My car was stolen. I had to get On-Star to locate and disable it. The owner at auto one refused to have the damage done to my rear bumper fixed after keeping my car for 3 months. I had to sue him . Never go there, he has the spirit of mammon.

I stopped by to get my air checked in my tires. But good God I was not ready for the price. It was $8 dollars! $2 dollars per tire! I have never heard of such a thing. Any where else around charges absolutely nothing to check air. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They don’t ever have to worry about me as a customer! I really wish I could give then no stars.

While on a road trip we heard a funny noise worth the car and stopped for the night. This place was one of the few auto shops open on a Saturday and when we called the guy was super nice and checked to make sure he would have the potential car parts before we showed up. Came in, did the diagnostics and turned out to be a much simpler fix. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and honest and would highly recommend it! Thanks Randall!

Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful staff! They looked up the part I thought I needed before I even arrived, and then were not only honest enough but excited to tell me that the repair I needed was actually much cheaper than anticipated. Wonderful customer service, highly recommend.

Nice and professional sounding but they kept my car for 3 weeks and all they done was a diagnostic test changed me $108 to tell me what I already know ... #never again

Car was cutting off, a number of mechanics stated it was bad fuel pump. Bought 595 dollar fuel pump and asked them to put it on. Stated they would need to do a test that cost 101 dollars. Held car for 5 days. Stated there was nothing wrong with the car. 3 days later same problem. Said I would have to pay another 101 for them to just look at it again.

Took 5 days to misdiagnose and another couple days to swap parts for misdiagnosis. Wasnt long before my truck was back in the shop (a different shop) for the same problem.

They were excellent, friendly,knowledgeable, they came to my home aired my tires up so I could drive it to their shop.

This place is wonderful, they fixed my truck in no time
