Ive been renting a 10x12 drive up for over 5 years and the inside light never worked and I have tried numerous times to get it fixed.I have went through a number of price hikes and tried repeatedly to get the lighting issue rectified to no avail. I talked to Pat the manager to see if she could help me out. She not only got the light fixed she also got me a reduction in my rental fee for 6 months. The facility was just repainted and the roofs cleaned and with the managers that are in place now makes it someplace I will probably stay with. Thanks again, Pat

Quite the horrific experience and customer service. Not sure if this is due to Public Storage policies and processes, or this branch independently but Ive been shocked at how theyve handled the situation. They quoted me at $101/month. When I got my first bill, it was $147/month base. After 6+ hours in a circular pattern on the phone with billing, customer service, branch employees, the branch manager and finally the regional manager, along with multiple emails exchanged, I was no closer to getting to a solution. Regional Manager (Tracy) was anything but proactive in ensuring an acceptable customer experience and did nothing to find a solution, even after verbally admitting the mix-up. This whole ordeal took 6 months for Public storage to adjust the invoice amount back to $101, but Ive still paid $368 over what I should have paid.To add insult to injury, countless small frustrations... I was unable to reset my password for my online account, and nobody could tell me the issue. The website is anything but intuitive and self-service is a nightmare. I asked for a PDF version of my itemized bill multiple times to fight the charges and never received it. There was multiple occasions where I was told I would receive a call back but got radio silence. They cut the lock on my unit and left it unprotected for a few days due to me not paying the bill that they admitted I was not liable for, then charged me for a replacement lock. I told a customer service rep I refused to pay the extra $46 they were charging me, and he said Youd be a fool to do that in the most snooty and self-righteous of tones.The 5x15 units dont have lights inside which makes it quite difficult to manage.

Amazing experience with Pat! She is a wonderful manager and moreover Id like to say kind heart person! She did explain everything about how works public storage system! I totally recommending stop by and ask her about all your questions that you have!

I dont write many reviews but at this time, Im compelled to write one for this property, and more importantly, for Pat who manages the front desk. Over the many years that Ive dealt with people representing companies in person or over the phone, Id have to say that Pat is one of the most helpful and consistently warm and kind individuals to work with. Public Storage is fortunate to have someone like her representing their company and this property.

This is one of the nicest public storage places I’ve used. Pat manages the front desk and she is the warmest person and very helpful. It was an easy sign up and she made sure we were given the current coupon deal.

I have used many storage places in between moves and never have I ever been to one that resonated with me after I have come and gone. What made this place so special was the warm human sitting at the front desk. Joe was super kind and incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. He took a lot of pride in his job and making it the best experience for the people who come in. I am really happy that this is the place we chose to leave our valuables. We feel better knowing they are in safe hands and with Joe.

Highly recommend this storage facility. I went in on a stressful day (moving day with more things to store than planned) and the person working there, Joe, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He not only made the process of obtaining the storage unit quick and easy, but he had a genuinely happy upbeat demeanor that is rare to come by these days. Someone who can make a mundane and seemingly annoying task like renting a storage unit a great experience and have you smiling the whole time is what makes good places great. As for the facility itself, its a great location and the unit was perfect for my needs. Easy to park and get in and out of, and a good value. Not sure what more you could ask for in a storage unit!

Ive rented from this location three times now, once 10 years ago, and now two separate times for two different storage units. I had a good experience 10 years ago which is why I came back for this move. Im sorry to say I dont remember the gentlemans name that helped me back in January, but he was super friendly and professional. Recently, I rented another unit from Pat who is a gem! Again, she was very professional and thorough. Both units were clean, and both times I made the reservation on the phone, each representative called me back immediately and made arrangements for me to come and see the unit. They were communicative and flexible as well. Great experience all around.

Decent price. Good location. However, I was heavily pressured by the site manager, Ryan, to post this review, which is why only two stars. He not only pressured me in-store but also called after I had posted my first review to make sure I included his name in the review. Very unprofessional. His superiors must be pressuring him way too much for reviews if hes that desperate. Not a good management technique, IMO.Update: The day after I posted the above review, I got a call from the district manager, Chris, who was very apologetic about my experience with being pressured for a review. He explained that any kind of pushing to post a review is not condoned by Public Storage. I appreciated his call. Ive bumped my review up to four stars from two.

Delores has been absolutely wonderful for my entire time here. I highly recommend working with her to get your storage needs met! The facility is nice, too, but nothing special. The people here are what make it awesome.

My crew and I were working on the building and having worked on sites before where management was less than accommodating it was nice to see friendly faces all day. Just watch if they try to talk you into helping rake leaves 😁 😉.

I have rented from this facility 3 times now and Delores has been there through each move and storage period. She makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. Storage units and property are clean and well kept. The property is conveniently located off I90 and secure with easy access for renters.

Update: Unfortunately, our unit and many others were broken into (June 16). Max insurance is $4,000 which doesnt begin to cover the loss of stolen items. August 16 they were supposed to upgrade security with cameras, but prior to that the homeless population had run of the place. Policy by management dictates they cant refuse to rent to a particular individual. Access was easy, and door codes were the same for the length of the building. I hope theyve changed their policies.Dolores was awesome, personable and efficient. Quick, easy experience. Super location. Recommended!

Was a five star experience!!!!. Was not certain of the date to start, I put a request to hold a unit several times (for 3 days) and always called to cancel. Finally my situation was finalized, Delores was able to provide all the info I needed. I asked several what if questions on things going wrong and was provided with a solution. Best of all, answers were brief and concise - no wasted time .

I have a unit in Kent, but I stop in the Sammamish location periodically to make a rental payment because it is closer to work. Joan, the property agent here is always kind and helpful and goes out of her way to see that I am taken care of. She has even come back from break early on two occasions to open the office so I can make my payment rather than making me come back. It is customer service like this that I can definitely appreciate and I will always consider Public Storage for my storage needs because of the great people they employ. Thank you Joan!

I had barely signed up when my phone was ringing. Pat, the property manager was on the phone to welcome me and set up a time to view the spaces. The location is convenient and well kept, but Pat is truly helpful and provided terrific customer service. Raised the bar!

This facility is awesome as far as location, it’s riggt off I-90 in Issaquah but not in the thick of the traffic. I like drive ups so that’s where I store my stuff, but they also have inside, smaller units as well. The District Manager is fabulous!! Great, genuine person. Very knowledgeable & funny! He was very helpful with some info I needed :) I’d definitely store here again!

My GF and I rented a unit here and in six months they raised the rate over 11% while still advertising specials at a lower rate. We tried to get them to offer us the lower rate but they said we would have to move units even though the units were exactly the same. Decided since I would have to move units to get a cheaper rate I would move to a much better facility that won’t raise rates.

I have been renting here for over a year and this place is perfect! Both Delores and Joan are very nice ladies with exceptional customer service. They seem to truly care about the property, keeping it clean and tidy, as well as about the people who rent there. They often come by and ask me how im doing when Im there to make sure everything is good in my unit. Highly Recommend!!!

Yesterday, 5 26 2020, drove up from LA to collect some things I had in storage and Dennis who was working in the office at the time bent over backwards to help me . I bothered this poor guy a few times as I was having difficulty loading my car but he was very patient and helped me get my stuff. Thanks a million Dennis!!

I Had the greatest experience renting a storage unit at the Public Storage in Issaquah. Delores is FANTASTIC!!! I have been in customer service management for over 20 years, and it is plain to see that Delores cares about her customers. I was a walk in looking for storage so my mother in law could move in with us. Delores not only found me the perfect space (and I was shopping around) but such an outstanding price. She held the unit for the weekend and did a pleasant follow up call and I was sold on her great service. I came in the following Tuesday and booked it. Thank you Delores for such a wonderful experience and thank you to Public Storage for having such great representatives.

Delores at Public Storage has been extremely helpful with my storage unit. She checks the locks daily and notifies you right away if she notices a lock missing or if anything is different. I feel good knowing that my unit is kept a close eye one. She is also very courteous and treats customers very well.

Delores is so caring and considerate. She made the process an enjoyable one. I feel my items are safe at this location among the others with the 9am-9pm business hours and gate access.

We have used this property for 4 years. We find working with Delores and Dennis an excellent experience. They are very helpful in our special needs and always work with use to find the correct solution.I see no reason why we wont be back next year to fill our storage needs.

Delores was extremely helpful. We were in an extreme bind and she went above and beyond. Super kind. Also the place is accessible for a truck and trailer. If you are moving and stuck like us, this is the place.

Chad was very helpful in explaining everything and getting me set up. I am only doing a 3 star due to the condition of the facility. Unit I rented is clean and dry, just the overall is not up to par with the other ones I have looked at. Mossy roofs, some water damage in outer part of the building,small but still noticeable. I guess it just looks neglected and could use a face lift. Plus if you like a outside unit that you can drive up to this is one of the only ones around. A lot of my stuff would have been tough to get into an elevator and on a cart down the small isles of the other facilities available in Issaquah. Plus excellent prices.

Chad at Issaquah was very helpful finding the right storage unit for my belongings. Really liked the flexibility of the month-to-month lease, plus the ability to start out with a larger unit and then downsize as our storage needs change. Overall, the customer service, flexibility and value were excellent. I did check other options in Issaquah and felt this was the best choice overall for what I needed.

I used the Issaquah PS facility several years ago and when the need for storage arose again, it was the first place I thought of.The location is conveniently located off of I-90 by the entrance to the state park, and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Issaquah.I was enthusiastically greeted in the office by the resident manager, Chad, who described the units available and their respective prices. I wasnt sure about what size I needed, so Chad showed me a couple of units.Returning to the office, all of the paperwork was handled electronically and the entire process completed in about 10 minutes.The facility appears well managed and maintained and Chad is very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience.

The two women we spoke to were very courteous and the space was ready when they told us it would be. They even took our reservation for the originally available space and changed it to a more desirable when it became available.

In the process of moving out of the Seattle area I needed a place to store my car on short notice. Delores was extremely helpful and got me set up very quickly with a storage unit for the car.Now, I finished my move and am living on the other side of the country and need to get the car picked up by a car transporter service and moved. Delores offered to move the car out of the storage unit for me and park it out front for the transporter to pick up. She is even going to start it and run it for a bit so that there are no last minute problems. She is going above and beyond my expectations. I am getting much more than I paid for. And friendly too. They messed up a refund and refused to correct it, I was passed around to multiple people, . I eventually spoke to the general manager Christopher Pierce who told me hed correct it that morning. Well that morning was 4 days ago, and he still has done nothing about it and refuses to return calls. Im going to have to open an investigation with BECU and get the charge reversed by the bank. This is absolutely the most pitifully customer service Ive ever seen.
