We bought a sectional and two chairs from them and it was a great experience. They warned us ahead of time about the wait on certain items and looked up every piece of furniture we asked about. We spent a couple of hours pricing and picking stuff out and never once felt like a burden. Their customer service is unbeatable. Brian, Theresa, Jenn, Brad and Josh have all been wonderful. We will be back.

We ordered a couch from them in early August after being told that it would take at most 8 weeks. It is October 26th, and we have had to call them three times for updates. The response is the same every time, we will look into it. They never contact us again. I hope to get our money back. At this point, we are starting to think that we were swindled.Edit: We got our money back which is all one can ask for. However, the owner asked me via text if I would come in the store for the check. I said my girlfriend will be the only one.When my girlfriend went the next day, the owner pressured her to have me remove my negative review claiming she did not have to issue a “refund.” By definition, a refund implies we received a product or service. I am tired and disgusted by this owner who shows no sign of actual remorse. What kind of person gives such a distasteful apology? And she has the nerves to put up a positive, honest front on Google.

Great Place! Easy to find right off of Rt 96. Owner was very nice, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what budget I wanted to stick to. She helped me find several great pieces. I will definitely be back for my future furnishing needs!

Nice furniture

Prices are fair. We are happy with our purchase. Unfortunately, the delivery guys ruined our experience. We paid a 75 dollar fee to have our stuff delivered. The guys walked through my house with their muddy boots on, got mud all over my carpets, scratched and dented my front door and broke a leg on our brand new sectional. Our mattress had a hole in the corner and they got mud all over the corner of our brand new white sectional. The owner offered to replace our mattress and a 100 refund for the damage done to our door. We were considering buying more furniture from them, but not after the experience we had today with the delivery guys. If you purchase anything from this place, haul it and move it yourself.Editing to update.I recieved my $100 compensation for our damaged door. Havent heard anything from the owner about our mattress replacement and leg replacement for our couch and its been a week. I would steer clear of this business. I purchased over $3,000 worth of furniture and it came damaged. The owner offered either a $50 refund or new mattress to make up for our ripped $1100 mattress. Obviously we paid that much for a new mattress, we want a new mattress. Havent heard anything from them in a week. The owner doesnt seem to care about customer experience and obviously values the dollar signs more. $100 wont even replace our aluminum door.
