I purchased 13 gallons of paint, in store, at the end of the day. The mixing machine was down, but the associate hand mixed all the paint so that I could take it with me. The type of paint I wanted was out of stock, so I was given an upgraded quality for the price of the less expensive paint. Associates were very helpful. A+ experience.

I had my first experience with the Ithaca, NY store yesterday, 12/4/19 and I just have to say WoW. Daisia; the assistant manager was not only extremely kind, courteous, and very helpful, but very knowledgeable regarding the products and which one would work best for me. I was seriously blown away. I was there for a while waiting on my customer to get back to me regarding this purchase and I observed Daisia’s kind manner and efficiency in dealing with other customers and my experience was not an isolated incident. She is solid, above and beyond in all respects. I will not only return for continued business, but I will certainly refer others to that store. She is truly an asset.

New to this area and Daisia was incredibly welcoming. She tackled my commercial issue like a champion even though it was a little outside her comfort zone to begin with. Way to go!!

These guys are great. Very friendly always fun. Very knowledgeable. When we get into tricky things like trying to make stain look like existing stained surfaces, they are who we go to for the tough questions.
