Jill has been such an incredible help! She checked in with me days later after an issue to see if it had been resolved on her own accord! Then I had a shipping issue with addresses etc, and on the weekend (of a holiday!!!) She responded back and let me know she had initiated a new order planning for it to arrive before I leave for my wedding. Top notch flip flops. They are very comfortable and will take some abuse. I abused mine with lots of walking and a little more, then they had an issue a little over a year after purchase. This issue was rectified extremely fast and easy with the LIFETIME WARRANTY I somehow missed. Definitely the right place to buy from.

Great flip flops!!! I grew up in flip flops and have had more than shirts, shorts or pants, and these are well made. I won’t be buying $90-100 pairs any longer. These have a great heavy duty strap and the bottom is comfortable as well as durable. Great cause that puts out a GREAT product!! You’ll be surprised, I was.

My wife gave me a pair of AK47’Combat flip flops back in 2016. Being a veteran, I was immediately impressed with the company’s mission and dedication to both veterans and victims of armed conflict. I liked the look, loved the comfort, and wore them often.A few days ago, the strapping support between the toe of my left sandal gave way and broke. Sadly, my great flip flops were unusable.I wrote to the company (which I rarely do) and told them of the broken shoe. They IMMEDIATELY replied with the offer to replace them. Great flips, Im a big guy with alot of back problems. 5 surgeries since I got out of the Corps. I cant often wear sandals. But these ones work great. Had a small manufacturer defect, and within minutes of my email. I had a new pair ordered and on the way. Thanks team. Keep up the great work. SFMF

Awesome folks. I got a pair of the AK-47 flip flops and after almost a year of daily wear had some delamination of the sole. Other than that - its about the only apparent wear on these things at all. Super comfortable and great quality. Then, it turns out their customer service even exceeds the quality of the shoes because minutes after emailing them for a warranty claim on the soles peeling, they put in an order for a brand new pair for me. Unbelievable. Theyre going to be getting some more orders from us shortly.

So I ordered two pairs of floperators (one pair for the wife and one for myself) and a set of the subdued US flag patches. The shoes showed up faster then expected and they are true to size (I am a 10.5 so the 11 fit perfect). The only thing was the patches were left out. I contacted your company via instant message and I got an immediate response and was told that they would be sent immediately. That is the kind of customer service I like. I am so impressed that I ordered a pair of AK-47’s and I am waiting for them to be delivered.I can’t say enough good things so far about this company. After ordering 3 pairs of flip flops for my sons at Christmas I knew they’d be put thru the ringer.Late teenagers are hard on equipment.Unfortunately we had some minor issues.That being said the customer service is beyond excellent. I have bought a few pairs of flips flops in the past (for me and my friends). i recently ordered a pair that was too small (my fault, ordered smaller size). I informed CFF that I had worn them twice, but they were too small. They said no problem and took them back and sent me the right size. I had them within a week. Wow, customer service at its best. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but their Customer Service was very helpful in getting them replaced as quickly as possible with flip-flop season arriving. Id give ten stars to Jill at customer service if I could.Regarding the shoes themselves, I got the Floperators, they are remarkably well built compared to others at this price. They seem like way more expensive shoes. They have a nice layer of padding above the hard rubber bottoms, although theyre a little on the stiff side right now so Im hoping they break in some. I really like the tread on them for my hilly grass-and-busted-sidewalk Pittsburgh neighborhoods. I wear an 11.5 shoe, bought 12s, they fit perfectly.

I just ordered my second pair of Combat Flip Flops after having my first pair for several years. Sadly had to finally put the first pair down after a ton of mileage on the beach and during my travels. Speaking of the beach: I grew up going to the beach every summer. Id have to buy a new pair every year since theyd be shredded by August. Ive tried other flip flops and none of them were water friendly. My feet would slip and slide in other brands. Once, the foot strap of another brand even cut my foot because of it! This has never been an issue with my CFF!! I absolutely love them. And, to make it even better, this is a company with a very honorable mission!! First and foremost, the flip flops are amazing and comfortable. I have nothing to offer to improve the product I received.The entire experience was great, shipping times werent quite on par with Amazon, but in all honesty how could anybody compete with that. That is nothing to degrade Combat Flip Flops, their shipping time was just a few days.All that being said, as good as my first experience was, my next was even better.I ordered the patch set, Bad for running, worse for fighting. Today I received the package, but it was the wrong product, nothing even similar. First and foremost, fantastic company. Friendly, quick acting and helpful customer service. I would recommend getting a size up as they felt a bit tight. I received my AK-47 flops about a month ago, but even with limited use, one of the buttons popped off. My concern was the button was part of holding the flop together, otherwise I wasn’t too concerned with visuals. Their reply in short was”this will not do” and immediately sent me a new pair, while even facilitating my request to up the charge. The product is comfortable, well built and 100% recommend and will be buying from them in the future.

I ordered the AK 47 FF. When I received the order there was a small defect on the right FF, I sharp edge that would rub on the top of my foot. Picked up a pair of flip flops from them back in 2018. After several years of every day extreme use I developed an issue with them from the wear. After learning about the company, I ordered a pair of the Coyote Floperators and loved how they fit. Unfortunately after about a month and a half of wearing them, the sole started to separate from the upper. Thankfully, I was able to connect w/ someone from customer service and they replaced them for me for free, no questions asked. This is a great company and has been awesome to work with. Customer service has been quick to respond to any requests I have, especially when I found I ordered the wrong color shemaghs. They updated my order within a hour to fix my mistake. The shemaghs are the best, period!!! I have one in every rig and bag. I have 10 different CFF shemaghs, every color but green including the original Aynak and Operation Hawkeye shemagh I wear all the time and just ordered the new coyote color. Had a Velcro patch come off one of the Floperators and customer service had a replacement sent out to me the same day. Ive bought CFF products for about 3 years and will continue to buy their products. Excellent customer service when needed. I prefer the AK-47s and MK-19s as everyday shoes and Floperators as shower shoes.

Got my new Floperators today along with some patches. I am very pleased with the quality of material they are constructed from. Very sturdy and I am hoping after I break them in to my feet, they will be my new favorite pair.I would have given 5 stars, but I did encounter a minor inconvenience with the timeliness of the delivery. This is to no fault of CFF as they have a carrier partnership with UPS, who were ultimately at fault for the delay.CFF promptly refunded the 2 day shipping cost that I initially opted to pay, while UPS was negligent in their ability to honoring that request. Thank you CFF for the refund on shipping and cleaning up your carriers messes. I would strongly suggest CFF use a different carrier for their products. Other than that, I love my new flip flops.

I have also purchased a couple of shemaghs. The quality of everything I have purchased has been excellent.Ive only had to contact customer service once. It was about a non-product related issue. They were fast to respond, very helpful, and resolved everything quickly.Beyond the great products, I really appreciate the mission of CFF. Its a small thing, but it does feel good to be able to support a worthy cause.
