This was the smallest bed bath & beyond e we we’ve been to. Good selection of goods, but really wish that they have more room for displays.

Today Crystal was amazing. She had the item I needed in my hands within one minute of entering the store. I then had a difficult personal moment and Crystal became my private hero. Crystal showed kindness and empathy when I needed it most. She not only saved my shopping experience she saved my day. I am ever so grateful to you Crystal. I always have a good shopping experience here but today Crystal was a superwoman.

Nice, ginormous shopping arena that includes Bed Bath and Beyond with its neatly arranged sections of all kinds of goods, from seasonal supplies and home decor to necessities and specific gadgets, organizational items and more. This visit I picked up just a couple of lil pans, exactly what I needed. The store has sort of a circular layout, though, so feel free to wander all the way through. Discovering clearance items, AsSeenOnTV items, and random nifty gifts is my favorite reason to wander. Helpful, efficient staff make the lines, if there are any, go quickly. Always worth a stop.

Moved in to new place - ordered 2 deck chairs Saturday AM & paid extra for Same Day Delivery. Its now Monday, no chairs - Try tracking order - just says In Process - Went to Issaquah store & the exact chairs I ordered are there - available in the store. Requested they let me take chairs that I have already paid for (plus extra for same-day - 72 hours later) - They could not cancel order & let me have chairs - The only way was to pay again AND THEN DRIVE BACK A 3RD TIME TO RETURN THE SAME-DAY DELIVERY chairs if & when they show up. THIS STORE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT - NOT ONE SINGLE THING. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. There was another customer also having issues at the check stand while I was there. We looked at eachother & said WE ARE NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS GIVING THIS STORE OUR BUSINESS. Do not believe them when they offer this SAME DAY delivery. GO TO FRED MEYER OR TARGET.

Great store, location and plenty of parking. This store is packed with everything you would need and more from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Found just what we were looking for and the service was fast and friendly.

This store seems to be getting more empty the more time goes on. Guessing Amazon and shipping websites have them beat. Really good to see them help with having a large sale before college students leave for school. If you need bath supplies, or home stuff this is a great place to go! Find it to be better/nicer quality than target.

You know what I don’t like about bed Bath and beyond? They really have too much stuff! Sure, I like the accessibility of everything, but I don’t need everything all at once.Maybe if they just displayed the top 20% of their sellers and then offered quick shipping on all the other items, I’d like them more. Having as much stuff as they do in their store makes me feel like they are hoping people impulse buy. A more focused approach, and not the shotgun approach, might be better.

Friendly helpful staff. Not a good selection of rice cookers which we were looking for. Lots of impulse buys though. Fun store to browse.

Was trying get a gift for my friend. Saw employee adjusting his ankle monitor. When I asked for help he just walked off. Guess desperate times call for desperate measures. Left & went to Macys. Much better.

To bad you cant post multiple bad interactions.This time, i got to watch a manager berate an employee, in front of a customer (me). Then, storm off and never acknowledge the customer.Impressive

Very poor experience with the staff, they were quiet rude and wouldnt allow me to simply exchange an item I had with me for any return value. Also the restroom, namely the Male restroom, was in somewhat disrepair. With a Lack of soap and towelettes in bathroom it was rather embarrassing to ask about it to the staff. And when I did ask them to get some more towelettes they simply said Ok Ill do it in a moment. The surprising part about it was there werent many people in the story at all.

I like shopping here. Good product selection. They often mail out coupons and if combined with a sale, you can get a quality product for a really good price. Average customer service in my opinion.

Stay away from this store. They sell used products & lie when you call them out on it. I witnessed an employee being bullied by another employee and the managers stood around and laughed. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor if you ask for help. Jen the store manager is rude & unprofessional. In the end I will never return.
