Had glass cut for the top of 2 dressers. They were reasonable and loaded them into my car. Made sure I had tabs to put under the glass. I would recommend them.

A big truck backed into my vehicle in a hotel parking lot and blew out the passenger side window and damaged the door. I tried to work with one of the national glass companies through my insurance company....disaster. One of the employees at the hotel recommended Jackson Glassworks. I spoke with Jay who said to come on over. Jay looked at the damage and he said he would not be able to replace the window because of the damage to the door. He recommended a local collision center. He then cleaned the glass out of the truck and put an adhesive seal over the passenger side opening. I offered to pay for this service but he declined. They called ahead to the Collison center to let them know we were coming. They really helped and reassured us. I was very impressed and highly recommend this business!

Workers were very nice but when I walked in when I came home I was greeted to metal shards all over the bathroom floor, which I stepped on and had to clean up myself. Not a professional move on their part. Also I purchased a diamond coating on the glass that was $300 extra but had lifetime coverage that protects glass from a myriad of problems that happen with glass and water. It cost me over $3000.00 shower glass and they didnt use the glass that had this special feature. It took forever to get it installed. Person who measured it didnt do the angles correctly so we had to wait. Its installed and when I asked for the warrenty on it, I found out they didnt make it that way. It looks nice & I got the $300.00 back but its not what was ordered. At this time wont use them again due to all things mentioned.

Excellent and quick service, took less than three hours effort them to cut a piece of quarter inch glass. Very happy..will use them again!

I took in a large piece of plexiglass to be cut for a table they got the length right but the width was all over the place, I could have cut it myself but I want a good clean professional cut.. well that didnt work out! After hours of sanding I got it to look good enough to use..When I took the glass back in all they said was we cut it by hand so it wont be perfect.. wish they told me that in the first place, I would have taken to a place where they dont need excuses.

Recently had a truck mirror repaired there. They were able to remove and replace the broken outside mirror for a much cheeper amount the the dealership who wanted to replace the entire mirror. It only took 20 minutes. Impressed.

I have had a couple of windshields replaced by them. They have always done great work and are reasonably priced. They are my go to place for window repair.

My back window shattered. They were able to replace it very quickly, and at a really reasonable price.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! So...Ive had my 2016 Civic for less than 7 months and have had the worst experience between Art Moehn and Jackson Glass. I was REQUIRED to take my car here due to extended warranty issues through dealership Art Moehn, they came highly recommended and dealership takes ALL glass work here. Brought my car here, dropped it off 2 hours earlier than 10 am scheduled appointment, as I work third shift and was already limited to hours available. I decided an insurance claim was a waste and told lady at Jackson Glass to cancel the claim after she informed me she could get another $200 outta them to charge my insurance $400+ but cash price was $275. They called around 10:30am (2 hours later) telling me my car would be done at 10:45. I went to pick my car up only to find my windshield not flush with seal, not sealed properly, very noticeable gaps between the glass and moulding/seal. I immediately go inside and tell them that its not acceptable and looks horrible. Mortified thinking that they 1) overcharge insurance companies 2) have noticeable junk work and 3) agree that it looks like trash and they wouldnt allow something like that to go to a dealership. Guy came out with an attitude after being told it wasnt acceptable and looked horrible. He agreed it was not as good as it could be but...... He offered to replace it again next Saturday as he wouldnt correct it today because he doesnt have another windshield or the moulding needed. Waste some more time and money of mine. Have to see how this mobile Unit rectifies this situation on Tuesday. Worst experience ever. Ive attached the pictures of the appauling poor done job they did. Cant help feeling like they were underestimating the fact that Im a female and I didnt allow them to overcharge my insurance.

I used JGW the first time in 2001 to replace a tailgate window in my 1986 Blazer. The service was excellent, the price worth it. A few years later I found myself in need of a windshield and remembered the great experience I had with JGW.. Again, they scored perfect marks. Now, thirteen years after my first visit to JGW I have used them for every glass need I have had and every time they are consistently excellent. A few days ago they replaced the windshield in my wifes 2011 Malibu and provided the same high quality service and experience as my first visit. Thank you JGW.
