I want to say THANK YOU so very much to Jade and Alisa for there amazing customer service at the Kay store at the Ithaca mall. They helped me place an online order as I was having some issues with my newly established account. They were able to get things figured out for me. Thank you again. I walked in got what I wanted ordered my husbands ring it has been 5 weeks still has no ring had to get married without it I was very disappointed in them they never reached out to is until I got mad
