Taylor helped me with my options on some monitor and speaker questions, as well as a new laptop. I appreciated his knowledge and help that he gave me over the phone. He was patient, kind, educated and helpful. Thank you Office Depot for having such good staff.

A big thank you to the Staff at the business center. We stopped by to pick up a few office supplies and saw that they were making a copy of original vaccination cards and then laminating them, at no charge and no coupon necessary. It was explained to us to not laminated the original vaccination card as you may need to get a booster shot and have that information written on it. Their color copier and their skill makes the copy look just like the original. Thanks a million!

Drew helped me with a printing job when I was in a pinch! She was so wonderful and gave fantastic customer service!

Thank you Drew in the Issaquah print shop! My husband placed a print order online that included 18x24 sized blueprints of large PDF files to pick up at the Issaquah, WA store. After 3 days of not receiving notice that the order was ready, we called the store and spoke with Drew in the print shop. She looked up the online order. She said that because of the number of prints it was considered a large order and was sent to the regional print center in Yakima, WA for pick up there and would be ready a full week after we placed the order. We assumed they were going to have it shipped? The confirmation email confirmed pickup is still Issaquah and there was no mention of a one week print time. So bad on Office Depot corporate. Not acceptable.Drew from Issaquah called the Yakima store and had the order transferred to the Issaquah store and 5 hours later the entire print order was ready for pick up! Thank you Drew for getting my print job done locally and finished the same day we called.

Limited office supply selection and usually understaffed. Will send employees to follow you around the store and ensure you arent stealing, but those same employees are extremely unhelpful when it comes to answering questions about merchandise or helping you locate things. Im not expecting great customer service at an Office Depot of all places but even for me this is a little much.

If it allowed me I would star at zero.. Worst customer service in my entire experience with office depot. They ruined my print order and didnt have time to redo since it was closing time. The person who helped me said the only way they can fix the problem is by not charge me for the one that is messed up since I had multiple order worth $200 I agreed But while ringing me up she said she was going to charge me for the one that is messed up if I am going to take it at a discount rate. when I questioned that she said if you dont want to be charged then you have to leave it otherwise she was going to charge me at discounted price. I didnt have a choice because I needed the material for the next day so I paid whatever was asked. What made it worst was that she was a supervisor on duty her name Haley No apology, no signs of interest to fix the problem just rude and also told me that they had over a 100 orders today to justify the error and implying that I should be ok being charge for half done job. I am not sure how she is a manager with no problem solving and customer service skills. As a regular customer who have done many printingprojects I was greatly disappointed. I would never go back to this store.

Its a pretty standard office depot but they do sell salvaged paper at $20 a case, which is a great opportunity to shop both cost and environmentally conscious.

Wow is all I can say about the worst customer service I experienced in Seattle area in my 3 years here.

Came to pick up curbside order. As soon as I got there I marked in the app that I was there. I received confirmation that the associate will be right out with my order. After 35 minutes waiting no one came out. I went inside the store asked for my order and didnt get any direction from clerks. Dont promise curbside pick up unless you deliver on your promise. I rather pick up and know that I dont have to waste time waiting and no one shows up.

I placed an online order for store pickup both here and at another Office Depot in Bellevue this morning. It was a night and day difference - the customer service here was awful. One guy working at the store seemed weirdly determined to avoid talking to me during the two visits I made here for a purchase. I had to almost shout at him during my first visit to get him to finally reluctantly come answer a couple questions about an office chair after watching him make rounds around the store asking everyone else if they needed help but ignoring us.

I came into the store wanting three things and needing a little help but what I got was fantastic customer service from Josh who was not only knowledgeable but patient. He took the time to look for the right pen refill, informed me of how to save money on my printer ink refills, and to top it all off helped me get a further discount at the register. Thank you Josh. Youre a great asset to Office Depot!

Went in to get a poster laminated for my son. The machine was already warmed up and the whole process only took minutes! Staff was very friendly and helpful, too, which is always a plus.I will return for these reasons.Price wasnt bad either.

This was an average trip to the Office Depot for me. Im always amazed that there is never anybody there. Sometimes the store is really kind of chaotic in terms of organization and this visit was no exception. There was a lot of merchandise out of place, there were things where they belonged but they had no price tags and it was difficult to sort through things because it almost was as if there was some giant sale and people just threw things around in the general area where it belonged but didnt actually put it back and no staff member did either. There was some really great sales going on that I wasnt even aware of until I got to the cash register because there were no indications by signage that there were sales on these items. I love picking through clearance bins but the clearance area in this particular Office Depot is really confusing. There are items there that dont appear to be on any kind of a sale mixed with things that have price tags on the shelf that say one price and when it rings up it rings up at half that price, which is a great thing for me. But it is confusing. I like getting the reward points and I was able to use $5 worth on this visit but I find that its limiting because they expire very quickly. It is nice to have a loyalty program though. Theres always plenty of parking at this place and if youre in the mood to shop for other things there are lots of other shops in the same Plaza.

I ordered business cards from them, which I have done before with no issues in the past. This time I ordered my cards and after 5 days I heard nothing. I called and the cards were in the building. What made me very upset is the fact that the website says if you order before 2pm they will be available same day. I ordered my cards at 1:40pm on the 10th of February. If they can not get the order done as advertised then the offer should be taken down.

Customer service is terrible. This stores employee named Brian made me wait when I was the only customer at the register while he scanned and bought himself a drink after he had already finished it. This employee could have waited until after he had finished scanning my stuff to purchase his drink. Keep in mind there was no one in line in front or behind me so the store was not busy at all. There was also 3 other employees standing around behind the registers not doing anything.

Horrible customer service! A young guy working the check out counter made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him and the store. I almost told him that he needed to quit and check himself in to a facility. I wont go back there if their staff treat customers that way. Didnt offer a bag for my stuff.. just threw it on the counter and looked at me. I had to ask for a big and then he sighed and stuffed it in a bag and handed it to me. Who hires people like this? I guess thats why they have a Hiring Now! sign out front!

Good selection of office supplies. Staff wasnt attentive even though the store was empty and we ended up walking out while looking for office furniture. This was our 3rd visit and they have all have all been similar experiences so we will likely try a different branch or store next time.

I had a set criteria for a printer I was looking for and the worker, Chase, was very kind and showed me what I was looking for. He even had knowlege on where I could find the ink for each printer, recommended printers based on their print capacity with the ink because ink is a pain to be constantly buying. Workers are knowledgeable and kind and have always enjoyed shopping here for my office materials and school supplies.

Friendly and efficient staff. Great copy center. Store a bit run down. Usually enough parking.

Shame on Office Depot for pushing people to wear the masks. - Its called fascism. You forgot about customers rights and personal choices. If you think that masks help, which is by definition is not true (read instructions on the back side), then you MUST provide masks at the store for free!!!!!!!!!!!Bankruptcy is the next step for such a business.

I always find something cool at Office Depot. I try not to go too often though. I have a real thing about pens.

Store location is hard to see from the main road, and once inside, some store selections are very disorganized with product haphazardly arranged. I only go here when I need something basic (paper, staples, etc.) or when in a rush and cant wait for an Amazon delivery.

My office was running out of staples pins. Came here and got a bunch while it was still on sale. Am fully stock up till next years.

Always enjoy shopping at this store. Lots of selections, organized display.

My compliments to BEN at Issaquah Office Depot for service above the call of duty. I went in for pen refills without the empty cartridge, which unknowingly made it a very difficult task to find replacements. Ben spent extra time and effort, educated me on what to do next time, and even cut one of the Universal cartridges to size to fit one of my pens. The service took time and patience on his part and it was only when we were done, that I saw him in a coat heading for home. I realized that he had such a sense of professionalism that he didnt even let me know that it was time for him to leave work. Office Depot in Issaquah, Washington displayed a nice-looking, solidly-built Magellan L-shaped completed desk in the store. I then purchased the same desk online from Office Depot for $320.00. It arrived at my home this week. It is a piece of junk. I believe I am the victim of a bait-and-switch. The desk that was delivered to me is made entirely from cheap pressboard, while the desk displayed in the store was made from something far more substantial. Further, it has been nearly impossible to assemble the desk. The holes for the pegs and screws are repeatedly misaligned - meaning that the desk will lack any strength whatsoever because I have had to leave out many pegs and screws. No wonder Office Depot is on the verge of bankruptcy. I won’t shop there again.

I walked in to simply buy a desk, which would normally be a simple 5-10 minute process. We went up to the register with a slip of paper that a worker there told us to take to the front desk. (We wanted to make an in-store perchase.) The person at the front desk made us fill out an online form for it to be delivered. So we did, but we filled it out to pick up in-store. He printed a paper, but the barcode on it did not work.We ended up waiting 30 minutes.Then finally, they figured out the only thing they had to do was select it, sell it, and bring it out from the back. We left disappointed.Bottom line: Not the best experience.

In spite of online shopping options, good reliable and cost effective local option.

Terrible products, we tried to return a defective office chair, the guy tried to fix the chair. He couldnt explain the fix, then, when I sat in the chair to test if it was better, he tried to push the lock button on the chair to trick me.

We have been living in the Issaquah area for 15 years, and the Issaquah Office Depot {Store #975, 1810 12th Ave NW, 98027} has always had excellent customer service. You actually feel like you are welcomed, and just know that the employees want to be there. Yesterday I purchased a USB cable, and today I realized that I needed either a different type, or an adapter. Since the store did not have what I needed in stock, Ken, technical specialist, actually GAVE me his extra cable!! Wow. He not only saved me money, but precious time!. Keep up the good work!

Prices rarely ring up at the right price. I have now been in multiple times when theyve had to calculate out by hand the buy 2 get 1 deals on shipping products. First they claim the sale ended, then they claim its only 1 time use, then I have to walk the cashier over to the aisle to prove the promotion tag is still there, then she has to calculate out the right price by hand with a calculator..... all while there is a line of frustrated people behind me. I started coming here in the 90s and it has only gotten worse. Unfortunately, this seems to be the trend with Office Depot and ive had similar experiences at the U Village Office Depot. Avoid this place at all costs.
