Car audio install experience was Poor, to say the Very Least. Nothing went as planned & the ordeal spanned over at least two weeks, only for me leave with a portion of the work I paid for complete. If theres anything you want done to your car audio outside of the absolute simplest most basic task, for the sake of your time & piece of mind, take your car to a Professional. The particular installer I had (Matthew Sanchez) appears to have only entry-level Community College knowledge in regards to wiring and installs, as indicated by the reaction I received when I took my car to an Actual Professional who had to redo the work Matthew Sanchez Actually did. Or somewhat did I should say. One of multiple Flubs was the wiring was held in place partly by electrical tape, as opposed to being secured in a more Professional Manner. Matthew Sanchez was courteous & polite throughout. However, courtesy & politeness alone wont install a radio & make your sound system work properly. The additional$1,248.23 I paid the Professionals,, DID. Just know, that getting a Free Install with your product doesnt necessarily mean that youll be pleased with the results, or that there will even BE results. I cant speak for the other installers at that location. But what I can do, is tell you I told you so, if you read this review, disregard my advice & have a similar or worse experience. Which I will GLADLY do.. πŸ’―

Really appreciate being greeted upon arrival as well as asked if I needed help when visiting the different departments.They have demos of tvs and speakers and such. You can see and measure the appliances to be sure theyll fit at home. Waiting for a good sale is what I like to do, and then pop in for the latest technical or fun stuff. Bonus! They will recycle most old e-waste, used printer cartridges, and even plastic shopping bags!

Was going to buy a new fridge and stove. I had researched and already had the model numbers ready to be ordered. Went to the appliance section the end of May, 2021 and waited for anyone to help me. Opened every single fridge and stove door, trying to make eye contact with employees, trying to get anyone to simply ask if I needed help. After having a couple employees walk past me and nobody acknowledging me at all, I left and spent $4800 on appliances at Costco. BB really blew that sale.

Best Buy does not answer their phone. You are sent to a national answering service. If you do not select the only options on the phone, then you cant get help. You have to select their options which primarily have to do with sales support. They charge me for a yearly tech support and update to the Microsoft 365, but they do not let you know ahead of time exactly what date they will do that the next year. They also had the wrong e-mail the entire time. I cannot leave my laptop with the Geek Squad, and I believe that the issue should not take more than a half hour if they know what they are doing. However, they have to take the computer and probably will not work on it for at least a few days. It is extremely important for my work. Microsoft has caused a problem with Chrome when updates were applied in May. They also installed some things on my laptop that I did not authorize. Microsoft has been very manipulative in order to get customers to use Bing and other services. I tried going back to an earlier version and it was not fixed and uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I also believed that I have a virus on my computer even though I have WEBROOT as part of my purchase. I am not the only one who has experienced this issue. I do not need a tech support person from Best Buy who is only at a certain level, which makes me waste my time trying to explain the issues to them and get it corrected. I dont like being transferred to another level. Tech support is tech support.

The worst service I have ever recieved anywhere. Our problem was a broken laptop screen. Lets begin with: you cannot talk to anyone at the local store. They misspelled our last name and email and then told us they could not change it in their system. They closed the first work order with no communication with us. Online tracking app said it was repaired and picked up so we had to physically go to store during COVID to figure out where the laptop was. At the store, in person, they told us that they created a new work order with new number, so we tracked the new service number in their app. After another month, we looked at the app and it said the the laptop was repaired and ready for pick up. Big surprise, when we called and talked to a national service person about pick up. She told us the laptop was not repaired and we needed to come get it. No explaination why. Held laptop for 7 weeks. App lied to us. Terrible communication. Laptop still broken. Terrible experience with Issaquah Best Buy and Geek Squad! My guess is that they are sub-contracting with a regional repair place. Update: able to fix laptop in 5 days using a local computer repairman for $100 less than their estimate, strongly recommend you avoid Geek Squad and this Best Buy.

They’re not always the most knowledgeable, but what do you expect when a corporation lie this tries to just hire the cheapest employees and try and build the best margins into their quarterly reports? Great service overall. Had a dash cam installation completed here and so far so good. There are only a few locations in the Seattle area that do this level of installation so it was a bit of a drive coming from the Seattle area. There was a mix up in appointment type that caused it to be rescheduled but the team handled it well, so be wary that other locations may not schedule your appointment correctly if you are coming here. Plenty of parking available.

I get in this age people love just buying from Amazon and stuff. But Im still a huge Beat Buy fan. Their rewards program is actually pretty good- so I try to buy anything I can here as opposed to competitors. Ive never had any problems with numerous preorders. The buy online and pick up in store works super well. Im not sure if they still do it, but I always got more credit on trade-ins than from their competitors.The two cons are 1) their return policy is a little sketch. Its never given me problems, but theres items youd fully expect the regular 30-days on, and its inexplicably shorter and 2) WHO thought it was a good idea to plaster massive stickers on pickup items. If you are a collector or someone who likes anything displayed- you cannot do the buy online pickup in store because they plaster a massive sticker right on the box- it doesnt impact me, but its just dumb.

Just left Best Buy. I will NEVER buy a computer there again! In August we bought a Lenovo Yoga computer for my daughter. It broke in early October. We sent it back to the manufacturer for repairs. They returned it with a note saying it was fixed, and it worked for a week before it broke again (same problem). We sent it back to Lenovo for repairs again. They returned it with the same note, but this time it was broken when I booted it up out of the box.ENOUGH! My daughter has been without her computer for two months of college! Clearly, this issue with the screen (rendering the computer unusable) can not be repaired. Give me a replacement computer, so we can get on with our lives. Did you know that Best Buy requires you to send back a computer for repairs FOUR TIMES before their lemon clause is invoked?!Id rather buy an older model computer at Costco and know that I can get a replacement ANYTIME if I have issue. Live and learn. Both Lenovo and Best Buy have lost me business, and I plan to pass on this story to all of my friends and family.Im tired of being at the mercy of companies who dont value their customers. Its time that these companies understand that poor customer service costs them money.

My partner and I purchased a projector from Best Buy online and selected the option to pick up in store. The status of the pick up option was in progress for over half the day, and so we decided to drive there around 8PM. The sales associate at customer service, Nick, was phenomenal! I was frustrated at the situation, but Nicks professionalism in keeping calm and focused was great. He provided alternatives of getting the projector, such as driving to Federal Way or purchasing online, but we decided to call it a night. I get in my car, and as soon as I was going to turn my car on - Nick rushed out of the store to tell us to come back in. Luckily enough, he found a projector of the same exact model in the back. I was so relieved and happy, but mostly thankful for Nicks determination in securing great customer satisfaction. Nick, you are amazing and thank you very much!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR CAR AUDIO INSTALLS.1. The radio simply is not screwed in or seated what so ever. The entire unit falls out and I can visibly see where this unit should be secured, it is absolutely not.2. This Install is a safety hazard. The radio install has quite simply smashed all my hvac buttons (front, rear defrosters and air circulators.) So what happens when it gets foggy? I have to pry the buttons up with a key or finger nail in hopes I can get it to work.A number of other issues from items not hooked up like auto dim, SirusXM, severe line static, subwoofer not appearing to have been enabled, and lastly the backup camera I brought was broken by the tech so they used 3M tape. I brought a camera because I need it drilled and secured. The wire for the camera just sits on my rear bumper and will be crushed when loading items.
