The staff were greatl, suggesting that they do both ears at once on my 7 year old. Good thing. But the corporate policy of having them sell a service contract for $8.99 without mentioning the cost is deceptive at best. When I got home and saw this charge on my receipt, I was upset. I went back and the charge was refunded, but I wouldnt recommend the Piercing Pagoda because of this.

The Gals their at the Pagoda were fantastic! I was shopping for something special for my wife and they helped me through the whole process seamlessly!! I would highly recommend stopping up and seeing them TODAY, very professional and polite.
