This guys took part of my ring when I was last in to see him. I was asking how much he would give for a broken ring. He played off like he didnt but I know he did. I came in with 4 pieces. Left with 3. Very shady sketchy person. I will never return.

UPDATED: have been working with Patrick for months to make 10 year anniversary rings for me and my husband. My husband’s is proving to be harder than any of us thought, and Patrick has been diligently working with me to get it right.I chose a setting and wanted to be absolutely certain I liked it before committing, so Patrick ordered the setting and made sure it was exactly what I wanted before moving forward. There was no obligation, and Patrick was so patient and helpful the entire time. Let me say, the end result is simply STUNNING. Came in for a watch adjustment, and was assisted almost immediately. Watch fits nicely, especially since they asked to check if it fits okay before removing the final digit. Glad they did that. Great customer service.

I am writing in regards to the review that was left by a women that called our shop, and is posted above.This women called and told us that her home was broken into and that the police department told her to call and ask us to give her information about our customers.She wanted us to go into our data base and tell her who has sold us items in the last week of doing business. Our customers privacy is very important to us. For her to expect us to give personal information to someone other than a law enforcement officer would not be in anyones best interest.I can not believe that any person with half a mind would think that we would give personal information over the phone or in person to anyone except the police departments.This women was very, very, rude. She should be ashamed of the way she spoke to me, and also ashamed for trying to destroy a local business that has been in the same location in Ithaca for over 26 years.We are one of the few companies in Ithaca that take government issued IDs and make copies that are kept in a data base, to help law enforcement agencies. These agencies have full access to these records. We have aided the police in solving many crimes in our community.
