This 7/11 really does hold a special place in my heart. I go here daily and am still constantly amazed by the selection, availability, and ease to get what I need when I need it. What an excellent establishment
More than half the times I’ve gone to this location their coffee is never ready or the coffee is cold. This company was built on the original coffee-to-go and not to have coffee ready by 6-7am is maddening. Happens way to often for me to recommend this location to anyone. To anyone that follows the channel and is local, DO NOT go to this location. Bad customer service and don’t expect coffee.
The store is in the most strategic location possible (in the heart of the college town area). My major disappointment at the store are the staff. While some of the staff are polite and nice, I often encounter some disinterested faces who dont care to even take a look at the checkout counter. One of the senior ladies at the store forgot to even check if the payment went through. That apart, the store has almost everything one needs from food, dairy, toiletries and even basic medicines.
The short haired woman has a bad service
Been going to this location for about three years, never any issues, clerks are always friendly and respectful. Produce might not have always been the most fresh but it works in a pinch.
Beware: If youre Asian, expect to meet a rude and condescending staff with a huge chip on her shoulder. The blonde woman who works day shifts would greet a white customer with a smile and all kinds of pleasantries. But when she turns to me, she would immediately put on a frown and a disgusted look. Doesnt even have the decency to say goodbye back, much less say anything. I can confirm this because this happened to me and my Asian friends multiple times.
Can the clerks PLEASE just wear their masks
Most things are a bit pricey, but the food are really economical.
It had very terrible service. I would not suggest this locations to anyone. It is in fact the worst 7-eleven I have ever been to. I will not be returning. I would give it no stars if I could. Once again it is trash.
Im a frequent shopper at this seven eleven and everything I go into the store I have an issue with this one employee. Now I always purchase my items, I dont steal from any store or person. Tonight I visited seven eleven and I was grabbing something quick for a late dinner. I had two cups of soup, two Roman noodles, a peach, and a apple. I dropped some of the items on the floor, so I place the apple, the peach, and a soup in my pocket. I continued to shop, when this employee approached me telling me to empty my pockets. I said I didnt have an issue, I placed them there because they kept dropping. Now I was trying to be respectful, but the employee attitude towards me was nasty. I told her, everytime I come to this store, I pay for my items, I have money in my pocket, and I understand what you may feel, but you havent even given me a chance to check out. I can understand if I tried to leave the store with the items or I came to checkout and didnt pay for the items I placed in my pocket. But she never even gave me a chance, she didnt even wait to see if I was truly trying to steal. She already profiled me and I was finished shopping, she told me I have to pay for everything I have that second, and tried to tell me to check the shelf for anything I may have put back because I had to pay for it. So despite how Im feeling i brought what the soups and the peach to check, while she bought extra things up, and told me I have to pay for it. I told her Im not paying for it a d she came force me to pay for it. She then threatened to call the police on me and I didnt do anything wrong. I didnt make any attempt to steal, leave the store with any product I didnt pay for, but shes going to threatened me with police because she telling me i have to pay for items i glanced at? So I said she was wrong and she could call, and the police couldnt even take action because I havent done anything wrong. She called me a black b****, and I dropped the stuff on the counter; then I left. Now my friend who was with me, she tried to force him to pay for the stuff i left on the counter, and he refused. In what way is he responsible to do so? She also wouldnt let him make any of his own purchases, so my question is what steps should I take in this. Like I said earlier I am a frequent customer and she said I cant come back. What should I do?
This 7 11 literally saves lives. Good thing it is open 24/7.
Huge selection. Anything you need that you need while studying is there. It even has many small groceries that you would need. Quite a few hot items to go as well.
Welcoming customer service except one or two of the staff(rest were very friendly with me) and since is 24*7, helped me a lot
2 dollars for a big chili cheese dog and a soda is definitely the cheapest lunch in town.
Highly available and convenient.
Expensive but convenient place. overall good except sometimes not very friendly staff.
Racist and discriminate custom service. Don’t accept driver license out of New York State. After I say California, the cashier rejected my friends saying that no passport, must be driver license.
They have a ridiculous policy of not accepting international IDs(not even passport). Why do you want to open in an area with international students? You expect everyone to get local IDs.
Its a convince store, itll have everything youll need. But dont expect any friendly staff, expect to meet some miserable people who dont even have the decency to say hello and goodbye
High prices, bad quality
Nice place
The store is larger than the convenience stores in Japan, but it is a little smaller than a supermarket. Its nice to be open 24 hours a day, but the price is a split.
