This is the second time I have been to this shop, and both times have been excellent!! They are very professional and friendly, and very clean. Duane did my daith piercing today, was very friendly and made sure I understood every step he did.

My Wife and I went to Stiehls to get a tattoo to celebrate our recent marraige, and had a wonderful experience.The artist, Todd, was very nice and incredibly talented. It was both of our first tattoos and he made the experience memorable, and the tattoos look amazing!

Rob was my piercer. He was very nice and professional. He walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. The experience went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him.

I definitely recommend Stiehl’s! They were extremely friendly. Rob Ford was my piecer and he thoroughly explained everything he was doing and was upfront about pricing, the sterilization process, and how I should take care of my piercings. (Side note: I got my daith pierced, along with both lobes, to see if it would help with my migraines and... this is the first time in 5 years that I haven’t had a migraine for a whole week!). I will definitely go back for more piercings and/or tattoos!

GO HERE. The staff (who have been there for years) take great pride in their work and do a stellar job. I’ve only gotten piercings here but always have a positive experience. Rob has always been more than helpful every time I need help taking out/putting my seamless septum back in.

I love stiehls!! I got my first tattoo here and just got like four more. Amanda has done all of them, and she provides such a comfortable experience, which is what keeps me coming back. She is super easy to make adjustments with and clearly also wants her work to look its absolute best. Would recommend to anyone

Had my daith piercing done by Rob, second one! Fabulous job! Quick, easy, no pain. Prices are great. Cleanness place EVER that Ive been too!! Super important that your piercer is clean! Everything opened in your presence. Definitely the place to go!

This was my first time in this shop. Let me say, first impressions count. Tried to spend money for my wifes birthday and thought Id buy local. My interaction with the person who attended the jewelry case was - meh. The interaction bordered on standoff-ish and almost judge(y) - or at least that was my perception. Ive definitely had better transactions at other shops - I am heavily tattooed so Im no stranger. Was I not worthy because I didnt look the part or could it have been my business casuals? Whatever it was, I left empty handed and spent my money online. Maybe next time but I doubt it. It may be different for you.

This review is for piercing only--I dont have any experience with their tattoo artists. The piercer is very professional and takes his work seriously, and is a nice guy to boot. The experience of consulting and having my options explained, and actually getting pierced was easy and marked by good communication and service. The level of cleanliness is high, which is obviously a hallmark of a good piercing operation. I would recommend anyone whos serious about piercing to at least get a consultation here and find out if its right for you.

Ive had 2 tattoos done at Stiehls, 1 from Scott, and another from Amanda. Im currently working with Amanda on my 2nd tattoo from her. Shes absolutely amazing and they all do beautiful work. Id been to other shops where they wouldnt listen to what I personally wanted and more what would look good next to their other work, but everyone at Stiehls will listen to you in what you want out of your tattoo. Also the guys who work with piercings are very nice and I have intentions of getting piercings done there. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible! My friend and I came here as Walk-ins to get her first tattoo and my third. After being turned away from 3 other shops, we came across Todd by chance and it was by far my most positive tattoo experience and a great one for her as well! Todd was kind, helpful, incredibly masterful and professional. He helped us both draw out our designs and did an excellent job with our tattoos - I cant stop staring at mine in the mirror I love it so much! We were both pretty nervous and he didnt mind as we talked, cursed, and he even made us laugh which really put us at ease in the process. I am not incredibly excited to get my next one with him - Todd you have a loyal fan!!

I got my septum pierced here yesterday. They were extremely professional and kind. They explained every thing that they were doing, and made me feel very comfortable. They were also very conscious of sanitation, which was very comforting. I would recommend them!

Came in for my first piercing and had a great time of it. They were quick and professional but also friendly enough to help me relax before and then calm down after.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. If its your first time getting pierced this is a great choice. The guy walks you through their sterilization techniques and is very knowledgeable.My girlfriend at the time had her tattoo touched up and the result was great.

Ive been here twice and was less than impressed. The first time, I had my nose pierced. I was a walk in and they said they had time to do the piercing. After waiting 2 hrs they finally said they were ready for me, when I went back they were clean, Ill give them that. The man that pierced my nose was rude, and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience even though they said they had time. The second time dealing with them, I emailed them my thoughts on a tattoo and asked for a rough pricing and draw up. They said sure no problem, and we even emailed back and forth a few time finalizing ideas. He said hed get back to me within 3 weeks with the draw up and price, its been 2 months and I havent heard a word. Ive emailed TWICE and had no response. I went to another tattoo artist and had my tattoo drawn up and paid for in 3 weeks time.So overall: yes, they were clean and had plenty of selection of piercing jewelery (although overpriced compared to other places) BUT they were unfriendly, made me feel like an inconvenience and out right stood me up. My advise? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

First of all let me start off by saying they all ways make me feel like a princess, when your getting a pricing, buying jewelry, or just asking questions. When you are getting priced its obvious they know what there doing, they go over every step before they start and show you the equipment has been sterilized much much better than places like piercing pagoda. The jewelry was just what i was looking for simple high quality stuff. I especially love the studs they have a ball on each end so i dont have to use backing that annoy my ear when i sleep. If your just going in for a question there all ways have a friendly answer and they give you free salt to clean your ear. Overall im never going any ware else to get priced.

Came here for my first tattoo. I was a bit nervous but they were very kind. Todd did an amazing job with my tattoo and I am so in love with it. I had heard good things about this place and it was suggested that I try them out so I did..but they do seem to be a little bit on the pricey side.

My friend and I just got daith piercings here. Rob was fantastic. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I booked an appointment for my very first tattoo ever and I showed up on time and the tattoo artist Scott forgot he booked an appointment with me... No one offered me an opportunity to reschedule, no one offered me a discount for this mistake, I was brushed off like it was nothing. Would not recommend.

I went there for my first piercing. Very bright and clean. I felt very comfortable there. Went back a month later for another piercing. I think I am going to go there for a tattoo. I highly reccomend

I went in with a few variations of the same general idea. I showed Scott the 4 variations and he immediately pointed out that one of them would not turn out like I was hoping. Right there I knew he was knowledgeable. Once the prepping was done I was able to watch him pull each needle out of new packaging individually, great clean environment. Then while getting my tattoo I barely felt a thing and he was very personable as well. I have 3 Tattoos (now) and my first one was a painful experience (by an inexperienced “artist”) and the next 2 I got done at steihl’s. I will be returning to them for all my future Tattoo needs. Thanks guys!

I LOVE this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is incredibly clean, as well as the instruments, and the work is quick and quality.

Friendly helpful staff got a small black line tattoo that took less than 10 min to do feel like I was gouged on the price. 90 bucks with tip. I got one twice the size with color from another place and it cost 50 with tip. I wont go back.

Ive been going to Stiehls for about ten years for all of my piercings, and their service, quality and understanding of piercing have always been outstanding, and they even teach you how to tell if piercing tools have been sterilized!
