I asked for an estimate on getting some paint work done on my front bumper. Clearly the bumper is still intact and not dented just scratched.The owner came back with a quote of $1900 to change my bumper. I didnt ask for a bumper change specifically told them the bumper doesnt need any work.The owner here is a scan artist. Maybe he does good work on the cars, I dont know, but he will do whatever he can to jack the price up.Then when he runs the insurance scheme, he keeps it all for himself. Doesnt even offer the customer any type of illegal rebate.Greed runs this shop. Good work according to the reviews Ive read, but greedy owner.Honest mechanic told me he can paint my bumper for $600 max because of the minimal damages done. I wouldnt go here. Shop around!

I just wanted my estimate and get that done and the guy was so rude and pushy. I know you need costumers but dont be rude about it and insisting demanding to fix it here when I already said no.

My car was finished promptly and looks brand new. Their office staff was efficient and super friendly. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone!!

They were friendly and professional. Great communication on estimate, damage, repair amount and time needed. There is a car rental counter on site that drove me back to their location for the paperwork and to get the car. Repair turned out great and they were in constant contact. Good job!

Amazing service and friendly staff, nothing else you could ask for. I loved the quality of the work. Though.. i am a little disappointed. Although everything they did was awesome (i won’t discredit any of their work) i did seem to find as if i did get a pair of headphones stolen. I did have that confidentiality to leave little things such as that in the car. I’m not going to be that one angry customer that yells through a review & says “they are the worst, don’t ever go there” but i just am feeling a little uneasy about this unfortunate event

I brought my car here a month ago due to the fact my car was Keyed, Dented and Vandalized. The Owner Kevin was great and my car came out better then new. I was very happy with the job they did, the quality of work and there service. They are a Geico sponsored repair shop, which is convenient and have an Enterprise Rental Car Office on the premises. I 100% recommend this place if you need your car repaired. I will definitely go back in the future, if need be.

I have to start of by saying the staff was hands down WONDERFUL!!! My heart and mind was set at ease the moment I was greeted by the staff. They explained how the whole process from start to finish will go. They gave me a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder as a rent a car (enterprise auto is located onsite). When picked up my car after the repairs were done my car looked ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! It had been detailed inside and out and the paint was a perfect match. You CANNOT tell that my car was ever in an accident. They made a customer for life and I will tell anyone that needs a repair to drop it off at Roadside Auto in Islip NY. I was so pleased I called to speak with the owner about the professionalism and compassion of all of gis staff members.

They do good work and when they get done with fixing the damage on your car it looks like nothing happen to it and before they start doing the work they call your insurance company to make sure that they cover the damage on your car and also when your car is being fixed they arrange for a rent a car for you to use while your car is being fixed

I used roadside years ago I took my car there which was in bad shape they gave the insurance company a price to fix it and the insurance company said at that price they will total the car and they knew the car should have been total. But just to get the business they claim they gave the insurance company the wrong price guote and lowered it just to get the money. I’ve could have got a new car & because the car was hit hard it never drove the same. But all just to get the money they didn’t let the insurance company total it. Very baddddd business.

This is a GEICO affiliated bodyshop. Stay away from Roadside Collision. Find another body shop and get the work done there. All they care about is the money - get the car in and out. It has been to the body shop three times and still not fixed properly!8/14/2015-Update - please stay away from this body shop. My car was recently inspected and the dealer found parts broken. Car is going back to the body shop for another week - but not this one.
