I understand why its so busy there. They have a million tables inside and out, a great selection of food and bakery to choose from, and the most important they made the best latte Ive had. They make it right then for you so you dont have to wait and then they put it on the counter with no lid and do some design in the foam. It was the creamiest nicest tasting coffee Ive had in a long long time. The people at the counter were super friendly, fast, and got my order right! I highly recommend this place, see you there. Super chill vibe.

I discovered this comfortable little coffee shop by accident a couple weeks ago and I couldnt be more happy! The staff is super responsive and friendly and the coffee/baked goods are the best Ive had around. Also, I have started to work remotely from there once in a while and its a very pleasant place to get work done. Ive had such a great experience here every time!

One of the best coffee places in Seattle, they have good food options and coffee. There is a small walk you path by the coffee shop and it is pure bliss to sit and enjoy the coffee.

I stopped by Issaquah Coffee for breakfast the other day. Service was friendly and the vibe at the shop was lively and neighborhood-y. On the other hand, the coffee and food were just ok. They roast their own coffee beans, but the presentation of my cappuccino was sloppy. Theyve got baked goods from Macrina and different kinds of ready-to-heat-up breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Plenty of seats both inside and outside in the plaza. Overall, a decent place to meet friends and a convenient spot to refuel during a ride/run.

Very cute little place with lovely staff and nice coffee. Be aware that the outdoor patio is a fully enclosed space, so isnt suitable for those trying to socially distance for pandemic reasons. There is, however, actual outdoor seating right by the coffee shop, but without the heating and roof.

I always try to support small businesses, but when the customer service is just not there I would rather go back to Starbucks. At least their barista‘s are friendly, engaging and always making sure you have everything you need. Today was my first visit and my last visit, the lady who helped me at first was very friendly and answered my questions; she was great. The gal who was making the coffee on the other hand was too engrossed in a conversation with another customer and didn’t bother to make my coffee for a period of time; when she finally got around to starting it she used regular milk versus oatmilk which I had requested and paid for. I’d have to say to remember that a simple thank you goes a long way, as I’m helping you stay in business.

I am disappointed. I used the app for curbside, putting in my vehicle description. Then I had to call to find out where my order was. I had ordered a flavored latte and it wasnt mixed. When I finally mixed it (I had to use a different straw!), there was still no flavor, just milk and coffee. 😔The apple fritter was good, though, and thankfully the actual coffee want too bitter.

Dont expect friendly service. Gave this place 3 chances, each time was worse than last. Door slammed in my face, refuse to describe products when asked what was in them (oh, you know, bananas and stuff), wrote my name totally wrong leaving me waiting 20 minutes for my drink which she said was eventually taken by someone else, ignored, and finally last straw was when I asked where the restroom was and the girl just pointed to the wall and accused ME of being rude when I asked where she was pointing to and why she couldnt speak using words. Some of the rudest baristas Ive ever encountered or rudest people ANYWHERE. Attitude makes a visit not worth it. Too bad, coffee is fine.

As a longtime resident of Issaquah/ Bellevue area and lover of this coffee shop, I am sad to say that the service, waiting time and overall cleanliness have deteriorated.. There is little being done to sanitize or socially distance and masking by employees does not seem to be required uniformly. The quality of the masks being worn are questionable and at least one employee who was fixing drinks was wearing her cloth mask ( 1 layer two at most) below her nose. When asked to adjust her mask she was resistant to doing so and made snide remarks to customer. I did not see one employee clean their hands or wear gloves and they were handling lids, cups, etc indiscriminately. And no cleaning of counters or the machines with clean sanitary cloths was seen either,.

Today was the first day I have visited Issaquah Coffee Company. The gal at the register was friendly and helpful and the barista made a great mocha for me just the way I wanted it. It was pretty too. I had the worlds most decadent cinnamon roll. Not sure if it was undercooked or super light, but I like it all the same. The shop had seating that was separated for safety, which I appreciate. It was clean, organized and smelled really good. I am happy I stopped in. It was a good impulse.

I keep wanting to like this place....But I have always had sub-par experiences. The first time was in the height of covid so I can’t base a review off that, but today I tried again and got a very kind but soft spoken girl behind the counter. I ordered the tiger mocha iced and a veggie burrito. The drink came in a paper cup so I have to drink fast as the cup began to get mushy as I waited for over 15 minutes and never got my burrito. I made eye contact with the barista several times but never was asked, “is there anything you are waiting on?” Other people got their food and finally I asked if they had a veggie burrito on the way. He told me no, and that someone must’ve took it and offered to put another in. I got the burrito after a few minutes and it was still frozen in the middle. It’s just hard to support local businesses that don’t have customer service or quality control. It seems like everyone is so busy there they can’t even look up to see what the quick fixes could be made.

Free WiFi with enough bandwidth to do at least normal things (big thanks to ICC for this and for not providing some teeeeeenie pipe). Really a treasured place that checks all the boxes. Does lack pretentiousness...so if you need a mocha-chocka-BS drink with a side of tude, probably should look elsewhere.

Sum up: Good blended drinks. Too busy and loud to study.Pros: I really like their macaroon blended coffee and the coconut/chocolate bits it has in it; I usually add cinnamon to it! The service is very fast, as well even if it is super busy. I have tried a variety of pastries that have been really tasty.Cons: For a while I did come twice a week and got bored of their menu which hasnt happened to me with other coffee places. If you are looking to study or work this isnt the ideal locations as most tables are always full and it is louder than the average coffee shop. Also, I usually have to wait in a line of 3/4 people to use the bathroom since there is just one stall.

I am not a fan. I love Gilman village. I frequent here quite often and am always met with a bad attitude at Issaquah Coffee. I have been in about 5 times now and it always feels the same. I am an outsider that somehow walked into someones house and now they HAVE to serve me. To top it off they use Campos coffee which has a distinct flavor that I dislike. But I went here for the atmosphere, convenience and the food is delicious. if you are a friend of anyone that works.there - you rule the roost. As for anyone else dont even expect a hello or a smile. You are bothering them by ordering coffee. Its also always packed with said friends and family of the people that work there so there is rarely a seat for any other patrons. Plenty of other coffee shops... This one just doesnt like me.

The only thing good about this place was the lemon raspberry scone. The coffee was NOT good. I had the cougar mountain once and it was okay. I thought maybe there were other drinks that would be better and I was wrong. I had the vanilla huckleberry iced latte that they recommended and it tasted like spoiled milk. I had to throw it away after taking only three sips from it. I’ve come here with my friend and even she agrees the coffee is definitely not good.
