As a long time Mattress Depot shopper, I needed a box spring quickly. No time for a Renton / traffic drive. Check out was nice & friendly but LONG.Anyhow, I discovered Costco had one for nearly half the price so I cant stomach the thought of paying full retail for future products with high ticket prices. :( Bill

Richard was so helpful and genuinely knowledgeable on what kind of mattress we needed for our body types and took the time to tell us if we had good/bad body alignment on a variety of different mattresses. We shopped around at a few other mattress stores and enjoyed our experience at mattress depot the best. He took great care of us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! The mattress shopping experience was awesome. However, the whole story was flipped afterwards. Since there was no discount on the mattress itself, I asked if they could give me the mattress protector and the shredded pillows for free. And they said yes. Only till now I found out that I actually charged for these two items. I dont know this was a mistake or sth else:-(

Went in on 4/52019 and purchased a mattress from Richard! He was quick to offer assistance and greet me within 20 seconds of entering the store. He showed multiple choices but ultimately got me into a great choice (which we invited me to try myself in the store! It was a quick and easy transaction and I will certainly come back within the next few weeks to grab another mattress! Easy parking, loads up the goods, checkout process is quick. Richard is sure to be an asset to the Issaquah location!

Richard did a good job of informing us and showing usus t latex mattress that we liked. Went to another store and this one definitely gave us the best price for the mattress that we could compare locally and online. All the beds had covers and pillows. No haggling just gave us the final price

I highly recommend checking out Mattress Depot. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly man named Kenn. He helped us find a great mattress at an attractive price and gave solid advice on mattress maintenance.

I am a happy customer of Mattress Depot due to Kenns (salesman) never ending patience with my questions and knowledge of how to aid me in purchasing the correct bed and mattress. When the electric bed I ordered could not be delivered due to a back order, Ken was able to get me an upgrade bed at no further cost to me. Roger and his partner (I apologize as I dont remember your name) delivered the bed and made sure I understood how to use it. All said, I believe everyone at Mattress Depot from sales staff to delivery people really wish their customers happy with their purchase and I highly recommend this place.Update: Had to use store services again to upgrade mattress, once again delivery personnel (Rogelio and Reynald) were excellent!

We were shopping around for a mattress past after the holiday sales, and were having a hard time of it. Stores and salespeople were pretty lethargic and unhelpful. Luckily, we dropped by this place. Kenn was amazingly enthusiastic and helpful, giving us peace of mind and plentiful information to help us decide what mattress we wanted.

After receiving terrible customer service at Ashley Home Store and multiple missed delivery windows, we ended up at Mattress Depot USA in Issaquah. Mattress Depot USA has already delivered and set-up the mattress we bought last weekend, meanwhile we are STILL waiting for items from Ashley (original delivery day for Ashley was 12/23, today is 2/8 - still missing items). It is so refreshing to purchase from a company that provides excellent, stress-free customer service. Kenn was very knowledgeable, our delivery ended up getting pushed out a few days due to snow but they provided excellent communication and the delivery guys (Rogelio and Leonard) were super friendly and got set-up done quickly and hassle-free! The personnel were great--helpful and accommodating. However, we bought two of the most expensive latex mattresses (and supposedly the firmest) and after a year they have a dip in the center. I had an extra-firm Sears mattress for 20 years and it never sagged.I will have to replace these with something else and am out a LOT of money....

First mattress had a hole in it.. i had to pay for delivery of a new mattress. Second mattress ($1000 Restonic) magically started breaking down around 6 months(after the 30 day mattress depot return policy). Manufacturer wouldnt honor their 10 year warranty either. Just go to Costco and save yourself about $700. btw.. i had bought the best mattress protector for the mattress as well, so it was spotless and the manufacturer still denied me any refund or any sort of offer.

The customer service my wife and I received at Matress Depot was outstanding. Our salesman, Leo, was awesome. Leo really took the time to figure out what we both wanted which is great since were both particular. He showed us multiple mattresses and even a memory foam that we thought we didnt want but ended up buying, he knew what we needed before we did! We were in the store for at least three hours and he never once rushed us to make up our mind. Our Matress was a huge purchase and Leo completely understood that. Cant say enough about him, sending our friends and family here!

Kenn at mattress depot here in Issaquah was awesome! He was so helpful, answering all our questions all three times we visited. We were hesitant to make a decision after the first visit and he was totally fine with us coming back and when we did, he remembered us! He let us browse but also was there to answer questions. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and quick to share his personal experiences with his product. This is my husband and I’s First purchase as a married couple and it was a great experience! Weve been shopping for new mattresses for a while and went to all the mattress stores in the area here as there are several options to purchase a mattress. The last store we visited was Mattress Depot in Issaquah and were warmly greeted by Kenn, the salesman working there.I looked around for a bit and he pulled out mattresses and helped us find 2 perfect name brand mattresses and went over and above to make sure we were happy and went the extra nine yards to make sure everything was perfect.... Oh yeah! He also blew away the prices for the other stores we visited! We got a great deal, the BEST service, and it was smooth and painless where it can be a frustrating purchase sometimes.Theyve got customers for life there now and I only hope Kenn is working there the next time I need a new bed. This is a small store but I like that it’s locally family owned. Doug was nice but I didn’t like the high pressure sales, I stuck to my guns and bought the mattress my budget would allow! I found out this company frowns on returns but that’s ok, I would still reccomend this company to fam/friends. By the way I received next day delivery😁 and came as scheduled! The delivery guys were super friendly! I like my $349 queen mattress, suits me well!!! And my son likes his his cheap twin mattress lol!

These guys are awesome, great prices and I had little problem with the frame I bought for my kid where the mattress needed to be less think. Although it was explicit no return due to special order, they found me a mattress that worked and refunded me the rest.
