They walked me through the paperwork and answered my questions in detail. Id never had work done on my car before but they were understanding and professional the entire time. I had my car back in my hands quicker than the estimated time they gave me. I was floored at how clean and detailed they were with the repairs. They even cleaned the inside of my car thoroughly, I wasnt expecting that at all. A huge thank you to the workers at Kosmetic Kar Doctor, you made a stressful situation much easier to deal with!

They are very good in their work. I love the customer service but I think sometime they kind of little pricey because other mechanic shops charge lesser than them and do the same amount of work..

Teddy and his crew are professional and great to work with. He keeps in touch and gives you the latest updates. Our poor car has been hit twice in the last year and a half. The first one was $12,000 worth the damage and this one was $4,600 worth of damage. Each time our vehicle look like it just came off the showroom floor. They have very good prices. You wont be disappointed.

These folks took care of the door damage, price is fair, and completed in a very short period of time. One of the best jobs Ive seen in door repair!Seals are tight, no air leakage, and you cant even tell it was damaged.

This place needs to be investigated by the better business bureau!!! They do not have a specific way they charge for their services. If you do have to deal with them, be careful!!!! If you have an issue on the way they are conducting business with you, it can and will cost you thousands of more dollars. I have never dealt with any legit (???) Business that can charge what they want due to personal vendettas. This really has to stop. We do have laws in our favor. I would hate to think they can continue to do to anyone else what they have done to my family and what is caused ours financially!!!! Please share if you believe that a business should not be able to pick and choose what they charge if you have to deal with them. This month has opened my eyes to deceit, advantage, and abuse of a business, which thinks it is above the standards of any other business that has to follow certain procedures and laws.
