I went and had my oil changed, and the tech forgot to reset my odometer for my oil. I called the store and they told me to come back. Dillon went above and beyond the call of duty to not only reset it for me but he repeatedly apologized for the techs mistake and also showed me how to do it if it happened again. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was quick, and everyone was very polite. Thank you G-force Staff.

Paid for a check up got nothing but the same noise I went there in the first place. Not friendly at all when I went to pick up my truck didnt even say thank you. Will not be back

Thry told us the gasket to the head was not working and would be 2400 but we had extended the warranty so we took it to the dealership that went over it and over it and ran tests and the head gasket was fine. So they are incompetent or dishonest.

We were in a few weeks ago because our car was overheating. They fixed what they thought was wrong and everything seemed to be working okay. Yesterday, the radiator was spraying fluid everywhere so we called an they said to bring it back in this morning. They were very nice throughout the whole time and had it repaired in under two hours. Best service we’ve had in a long time.

The owner (Matt Clawson) and his staff is very skilled in all aspects of the vehicle. In addition they are very fair in their prices and service is excellent as well. This shop is also recommended by local tire shops for to complete alignments. Overall, an asset in Jackson and highly recommended.

I have a classic car and after having it messed up at several facilities, I found G Force. They do great work and theyre the only ones I trust with my 78 Corvette. I have also referred them to family members and friends and they too have been very happy with their service. Ive been bringing all of my service work to them for over a year now with no complaints.

They by far made my brake repair the best experience I’ve ever had. I was in a bind and was having issues with my brakes on a Friday morning that someone else had repaired a few weeks before and they were the only shop willing to work with me the same day and squeeze me in. Plus, they worked with Autozome where I’d bought the pads from originally to make sure I owed nothing more on brake pads and they even bought my calipers through them to make for an easier and less expensive experience! Thank you guys so much...your customer service, price, and flexibility was top notch!
