I have always taken my boat to Casey at I-90 Marine and have been very satisfied with the quality of work and service but yesterday he went above and beyond the call of duty. The starter in my boat died while docked on Lake Sammamish. I called Casey and the next day he dropped his boat in the water and buzzed out to my dock and fixed the starter saving me the hassle of finding a tow back to the boat launch and having to haul the boat into the shop. You just dont get service like this anymore. Thank you Casey you have a customer for life!

I-90 Marine is under new management now. Casey the new owner is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He hooked up the computer to the outboard and provided me with the total history of the outboard. That was great info to have. I had my annual maintenance done which included compression test, spark plug change, oil change, impeller change, lower unit service, lubrication. The engine runs like a champ. Because I did this in Feb, I got a special discounted rate. Highly recommend.

You simply cannot find better customer service from a better marine mechanic. Id trust them with any boat and Im eternally grateful for their speed, great work, and fair prices. I drive over an hour out of my way to bring my boat here. just the distance that Im willing to take my boat to have I90 work on it should speak to the value of their service.

My experience with I90 Marine Center and specifically Casey the owner was the worst it could have been. There was nothing about my experience that would cause me to ever bring my business there again. In fact it was so bad, I’ll personally make sure nobody I know ever goes there.I went to I90 in early March 2015 to repower my Grady White. I chose them because they were the closest Suzuki dealer to my house. I purchased a 300 HP and 9.9HP plus steering and rigging. I chose to wait to write a review so some of the bad taste could potentially go away over time and I would not be making a snap decision on my overall experience. Unfortunately the exact opposite has happened. Over time I’ve become more and more unhappy with the work done. I have had my 1989 Seaswirl in for service on many occasions and I have always been very satisfied with the service, and feel the prices are fair.

I bring my Four Winns boat here for repair and maintenance because Ive always had good service at a fair price and I trust their work.

I have been working with Steve owner of I90 Marine for 3 years now. He has done a great job maintaining my boat from Winterization de-winterization, belts, trailer, and standard maintenance. Recently I ordered a new 4 blade propeller which was purchased and installed by I90 Marine. During my test run on the lake I discovered the wrong prop was ordered. Steve immediately took ownership and replaced the prop the next day. Not only that he noticed my belt was squeaking and replaced it with no labor charge as compensation for my propeller issue. I have had nothing but honest feedback on what needs to be replaced on my boat and they provide all replaced parts to me which has clearly shown the need for the replacement. Steve has a customer as long as I have a boat.

KC is excellent at repairs and service. Inboards outdrives outboards.
