Sam is VERY helpful and VERY thorough in her tests and in her service. I had a set of hearing aids that only one was program-able, but she went a couple of extra miles and was able to think outside the box and she innovated something special that would allow the other aid to be re-programmed. She did NOT just sit by and do nothing !!! Thank you VERY much Samantha !!!
