We went to mattress firm today to pick out our new mattress and we were helped by Lucy. I had called before going in to get a run down on the different types of memory foam mattresses they offer and she was so helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions. We got to the store and it was very clean and there were hand sanitizing stations through the store. We ordered several mattresses online & also purchased one in-store. The service has been excellent, even through a delivery mix-up, and were very pleased with the mattresses we bought.

Today, we went into Mattress Firm to look for a new bed. The store manager, Lucy, was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After 7 mattresses, we found our keeper. She provided all the info we needed and promised to price match on accessories. Lucy made shopping easy and convenient. We didnt know how long it would take, but it was smooth and simple. Can’t say enough about the customer service here at this store. I originally bought my mattress online. On my scheduled delivery day, I was never notified from Mattress Firm providing me a “window” of when they would deliver my mattress. I tried calling the Mattress Firm 1 (800) phone number but could not connect with an customer service agent. I was frustrated and decided to call this store (near my house) wondering if they could help. Joe answered my call and resolved my delivery issue within an hour and even provided an explanation of what happened. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my mattress on the scheduled delivery day (received next day), Joe’s customer service was excellent. If you are in the market for a mattress I highly recommend this store.

I was in the market for a new mattress and did my research and figured out I personally wanted a nectar matress so my problem was that rv size mattresses are different sizes than household mattresses who knew?! I called several different places and no one gave me the info I needed for the size I needed then I called Mattress Firm and talked to Joe he was very friendly and he knew the size transfer! Finally I found an educated mattress person that knew his stuff and he was very nice and professional about it made it seem like I was buying a mattress from a friend! When the original mattress we purchased did not work out, they swapped it out for another mattress and generously did not charge us the difference for the new mattress that was MORE expensive for our trouble.
