This business went above and beyond my expectation. I brought my pickup in for some paint correction and detailing. Not only did they do an amazing job but pricing was extremely fair. My car was hit from behind, entire bumper detached, took it in to Final Phase, and got the job done beautifully, in a decent amount of time! Final phase was recommended to me by metlife. Chris and his team did a fantastic job. The body work and paint came out great. He worked with me every step of the way. Even gave me his personal number to reach him. When the rental company put me in a small car they worked with them to get me a better one. I would definitely use them again.

When i pulled up to the place it was nice and looked professional. But when I met the manager ray there and he said i smelled you pulling up.I went there because I had a accident and my bumper was wrecked and had a gas smell. He asked me what happened I told him and told him I had a claim number so when I said that he rushed and called a rental car for me because he said you have a gas leak and not safe to drive the car.As I was waiting for the rental car he made me fill out the paperwork for the car. Which was fine but I also signed a paper for them to receive the check to fix the car. Next time I will not do that. As he insisted that the adjuster come look at the car but all the insurance company wanted a estimate but he insisted. So the adjuster came and they came up with what was going to be fixed. Now when I go to pick up the car the bumper looked good But the gas smell was still not fixed and that was my biggest concern I still could have drove the car with a messed up bumper but the gas leak my car would not pass inspection. They said the adjuster said it was not part of the accident. Now I have a car that looks good but cant be driven with no inspection now I had to pay 900 hundred dollars to fix the leak. After that I realized that my moon roof was open a crack and will not close.I took it back to FinalPhase and the manager Ray looked at the car and said it was the switch on the moon roof that he would order it and let me know when it comes.After going back 3 times every time Ray said it was on back order it has been 4 weeks now that the part is on back order. Will never go back and dont believe Ray the manager he just wants the insurance check. They got there money to fix the bumper but i had to fix everything else.

Great Shop, Very nice owner told me what was wrong with the car as I pulled up to the shop. Amazing work! Highly recommend.
