of dollars with him and he said that he does not care. He yelled at me so bad that he made me cry and then laughed and me. It was so bad that someone found me outside to take me to another store to fix the dress that Ravi refused to fix that he made. I would never go back to him. Be careful with spending your money. He is also extremely overpriced. His wife is very nice but not there often. Also they never open on time.

Excellent customer service. We live in Canada, Ottawa and we travelled all the way to New Jersey to order our wedding outfits​ from them. They custom made all the dresses we ordered and made sure we got it on time. Owner personally​ called us couple of times to ensure all the outfits ordered are done right and to the perfection​. He even ensured there was no delay in delivery because we were coming from Canada to pick them up. Very pleased and will definitely use their services again.

Ive ordered my wedding reception dress from here. The customer here was excellent and the owner Ravi made it easy. I wanted a customized dupatta and top longer and got exactly what i wanted! Designs were the same and customization was great and I received it ahead of time, enough time to do a second fitting. They customize the outfit you choose exactly how you want. OMG absolutely love this place!!!!! Just picked up my dress, it was custom-made. I wanted a red on red bridal lehnga with detailed design and bling. I went to so many stores and couldn’t Find what I was exactly looking for. Some dresses were red on red with no detail, some no bling, etc. I finally came to Maharaani and told them what I was looking for. They went FAR AND BEYOND to make it look like what I wanted. It’s a dream come true. Kalpunna and Ravi were amazing in making sure that everything was according to my style. The right amount of bling, the individual designs 😍😍😍 I cant thank them enough. I can’t wait to wear this on my wedding. I recommend this place to every dulhan (bride) who wants their dream dress to come true. They don’t let you leave until you are happy. They are ready to fix anything. I don’t know why people wrote bad reviews.

I ordered my engagement outfit from here. It was supposed to be ready in three months and I was supposed to see sample of work and material before production starts. But did not receive any call or any email from the store. After trying several times, got a hold of the owner, Mr. Ravi. He emailed me pictures of the embroidery after two months. I was completely disappointed to see the work. I went to the store next day and told him that the pictures were not close to what I ordered and what he agreed to provide. We went through all the details again and after another three months, I received a call form the store saying my dress is ready. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see they did not make any change from the pictures Mr. Ravi emailed me. Work was not close to what we agreed on, color was way off and material was absolutely poor. Moreover, he was very rude when I told him the outfit was made very cheaply and it did not come close to what we discussed. Stay away from this store. There are other stores in Iselin and Jackson Heights, NY who would provide quality product and good customer service.

I walked into maharani fashions disheartened by being turned down by other stores. I’m a heavy person so finding something readymade was impossible. I had a month before my wedding and no dress to wear to my own wedding. All the other stores around turned me down for the time crunch or the budget wasn’t high enough. I was exhausted from trying at at least 6 stores. I walked into maharani fashion with the thought that they were also going to turn me down. When I walked in I was greeted by Mrs. Ravi asking what I was looking for. I told her I needed something bridal in my size and time is a huge factor. She asked me how long I have and I told her about a month and she said it was plenty of time. Those words coming out of her mouth rang bells of hope in my head. She was my hope! Their selections were, in my opinion, better than the other selections I’ve seen at other stores. I wanted something different, not your typical bridal red with gold. Mrs. Ravi said pick whatever you want and we can customize it to whatever you want in whatever color and whatever additions you want. This sounded wayyy too good to be true but what other choice did I have? I took a leave of faith and picked something and had it customized. I just picked the dress up on Friday night and if no one was there I would’ve probably cried at how beautiful the dress was. It came out better than what I had imagined. I tried the dress on at the store and it fit like a glove. I didn’t want to take the dress off. It brought me back to the first day when I didn’t even want to walk into the store because I assumed they were going to refuse me. I can’t thank Mr. and Mrs. Ravi and their team enough. You guys were my knight in shining armor!! Thank you very very much. Definitely definitely highly recommend.

Then, I had a picture of a dress I wanted to have designed from scratch in India (reception outfit), and Maharani Fashions said they could do it and match the picture perfectly. I was definitely nervous about paying up front and there are no contracts at this store, but we stayed in constant contact with the ladies of the store and made sure they know when I need both outfits by. I did set a deadline two months ahead of my true wedding date!BOTH dresses turned out to be gorgeous. They fit perfectly and above all, I was impressed with the dress they created from scratch. They had me come back to try on a mock-up of the outfit first, which was great, because it ensured that the final dress would fit well. The dress had great work on it.Overall I had a very good experience. During my search for a perfect wedding lehenga, I went to each and every single store on Oak Tree and felt disappointed after trying on 30 plus lehengas (Yes, I am very picky). When I went to Maharani, I was offered a variety of lehengas with different colors and styles. They have something to fit every personality. After trying on couple more lehengas, I decided to get a custom one made based on a Sabyasachi design that I saw on Pinterest. Ravi uncle and Kalpanaben guided me through the process of selecting the colors and fabric. I have to admit after seeing the first swatch I was disappointed but Ravi uncle assured me that it will come out exactly as I had pictured it in my mind. After seeing the second swatch I was super excited to see the final product. THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATION! The work was very clean, fitting was excellent and most importantly it was delivered at the right time. They have truly gained a customer for life. The staff is very sweet especially Kalpanaben, who listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted. They make you feel like family and make the shopping process fun. They got the most exclusive collections in the town. Got my wedding lahenga and my grooms sherwani from here. Very good service. Loved their customised work. The dress looks soooo gorgeous. Very happy and satisfied with their service.Thank u guys!!

I bought our wedding lahenga and sherwani from this store. The shop owner and ladies in the store were so friendly and cooperative. I was a cranky bride but they were very patient. Tbh i got confused because they have a large collection of gorgeous wedding dresses. They customised my wedding dress just like I wanted. Thanks to the shop owner for being sooo nice and patient with me. Because I texted him many times to change the color of my husbands sherwani. They never complained. Instead they were showing me color sample colors over whatsapp just to make sure I can choose the right one. The delivery time was very fast. And the way they talk and communicate I felt like I know them for years. Very caring very warm!! Thank you guys. I will always be thankful to u.Overall I would say, I am 100% satisfied with my dress, their attitude and services.I Highly recommend all the brides to visit Maharani Fashion Plaza. Thank you so much to everyone at maharani in Edison! It was the first store I went to to begin my wedding shopping but I thought I couldnt stop there and had to look around at all of the other boutiques in the area. Of all the stores on oak tree road, they definitely pride themselves on their customer service and selection so after going everywhere else I made my way back! Special shout out to Ravi ji, priti and kalpana for helping me with all of my wedding outfits!! My sister also got all of her outfits from there - 15 years ago for her own wedding and now for mine - absolutely timeless!

They have a great selection and excellent service. I had a sherwani made custom for my wedding that fit perfectly. My mother bought a ghagra choli and had alterations done quickly on site by a friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the price!

Showed them one picture on a specific dress,they made one that looks the worst version of it! These people are gangsters who get dressed made at a quarter of the price and over charge everyone! They are so nice to you until you give them the money and then they say all sales final,they only show you a drawing of what they will do but once we saw the final product we didnt want it at all,total opposite! The employees are very kind and helpful,but the owner was very disrespectful,yelling,didnt even look at the picture once he gave us his product which was worse. Also AMERICANS BEWARE: the owner will think your stupid unless you bring someone from India with you that can not just haggle the price but knows the quality. There was an American lady who was quoted $1500 and saw that the work required for her dress was insanely less than what we had and we paid the same amount. The lady then was upset and the owner cut the cost by a third! Ridiculous!

I ordered a custom lengha for my wedding ceremony from Maharani. I should have picked up on the signs when the owner was being very rude to another customer (plus another time that a woman was yelling at him for being rude to her & his sister). They seemed very nice and accommodating while I was shopping, but then got very pushy to make the sale. It was a lot of money to spend ($2K) so I was not going to rush into it because of their pressure. It was supposed to be ready three months later, but they hadnt contacted me. When I asked about the status of my outfit, they gave an excuse that shipments were arriving late because of the Mothers Day holiday (??). So I didnt get it until 2 weeks after they said it would be ready. When I did finally see the dress, I was bitterly disappointed - the lengha looked cheaply made, despite the money and customization! They altered it but it looked terrible. I complained that despite alterations, it was ill-fitting (the blouse was loose and slouching in the back). They said thats how it is supposed to look, its because I picked a longer-style blouse, its because I lost weight (since I ordered it 7 months earlier, not since alterations started). I got extremely frustrated that they were not going to fix it, and were pushing back on me as excuses, with each round of alterations making it look even worse. I was so upset that I was crying and refused to wear this lengha to my wedding. Hoping for the best, I took it to another tailor to fix it, and she reiterated that they didnt do it right (things were not centered, hooks were not where they should be, the lining was too short and could be seen through the sheer net overlay, etc). After spending time and money trying to fix it, it still looked horrible and I was embarrassed at the thought of wearing this as my wedding dress. I strongly recommend STAYING AWAY from Maharani! They will flatter you endlessly until they make the sale, to find out the finished product is not what you expected, nor do they take responsibility for it. I would never come back here again. Dont waste your money or time here!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Maharani. We picked out her wedding sari and reception lengha over a couple of visits to the shop. What was the most pleasant surprise was the fact that we had both sari and lengha stitched in India, all perfectly. My fiance fell in love with a sari design in the shop, but didnt love the color. Ravi Verma and others were very helpful and suggested we have the same design stitched in a different color. It worked beautifully! All in all, we enjoyed shopping there, and came out with high quality clothes for the wedding! Highly recommend Maharani Fashions.

Ravi has an eye for what looks good and what does not so in the end, the custom lehenga and sherwani my fiancé and I received amazed us. Highly recommend Maharani to handle the outfits for any occasion. In my case, they custom designed my sherwani, the lehenga for my fiancé, and the kurtas for my groomsmen. All of these turned out to look amazing. Ill definitely work with Maharani for my future custom order needs!

We ordered my daughters wedding clothes from Maharani and got some saree blouses stitched. My daughter and I were measured for size, we were given a deliverables date and our clothing items arrived on time, in perfect condition, with bare mimnimum adjustment. The whole time, Ravi, Kalpana and tge entire team were in touch with us, taking care of the orders and changes. We were so happy with their service, which was always provided with a smile. We even recommended them to our friends who ordered mother and daughters clothes for their sons wedding soon after. Thank you Maharani team for making my daughters day special.

Worst service ever owners are not friendly we bought suit from there cost $500 ...suit is defected piece we go back next day the day we bought ....after three month they return us back as a same defected piece and they told us sorry we don’t have time to fix it ths how they r not recommended anyone go there if u buy something check single piece before u pay them........Zero star for maharani boutique

Dear Ravi Uncle, Shashi Auntie, Kalpna, and the entire staff at Maharani.My now husband and I wanted to thank you for all of your services during our wedding style needs.From the time I walked in to the store over a year ago, I fell in love with the quality of your collections, and more importantly the service that you provided my family and me.Being a plus sized bride, the bridal staff was extremely helpful and understanding of what styles and bridal options would be best suited for my body type. Having the opportunity to spend over three weeks shopping in the UK for my bridal needs with no luck, the sole customer service attitude at Maharani make them stand out to the rest.My family and I had the opportunity to order over ten outfits for my wedding needs, from my engagement party to bridal shower to henna party, to pre-wedding festivities to our wedding day & reception within the timeline provided, often times much earlier. Throughout the process Maharani was there with me. Step by step we chose outfits to fit my personality. The pieces of art were tailored to fit perfectly. The quality of work was everything I had hoped it would be.In addition, Ravi uncle was even able to custom make my diamond mangalsutra, designed perfectly based on the two photos of inspiration.Lastly, both Ravi Uncle and Shashi Auntie were beyond gracious and made us feel at home.Thank you & we both are looking forward to being lifelong customer!

I had a great experience at Maharani Fashions! I came in unsure of what I wanted and was able to find the most beautiful leghna for my brothers wedding. They were able to tailor it to my size and it fit perfectly. They were very accomodating and I got it right on time. They did everything to make me completely satisifed with my purchase! I definately recommend coming here next time you are in Edison.

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about but I have had an AMAZING experience with the team at Maharani Fashions. I was VERY skeptical but desperate to find something for my reception. I went to Maharani Fashions after being disappointed in most other stores on the street. Their inventory is remarkable and better than that they customize anything and everything. I went there in May and ordered my saree in different color then what I saw it in. I was really worried if the blouse would fit or if they would even care based on the reviews Ive read. I emailed Ravi several times and I got an immediate response (on his day off) and the next day Kalpana called me. She remembered me 3 months later!!! THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was still worried driving in today as any soon to be bride would be. BUT as soon as I walked in - they were expecting me. Helped me try the saree on and helped my future mother in law pick out something she would love. Preeti and Kalpana gave amazing advice and Ravi was there to help as well. When my mother in law did find something it was double her actual size and Ravi told us he would get it made in her size and have it for us by the end of September! Throughout the experience I felt like I was with family and was getting advice that was honest and very helpful!They really are willing to do anything and everything to help their customers. I will post pictures of the saree later - after the wedding but also pictures of my mother in laws dress. I am also hoping to go back at the end of September and get my mom a saree and a dress for my flower girl.The only complaint I have is that I wish they were up in Boston and much closer to me!Thank you for everything! If I could give negative stars to Maharani Fashions I would. I went in there over 3 weeks ago with my fiance, mother in law and sister in law. I needed a lengha for our engagement party this Saturday and looked high and low down Oak Tree Road and found one I liked here. I have been in this store a few times before and always walked out empty handed because the place gave me bad vibes and the sales people were always way too pushy.I find the lengha I want and decide to give it a shot since I hadnt found anything else. The skirt fit perfectly, I just wanted the top to be a tad longer and my size. They agreed to have the top remade and I would pick it up the weekend before my engagement party (last weekend). Thursday before, I get a phone call from Mr. Ravi himself, stating that my lengha may not get in from India in time for me to pick it up on Sunday. I told him that I needed enough time to make any alterations I may need and he reassured me that if it came in after Sunday they would overnight the lengha to me. Come Friday and Sunday I had to call multiple times to get a straight answer out of anyone, and then when I got a hold of someone on Sunday, they told me they couldnt overnight it because it was too expensive to. That is a verbatim quote from their sales associate, after I had paid CASH IN FULL for this lengha...big mistake. They finally agreed after much arguing on my part, to overnight the dress to me but not via FedEx or UPS or any obvious carrier but by regular USPS mail because that is the cheapest option for them.I finally got my lengha today in the mail (2 days before my engagement party) and the skirt is ripped and the top is so big I can fit my entire hand inside my blouse on both sides around my bust. The strings that tie on the back are put on backwards as if they are meant to tie in the front. I will now have to scrounge first thing tomorrow morning to find a tailor who will charge me an arm and a leg to rush these alterations so I dont feel like a blimp in this lengha and to ensure I am not inappropriately flashing our family and friends and before having to be into work.Maharani Fashions has the rudest and most unhelpful staff and owners I have ever come across. I wish I had read these reviews first and followed my gut that this place was a nightmare. I will never be back and I recommend you walk away and never look or give this place a thought again. I would have rather paid $600 for a garbage bag and gotten engaged wearing that. This place is pathetic.
