They didnt have the sizes we wanted (8 Oz or 16 oz). The service was fine, but the place looked closed and not very inviting

Im a long time fan of Happy Lemon, so happy theres a location in Issaquah. I love there taro balls!

Bubble tea and bubble waffle was great. Pain in the butt to get out of the parking lot due to busy traffic.

My first time in the establishment. I was buying a drink for my friend out of my memory. The staff was extremely helpful in getting the order correctly identified from my inexperienced description. When I delivered the drink she was so excited to see it was exactly the flavor combination she loves so much. The facility was very clean and social distancing was maintained. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Bonus: The waffle smell was soooo incredible that I had a hard time not ordering for myself. I will be back for one when I havent just eaten lunch. Highly recommend stopping here.

Its always very busy but they do move quickly! its a nice selection, though I always get the classic bubble tea. they have a little microphone to order into so you can hear the staff person better (and they can hear you !) which is nice.

Go to another location!!!! Everytime its another issue.They never send the confirmations to the app so you never know when you can pick it up. I just waited 45 min finally just drove there and it was sitting there along side a few other orders. It had the receipt saying it had been done for 15 mins. Of course it was cold and the drink a little warm. This is the 3rd time I have been here and each time there has been some issue. I wont be going back again. I recommend you dont waste your time and money.

First time visiting and it was a great experience. You walk thought the door and are welcomed by the sweet smell of coffee and bubble waffles. The staff are amazingly helpful and so nice. Ill definitely be visiting again.

This is one of our fav places to get a treat! The drinks are always done perfectly and although the line can be extremely long sometimes, it is always worth it. We usually get the Milk Tea with Oreo and Puff Cream with Boba, and the Ube Fresh Milk with Boba along with a half and half waffle. It is always so so so great!I think there is great parking in this space as well, the only issue is that the light next to this location gets really backed up so it can be a pain to leave if you are trying to get onto i90.

This location is larger and easier to visit than the Bellevue Square location. Its still always busy when we stop by and the staff work non-stop to get drinks out as fast as possible. Ive loved every drink Ive tried so far and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Their seasonal drinks are always fun to try out but the classics are usually my go-to.

Fun place, very bright and welcoming. I had no idea where to start for milk tea. Im familiar with bubble/boba tea, but this was less of the popular bubble tea and more of the milk tea and custom creations. Very cool how they have expanded their drinks past milk tea.Waffles are very fun and yummy. I like the crispness of them. I tried the cream cheese topping. I didnt pour it on my waffle like the word topping suggest, it was very watery, so I simply dipped. The flavor was nice, but I would have liked it thicker.Service was okay. I didnt get much understanding or help when I told them that Im unfamiliar with their menu, and only had the bubble tea smoothies in the past.4 stars because I couldnt get my good ole bubble tea smoothies or flavors like I had hoped.

Im so happy they opened up a location near where I live. They just opened, but are already really busy on opening day. The store is quite a bit larger than the Bellevue Square location. Their menu is basically the same and would still recommend the milk tea based drinks and bubble waffles.

Very busy so had to wait. Had Jasmine Lemon and Honey tea. Refreshing but have to say was nothing overly special. Found the menu a bit limited compared to elsewhere hence only 3 stars.

Extremely disappointed. Their new product, UBE purple yam, is horrible. I had the smoothie version, as shown in the recipe, taste just like a black tea. But if just the flavor has problem, I wouldnt complain since I want no sugar. The quality is the worst. 1. Cant even fulfill the cup (first picture I only have a sip); 2. Not a smoothie, more like a cup of ice cube mix with water (after a few drink, the ice and water separated as shown in second picture). So basically I had a cup of purple ice for $5.45. Seriously, these are such amateur mistakes for a chain drinking business.

I got the Ube smoothie w/ Crema . Crema was extra salty and with the texture.. Not a pleasant taste. The Ube smoothie had a strong fragrant to it. I gave it a 3 because the other drink & waffles were ok.

Boba tea is really amazing and yummy. One if the best boba. I had A7! The server also helped me refill my water while biking. Great help. Store smells amazing.

Eh.Went back in to ask to have it remade. It literally had no flavor. I got the ube green tea. Could not be remade. Wasted $7+ tip. Just threw it away.Would not recommend. But I dont live around here anyways thankfully cause not great service.

Happy lemon in Issaquah is as good as others. There is enough space to maintain social distancing.

I was craving a Milk tea something fierce and they happened to be open later than most places and on the delivery apps. The Jasmine Milk tea was great, we also tried the bubble waffles with the oreo dipping sauce.I will definitely be coming back for more.

I love this place! I found it recently and always order something different. They are pretty busy when I go there so it sometimes takes awhile but my drinks have all been amazing! The bubble waffle is so delicious and I love the smell of them when I walk into the shop!

Since it opened we have gone 3 times at this location already. Cashier was very friendly. Drinks were good. Bubble waffles were also good. Today we asked again if we can get points with clover but server said system is still not setup yet because this location has coffee machine and serves some different drinks?? so they are still trying to figure out how to setup the reward system.

Waited for half an hour for three drinks, ordered ahead of time and still have to wait longer than people that walked in and order after me. Even the waffle orders came out before my drinks. Not happy.

I went today with my 5-year-old daughter and we asked for a waffle and I kindly asked for the bathroom for my daughter and they denied me. I told him that my little daughter was there urgently and not even for that. my little daughter peed outside. Thank you!!!!! Thank you so much for giving me such a bad afternoon. Great bubble tea! Fast service.

Unsatisfied, ordered a large Kumquat Lemon Jasmine Green Tea with 70% sugar, less ice and lychee jelly as well as a Dragonfruit slushie with foam. The Kumquat tea has no ice whatsoever and the amount of everything is significantly less than any other boba tea places I went to, 10% of the tea gone, no sugar, and the close to 50% of topping removed than the Bellevue store. We also ordered a Dragonfruit slushie and they got the order wrong and gave us a Mango slushie instead; unlike other boba tea places who give you both the correct and the incorrect order for free, the staff just took Mango slushie nonchalantly. $4.95 for a large tea with 10% contents disappearing and $6.50 for some average new item that tastes like it came from some small cornershop instead of a global franchise, this store is a ripoff that needs serious training for its staff.

Hours are open and I come 5 mins before closing cross town to get a drink and double door wide open and people inside - however they said closed. This has happened twice. I just run over to Share Tea and get sometime.

Their waffle is great. I thought their service could improve with a better communication. The door was wide open and the open sign was on but when I entered they said they just closed. Besides that, a great and tasteful place to eat and drink. Their seats were very decent too prior to the COVID precautions.

Love this place. The line can get long (especially on a sunny day), so I suggest ordering online beforehand!

Super kids friendly! Grapefruit green tea, macaron and avocado smoothies all tastes extremely fresh and yummy! Bubble waffles are crispy and chewy in the middle. Staff are all friendly I can stay here the whole day.

Awesome atmosphere with delicious drinks!

You can smell the fresh waffle as soon you entered the store. I ordered one waffle, half chocolate and half original. The waffle is crispy outside and soft inside and it paired really well with a cup of americano.

Went there right before they closed, quick service and good tea.

The place is almost always crowded. However the drinks are great as expected and the choices are amazing too!! Parking can be tricky at times so might be a walk at times.

Ive been to Happy Lemon a few times. Ive visited to get a bubble waffle and a bubble milk tea. I enjoyed it but my sons first try at boba left him skeptical.Would come back next time Im in Issaquah.

This place should be shut down. Its so consistently terrible that its almost laughable. Almost. Among the myriad of issues this place has caused me, all the incorrect orders and all the rude employees, my unfortunate trip here today takes the cake. I was in the area and thought Well, I havent been here in a while. Maybe theyve improved. HAHA! Wrong! I make my order- Matcha Latte w/ Boba. That sounds simple enough, right? Well Im immediately informed that this location has discontinued matcha. Yeah, you read that right. A bubble tea store DISCONTINUED MATCHA. I promptly left. But hey, shame on me for thinking this place could be anything other than a disappointment. Ciao~

The quality of the drinks and waffles were great! My son got the strawberry shortcake smoothie with taro ball and we both thought it was amazing! The wait time at max for your food/ drinks is like 1-3 min, and it has been great every time I have been there! Love this place, deserves better than 4.1 so here’s some help!

I saw a new person who was learning how to make bubble waffles today. The new lady who made and packed my waffle, she put her hand in the bag for at least 30 second and her long pony tale touched the waffle bag. I dont know what was she doing putting her head inside the bag and looking for something. lf I knew it was mine I probably would have said something to her. The person who is working there neesd to be aware that no one wants her hair touching the bag or putting face close to the bag. I was disgusted. I know everyone else is fast, but she is super slow without knowing what she is doing. I hope they learn more covid safe rules to their employees.

What can I say, this place was amazing. My very first visit so I wasnt sure what I wanted or even what some of the options wear. The cashier was friendly and helpful. He made reccomendations, explained terms and patiently helped us choose what was easily the best bubble tea I have ever had.If you want something fun to add to the experience I very much enjoyed the bubble waffle and tirimasu dip.

Cozy place to have tasty crema tea

I ordered chocolate waffle but they gave me original. When i correct my order the staff just staring at me without any word. I just took wrong waffle because the shop was crowded and i thought it was not a big deal. But waffle was uncooked, totally looked uneatable.

My husband and I loved going here for a Saturday date! The shop has a nice vibe to it, perfect for a good chat/hang out. The menu has a bigger selection than most bubble tea places Ive been to in the area and the waffles smelled AMAZING! Cant wait to come back here again!

Great bubble tea! But omg the smell of the waffles in the store is the best part. Literally had to drag myself out of the building to not buy one.

Waited an hour as they filled orders of people who came after me. Order wasn’t correct. Hard workers behind the counter but they kept pushing my order back for people that ordered way after me

No one ordered a waffle before me and I waited about 10 minutes. Why? Because they made my waffles, pulled them out and had them cooling, walked away from 3 empty waffle irons, came back, made 1 waffle, left and then an employee scrambled to find their earring on the ground and in the garbage. Maybe 3 other people inside waiting on drinks. 4 employees working. Then after my waffles were cold, called my number. Could have just put my waffles in the paper bag and had me on my way. Ive had better experiences here when the placed was packed.

Love the tea and the bubble waffles! The only thing that is inconsistent is the quality of service. Sometimes I go and the staff is awesome and super kind. Other times Im served by very moody, off putting staff. Still love going here though!

A nice shop, gives a modern vibe with the traditional tea brews. The drink menu selection isnt quite my type, but it does have variety. The bubble waffles are a must! As of this review they havent implemented their loyalty program, still waiting on that even though its been over six months since opening. Good amount of parking, though it can be a little tricky to get out of the lot during rush hours.

I really like their new menu : purple series!! I adjusted the sweetness to 50% and it was too sweet so on my next visit I got it with 30% and was much better. Must try!

First time going here-I liked the tea and the wait time was perfectly fine for such a busy place!My only complaint is that the table we sat at was very sticky and I had to get some napkins, run to the bathroom and dampen them to be able to wash the table off. So please, maybe have someone do a quick wipe down of the tables if a bunch of messy people were just at it?

Big hitters from something as plain as Jasmine green milk tea, or the indulgent mango matcha smoothie. If youre not sure what to get, try either one of these.The waffles are a huge hit, even though I never get them for myself. Still, I recommend it to try.
