Mr Hayes replaced the fuse box on my 2007 Tahoe in about an hour for a very reasonable price considering he came to my home. He was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him.

I had an electrical issue that was far more complicated than it appeared on the surface. If you go to a regular mechanic with electrical complications you are going to either not get it fixed properly, at all, or pay an arm and leg .. and several other appendages! This guy knows what hes doing 100% and dedicated to try to figure it out even when its not in the norm. When Im in this area I will 100% of the time call him for any help needed, he not only was able to get it fixed but now I am so much more aware of what the issues were and how to repair it myself if need be.. show me a shop that does that!! I HIGHLY recommend.

I called Hayes to fix my a/c in my car. My car was working the only problem I had was with the a/c. Hayes used some equipment that actually short circuit the electrical panel. Now my car will not start. To add insult to injury he just smoked his cigarettes and was very rude and arrogant. Something told me not to respond when he drove up but I really wanted the a/c fixed. I have not had any problems with my car just a/c issues. My car was starting up before he touched it so I really do not understand and I am very disappointed.

I gave him one star cause he did answer the phone. Then I called him back and he didn’t remember the first call, so really he doesn’t deserve a star at all. Gave him my name and address like he requested but never heard from him. Bad business. I wasn’t wanting it my way, no special treatment, just a call back to let me know if you could do the job or not. You should learn from the reviews instead of getting all huffy about it.

HAYES IS AMAZING!!!! I have an Adui Q5. The tranmission malfunction symbol was on, and I could not shift it into gear. Other companies told me I had to take it to the dealer. He called before he came and showed up in no time. Got my car ready he also ran extra test to make sure that it was the alternator. It turned out to be the right thing that was wrong but he also found out that one of my coil packs was misfiring and he also fixed that for me at no extra charge. He was very professional and had the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from any mechanic. Hayes Mobile Auto Repair is AWESOME. Hayes himself came to my house and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt on my 2006 Saturn Vue. I have not one complaint to give for this man. I had just moved to Jackson for work and knew no one here when my car broke down out of nowhere. Very disappointed. I was charge $75 and nothing was done to my car. I was told I needed to get something else fix first to make it easier for him to work on the part I orginally wanted repaired. The $75 was not discussed until I returned to pick up my vehicle. He said its his standard fee but it would be applied to my total after he fix everything. No thank you.

Mr. Hayes fixed my ac compressor he was fast! And he took his time! He takes pride in what he do! I just met him and he won my trust over the first day working with him. He do an awesome job. I never put respect for him. And when something was off he made sure it was fixed even when I thought it wasn’t fixable. Had an issue with my car door and I was being quoted hundreds of dollars worth of repairs, including expensive replacement parts and several hours of labor charges. Decided to give James a call going by the many great reviews on Google. He literally resurrected my car door in less than half an hour using just a pair of new bolts and washers. On July 8, 2017 James Hayes was a miracle worker. I was stranded in Flowood with a broken down car and Mr. Hayes came to me and worked so hard all day long and was able to repair my car in the parking lot of a hotel so I was able to get home. AND THEN, through text made sure I had made it home. I just wish Mr. Hayes was is Tupelo. I highly recommend him to be your first and only call! Polite, honest, hard working, determined. When I called he came he fix my car to run for a few days until my part came. So my part right in time because my car started acting up the day before he let another man out on my part and he left and got my money my car is still messing up and I text and call he did not answer or reply but if you charge my to look at my car I need to know what’s wrong and he needs to do his job ladies please have a man with you because men like him will get out on a woman just for extra cash.
