Brought my truck to these guys to dfix my rear-end thats coverd under warranty and so far I am extremely nervous about my decision my truck has been there for 10 days now and every time I call I get the same story about how they have to get it diagnosed and approved by the warranty company after 10 days the problem should have already been diagnosed and repairs STARTED ! The peoples are always polite but you get the feeling you just bothering them when you call and check on your vehicle called again today and got the same story but told they were actually working on my truck today very VERY nervous about this shop but will wait and update this review after the work is completed hopefully everything will go smoothly and much faster although they should definitely work on making their customers feel more comfortable and important

We were on our way to Biloxi, MS and experience something going wrong with the car. They took us right in and got us right out, within 2 hrs. Out of state, tired and experienced great Hospitality. Forever greatful!

I had been google shopping for the least expensive place to get a tuneup for my Expedition and I discovered this business. Everything about them was polite and upfront. From the initial quote on the phone to the servicing on my truck. Not only were they a few $100 dollars cheaper than the more known company, they also refunded me an overcharge that I had ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of!! You CAN NOT beat this level of service!! My vehicle and running smoother and I’m a few dollars richer lol. Thanks y’all!!

We broke down in jackson due too a rat chewing through the air filter in my wifes car ultimately clogging the intake we had it towed here and they had it done in 4 days great turnaround and very professional would use these guys again

Ive worked with these guys for nearly a decade now off and on. Back when I was at JSU, I swear the mechanics were miracle workers. These days though, this shop has caused me nothing but trouble. Ive paid them thousands of dollars for them to slap my vehicles together, not test drive them, and literally not even make it to the next light without a crucial problem that I brought the vehicle there for being immediately evident. I have given them time again time to prove that they are still capable of doing more than plugging a tire but something is just wrong here. Im never coming back and Im going to encourage everyone I know, including my employer to never use this business again.P.S.The owner is never wrong. All times they quote are just imaginary numbers so I hope you dont need a car in Jackson anytime soon.P.S.S Ive never owned a Nissan 300 Z(X)? but I would love to one day.

I have been going to this shop since 2008. They have been keeping my truck running over ten years. You name it, and I’ve had them to do it. They always have the lowest prices compared to the other full service shops that quote me for work. They truly stand by their work.

Been going to them since they were called Progressive, in the 90s.. They are a little expensive, yet, worth it.. Love them... You will have a wait time of an hour or more, depending on the services needed... Still worth it!!!

Good people but sometimes the oil change tech has a lot of vehicles. They do try to work you in.

They do not know what they are doing. Do not take your vehicle there. Also, the lady at the desk is a liar.

I like to come here for an oil change. When I got there my car wouldnt start. They figured out that the plugs to my battery werent properly connected and fixed it for me.

Wife and I have spent $3000 with them in last 6 months and thousands more over many years. Was supposed to fix daughters A/C...billed us for it...got paid. Wife and daughter picked up car after work. A/C didnt work. Sent email to them about how disappointed I was since I assumed they valued us as customers and said wed take our business elsewhere. They have our contract info in their system...never heard from anyone. Guess we really didnt matter to them afterall.......***UPDATE***.....AFTER THIS POSTING THEY CONTACTED MY WIFE AND SAID THEYD MAKE GOOD....There was another response to this other than the one below about me not being me but a disgruntled person who had applied for a job there and turned down. TOTAL B S. I have a very very good job and never have applied there. Thats why I have thousands of dollars to pay them for work. I also have the Yahoo date stamped email that I DID send to their AOL email as listed on their website.***UPDATE #2***....My wife went there today and showed them the email. She also showed the other response to my review. They claimed someone else wrote it though it clearly stated Response from Owner What I guess they dont know is that when they respond to a review Google emailed me there response. Afterwards they deleted that response and posted the proper one below. My wife and I have different last names. My review never identified her but the email they claimed they never got had our invoice for the A/C job attached with HER name and number. Thats how they knew to call her. We have generally had an okay experience with them. The reviews here are good or bad....not much in between. But when the experience is bad...ITS BAD! All of this shows me they are dishonest and to me that makes them disreputable. My business on our 3 cars will go down the street to Firestone Car Care Center. They have corporate dictated policies and procedures and warranties and are held accountable to Corporate. They arent running there business based on what an embittered womens mood is that particular day in the office. BEWARE....these folks bread & butter is in their fleet service and maintenance. The average Joe like you and me that goes in with a personal vehicle gets stories fabricated about them, gets lied to, and cheated. Use them at your own risk.

My car were towed here twice and still not fixed then the last time my radio were stolen out of my car . Deborah the owner saying it was a set up how because they have crack heads work here ! Mr.phil was nice until he didnt want to hear about my radio

Horrible experience!! Paid them 500 to change fuel pump and had problems immediately. brought car back to them 3 times within a month and half they just denied it was fuel pump even after getting a diagnostic from Ford dealer saying only thing wrong with my car was the fuel pump they even then refused to honor my warranty and allow me to just trade the part out which would have cost them nothing. They also quoted me $70 to change my fuel filter after trying to tell me thats all that was wrong with my car. I recommend you take your business else where!!!!!

I will absolutely never come to this establishment again. I had a tune up done in January and my car wouldn’t turn over in March. I had my car towed to the shop and was told by the lady at the front desk I had blown 2 fuses and my spark plugs were fouled down. The mechanic that checked my car out said I was missing a fuse. This didn’t make sense to me because I had just had a tune up. After questioning the clerk and getting another mechanics opinion I decided to have my car towed to Biloxi where I am from. When I arrived to get my car I had parts on my back seat and fuses missing. Turns out they were indeed dishonest with me because all the mechanic from Biloxi did to get my car running was switch some relays and spray starter spray in the intake. I was also charged $96 for the diagnosis, when they initially didn’t put my parts back in and didn’t come back out the second time to explain where my fuses had been placed. Absolutely unacceptable considering I paid over $500 for my tune up including spark plugs, wires, cabin filter, air filter, radiator flush, etc just to deal with this

Not very happy with the way Susan treated my sister. Had I been there and not in Texas, Im quite sure Susan and her mechanics would not have treated her that way. They blamed her for an issue in which they caused her hydraulic arm on the hood to bend and therefore warp her hood. She took it back today and they locked her keys in her truck and expected her to pay for it. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And if any employee has an issue with this review, I will be glad to call you and discuss or even visit when Im in Mississippi.

Bad experience with Susan. Came in at 12:30 having to be back at work by 1:30.. I asked would I be finished by 1:30 and her response was “oh yes we will get you before then”. I came in to get an alignment and rotation which she told me at 1:00 o’clock will take and hour and a half. She knew this was over an hour job to do but had me waiting there an hour for no reason. She kept saying a girl would be back soon that could take me back to work while the work was done but the girl never showed. She then got a bad attitude with me when I asked about the situation saying am i calling her a liar? Nothing she told me was true within the hour I was wasting there. Be careful because this business isn’t professional if a desk secretary will get mad at customers because the stuff SHE told them did not happen.

This place is Horrible customer service(Susan and owner Deborah)are horrible Attitudes are Ridiculous!!! I took my car in February I paid $756 in my car has been messing up since then, it is now June I have been back 3 times its been making the same noise now all of a sudden something is causing it (but why didnt they tell me that the other 3 times) Always trying to get over on people because of the color of there skin I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!
