Brian was extremely helpful and professional. We told him our budget and he didnt pressure to get every penny (actually spent $150 less than what we planned on already knowing the prices because we liked a cheaper mattress). You will be encouraged to spend some time just laying on the mattresses. No rush, no pressure. He wants his customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Response time to inquiries was quick and Brian worked hard to accommodate our schedule. I highly recommend at least visiting before you buy anywhere else. (We even price compared on line and found that prices were as low if not lower at Mattresses by Appointment.)

I found this place online when doing a general search for mattresses for sale in Ithaca. I needed a new mattress ASAP and even though they are still under construction they agreed to meet me same day and offered to deliver same day. The pillow-top mattress was very reasonably priced and I saw a lot of good deals on other furniture (nice couches) that I’ll probably be back for.
