Andrew and Talon are extremely reliable, helpful and informative. I live a few hundred yards from another Malibu dealer/service company but drive 45 minutes each way to have my boat serviced at Bakes. Every time my boat is serviced, Andrew makes sure I know what was done, anything I need to keep an eye on, and any recommendations. Whenever I need help with products or general/specific tips, Talon has the answers or will find them for me. Thank you both for your continued efforts in keeping us on the water!

We use our Response LXI a lot each summer and inevitably something goes wrong, or breaks. I recently had my second string of amazing interactions with the guys at Bakes Marine. First time was last summer, and I thought it might have been a fluke. Now Ive had a couple more interactions, and Im completely sold.Last summer I purchased a 12 year old Malibu Wakesetter with a few issues. The guys at Bakes knew part numbers off the top of their head, looked up a few more really quickly and were able to get stuff rushed out the door the same day even though it was getting late in the day before a holiday.I cant say enough about the knowledgeable staff, real humans answering the phones, and how kind the people are answering the phone. These guys are top notch! I had my transmission go out on my Tige (which Bakes normally does not work on), my local dealer dropped the ball, but Paul and his team pick up the ball and ran with it. He preformed warranty work and also went above and beyond for me! He found other issues and corrected them and was nothing but professional and informative. Paul kept in contact with me throughout the entire time he had my boat, and I got it back in a timely manner. The bill was more than fair for the work preformed and I have never had a better experience with any other dealer / or shop. I recommend Bakes in any capacity and service they offer. Ive made purchases here out of convenience. This includes a wakesurf board, minor repairs and winterization. The employees are dismissive and usually unhelpful. Unfortunately, I now have to drive 25 minutes further to get decent assistance.
