These guys always go out of their way to help me get my family’s 3 vehicles serviced or whatever is needed in a timely manner. This week they were short handed & still serviced my car. I also appreciate their honesty & tell me if something actually needs to be fixed or not.

Had a great experience with this team. I was coming through on 55 on a Friday, when I had a battery kill on me. It was 90 plus degrees and I had my small dogs with. I was able to get to this place. They were extremely busy, and they prioritized getting me a new battery and on my way. The guy at the service counter and the manager helped me themselves as all their team members were extremely busy, and were extremely friendly throughout. The price was great as well.

They were booked up and still worked our driver in. Extremely polite and friendly to my driver. The price was great as well!!! Hopefully I never have a truck have a blow out in that area anymore, but if I do Purcell Tire will be my first phone call.

We were on our way to Orange Beach Alabama when we went through construction on the highway. We ended up puncturing both front tires due to road work debris. We were just a couple minutes from Purcell tire. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. They got us in right away and repaired both tires for a really great price. We were back on the road and heading to our destination in a very reasonable time.We were very happy and definitely recommend this location!

We went, paid very little to see what was wrong, even some little things were improved w/o charge. Fair cost. We chose to have further work done and received the same good service! 👍 Definitely appreciate the service and timely fashion. Highly recommended.

The were not open yet but coue of the mechanics were there with the bay door open. We set up an appointment for last Friday for initial inspection. Results were alignment and replace front brake rotors due to heat warping. Unfortunately, Purcell was short staffed that day and we agreed on Monday morning to finish the repair. The repair was finished ahead of schedule, the quoted price was price paid. Bobby was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Our truck rides very nice now.

Im a truck driver, I was running very low on time and needed a tire changed. The second I came here they got me in right away, and not even 5 minutes later they already had my tire taken off and started putting in a new one. I got out of there in 30 mins and for a very fair price. I would of lost a minimum of 4 hours of I would of went to a truck stop, and would of been charged over $400. This place is a good example of how all services across the country should be. Thanks guys!

Took my daughters car to do repair and preventive maintenance in preparation for her move to med school. Car was repaired and maintained right in schedule. Excellent communication with the shop manager on needed repairs. Car is fixed right and now her car is not a worry for either of us. Great price and friendly service. My only complaint is.... I was told that it would take about an hour and it wound up taking 2 hours and 20 minutes. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have dropped it off.

Purcell Tire was awesome! They did some tire work on my garden tiller. Turn around time was quick, and staff was friendly and helpful. One of the guys even offered to help me get the tiller on my trailer. Definitely recommend this place

I started taking my fleet vehicle there because of location convenience but even if we moved I’d still continue. These guys are top notch. The guy at the front desk was super! I had front tires on our motorhome out of balance and I was able to talk to the shop manager who asked me some detailed questions then he got the tires balanced he also took time to answer questions I had.I would recommend this shop!

Been going to Purcell for almost 24 years now. Would never go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and nice and they always do a great job on all my vehicles!!

Just purchased tires yesterday. So far they are great. Will review those at a later date.As far as customer service, I couldn’t be more pleased. Bob took the time to explain why I was having the issues with my current tires as well as going over the differences in tires I picked out vs. 2 other options. He did not try to sway me one way or the other. He gave me time to research and come to a decision. I had talked to 2 other places prior to Purcell and they just went to the computer wrote some numbers on a paper and sent me on my way. Very cold.I would recommend you start with Purcell and save yourself some time!Update: Tires perform very well in rainy conditions, I’m pleased.Oil changed and tires rotated. They got me in quickly. Pleased with their friendly service. Bonus...Facilities are clean.😉

My neighbor told me me not to go here because they over price. Well I gave the benefit of the doubt and replaced my front lawn mower tire. It was $40. I replaced the other front lawn mower at Jackson Tire and it was $20. So Purcell charged double what Jackson Tire charged.Also yesterday I needed my truck inspected. Because Purcell is convenient for me and an inspection is a set price by the state I took it there. Big mistake. They failed it on multiple things. Everybody knows dont take your vehicle at tire shops to get inspected because they will purposefully fail you to sell ypu something. I took my truck to Seyer garage today and it passed. So yea I am not happy with Purcell.

They were not punctual with times promised, not able to do all the work, or very clear on out the door pricing. But they made up for it with bending over backwards to make things as right as they could. I would do business with again as long as I was not rushed for time. Quality of work was good and customer service was better...which is a lost art these days.

I was informed that they are “going to pass” when asked to mount 225/45 tires on 17 inch wheels.I’m not sure a place of business can call themselves a tire business, when they can’t/won’t mount pretty standard size tires.

My car was making all kinds of racket, shaking, and just plain scary to drive. I took it to the friendly staff at Purcell Tire in Fruitland and they got me all fixed up in no time at all. Now it’s like I’m driving a new car! I’m very grateful for their expertise.

I were to have supposedly had nitrogen put into my nitrogen filled tires, ever since then my tires have been fluctuating rapidly. So I’m assuming ear was put into my tires even though I paid for the more expensive nitrogen. I’m very disappointed and I’m afraid to take my car back.
