Order a wedding dress for full price $3000, based on the floor sample. Only thing was modified changing the length of layers of the dress proportionally. when delivered it was not made correctly but the owner was nice and promised to make a new one correctly. Owner is honest, recognize the mistake & willing to fix it. Waiting for my dress.

Delayed shipping four five times. Very close to the deadline, terrible material was not the same design, did not look professional were tears in many places in my sisters wedding dress. Worst customer service extremely rude to my family was not cooperative at all. If I could I would leave a zero star review.

The dresses are overpriced and the sales lady in charge of customization was VERY rude. She got mad when my friend had a low budget, did not make any helpful suggestions, and then tried to pressure her into making an order on the spot. Will not be returning.

I was interested in a sample piece. All the threads and stones were coming out. The lady did not budge on the price at all. If it was in brand new condition I wouldve paid what she was asking for but I am not paying full price for a defective dress. Will not be buying here. I took pictures so I can get the same dress made on my own.

Absolutely love this place. The owner and the sales person both are amazing. Not pushy at all. And just love their collection.

Very bad costumer service wanted to try a dress on but told me that it too expensive and I can’t play around but clearly I was with my family to find outfit for a wedding. VERY RUDE DON’t SUPPORT THIS STORE

The sales ladies and owner promises to bring in the sample you choose and come close to the wedding date no dress and plenty of excuses why your dress was not delivered.Please think hard before you purchase from this store. The owner doesnt follow up with you and doesnt return calls. I ended not receiving my dress that I had ordered 6mos in advance and the owners and sales staffs reaction was buy something else this was 2weeks before the wedding date.

The owner and assistant are super nice, not pushy at all unlike resham creations where the owner expects you to walk out with something. The owner puts her input when you try on clothes and will let you know if it suits you. I mean really, every desi store you go to, all you hear is yes looks very nice, you vont find this anywhere else -mind you every store is selling the same exact thing! i honestly recommend this store bc theres so much variety and she is willing to bargain with your budget and work with you. Will definitely be comins back!
