PATIENCE. I visited the UPS store in Collegetown at 5:30pm. At that point, the day had consisted of a loose gunman running around requiring students to shelter in place. Needless to say this was just days after a bomb threat rattled the Cornell and surrounding Ithaca community. I came to the UPS store to ship two different packages to two different locations. What sounds like a relatively simple task required more communication and transferring of information than I had ever anticipated. I wont get into the details, but I throughly appreciate the time and energy the owners took to make sure my packages will arrive at their destination in a safe and timely manner. I know they get overwhelmed sometimes, but I understand why now. Its a very meticulous process! So, with the holiday season coming up, im sure there will be a TON of traffic coming their way. Lets make sure to stay extra patient because we all just want to spread good vibes!

Long lines. No parking. Lug your packages across blocks to stand in line. Nice enough staff. I just do not understand how a community of over 100k is expected to use a drop off location the size of a 1bedroom apartment?

While UPS charged me a ton of money to ship a small envelope to NYC overnight, and then did not deliver until 2 days later, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they took care of filing the claim to get my money back. The delay was not their fault yet they went above and beyond to make it right. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff are super nice and helpful! They are so patient, caring, considerate, accommodating, and went to the extra mile to help customers save money. They are knowledgeable to the whole system so you can rest assured that you are in good hand. The trust they built with customers is unseen and I truly admire their work ethics and wish them the best!

Very friendly and professional staff. I mailed my international student service applications here recently, and the lady is very familiar and experienced with the documents/process, which is of great help.Besides this, I have shipped many packages, several ups drop-offs (for amazon return), and travel visa applications here in the past two years, so far so good.

They could not let customer leave the time window to deliver. Just keep sending the package at the same time. Bad service.

Print service needs to be improved. They don’t provide any photo printing service.

Five stars especially for the young lady who works at the store, in particular 12/28/20 around 8:30am. She is the only one friendly and helpful there. All other staff might as well be let go. They are indifferent and not much of a help to their customers.

Had a terrible experience here. One of the staff members on the Saturday morning shift was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and give your business to Uncle Martys Shipping Office instead (its just down the street from the UPS Store). I went there after leaving UPS and the staff there was extremely kind.

The best UPS Store in the world. Not kidding. The lady who runs this UPS Store is kind, very hard working and should be the next CEO of this company because she has the brain and the heart for it. Business its not just about the money but about caring for people and she does that with majesty.

I came in today for my first time to send a package back for repairs that had tricky instructions. The salesperson was very helpful and when we saw the initial price for shipping was very high, she helped me find a more decent shipping price. Thank you.

They left my package this morning at the wrong house even though the address written down had the right house number. I am lucky that I went to each house looking for my package after they said that it had been deliver at the front door at the request of anonymous person and I didn’t find it in front of mine! And it was my newly repaired computer! Stressful and could have been completely avoidable if they had just checked the package properly!

I’d recommend searching for another shipping facility - this location has a terribly rude and unhelpful staff who drastically overcharge their customers. Taking advantage of college students trying to move out is bad enough, but doing so during the Covid pandemic is just unacceptable, but not surprising given the subpar management team.

Dont make a notary appointment here. Despite not having a notary they let you make appointments for it. But its only been 5 months since the notary left so I am sure they are about to update the system any day.

Walked in with a box that was open and the counter person walked over with packing tape. Made sure everything necessary was in the box, taped it and gave me the confirmation receipt. Then faxed something for me and made sure I was aware it was received. Quick, friendly and attentive!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The customer service is top notch. Everything you need is there ....excellent service!

Nice clean shop, employees are all very friendly and helpful. Seems like they often have clueless college students in as customers, but Ive watched the employees calmly and patiently explain things time and again. Overall a great place to handle your day to day shipping and such.

Have been here several times and for the chaotic, collegetown atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and as efficient as they can be. Have had some awesome door signs printed here. Prints and shipping are reasonably priced. Bring your own packaging tape.

Horrible service. The staff is very impatient and they insist to charge 1 dollar for printing 1 return label (Regular A4 paper) without telling in advance - rediculous fee. Dont go there.

I have seen some comment about bad printing service in my experience printing services is the best ....its smooth, fast and quality.

Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable about shipping options and cost, and they take special care with delicate objects such as art and photographs. They explain the precautions they take to ensure safe shipment of valuable and delicate objects.

The staff that works there are all friendly. They are great in helping choose what box to send the package in as well as packing it all up.
