GAP fraud? Purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from this dealership in 2015 or 2016. The car was totaled in an accident in 2018. The remaining balance was $2711. I called the GAP insurance company months within the accident and they said I needed to send my info over. Nothing was done. I then called sometime in 2019 to see what was going on and they told me that my policy had been voided by the dealer. Gave up on taking out a claim for awhile. Then I called the lienholder in Nov 2020 and they told me my GAP claim was pending to payout January 2021. With my credit ruined and attempting to purchase a home with a VA loan, Ive lost thousands. If you purchase from this dealer, AVOID GAP.

One of your employees, Mark Murillo, is going around and insulting people on Facebook posts. I tried letting him know he had posted incorrect mileage for a vehicle and he attacked me over it, and then blocked me. Might want to talk to him about his additude when people are trying to help him present accurate information and how he represents you when he is posting your vehicles for sale.

Great place great people very explainable if I had more money I would have bought a car

Was okay with them, until it came time to needing the car fixed. Bunch of retirees dont want to put the labor into repairing this transmission. No one likes transmission work. Theyve expressed that before what a pain it is.Seems theyd rather wait until the warranty is expired so it isnt covered any more. This car is 100% unsafe with how the transmission has been acting up and after a few visits were told sensor each time. First time, it was a painted over valve. Then it was dirt between a sensor. Oh thats just a sensor, its fine. Far too lackadaisical. I now run a hands free video recorder any time the car is being operated so if something happens with how unsafe it feels and acts while driving, our family has evidence! Trading it in somewhere else soon. Not worth a life!!

Chuck and chuck father and son are wonderful and honest people. I love working with the company. They didn’t sugar coat anything and got me into a car that can handle my height and size Which is very hard to do. They runs a Christian car dealership they respect the sabbath and not go to work on that day. They do their own warranty which would last the 3 year lease if you don’t go crazy. And all work is down by them. Would 100 percent refer more people there.

Very poor business ethics and customer service. Will try to upcharge you with no actual good justification. Went to a corporate car sales and they were way cleaner and more taken care of, and walked out below bluebook on the car. Way better free warranty too. This place will try to charge you thousands above when everything is below or sub par. Chuck wouldnt work with us at all either. Definitely stay away.

Sold me a van that I had to have the whole front end replaced before I could drive it. The inner and outer tie rods, wheel bearings, shocks and struts all the way around, rack n pinion, tires all the way around, upper and lower control arms and after 2 weeks of driving it the transmission started slipping, so I will need another transmission or another vehicle VERY soon and I just bought this in February for $3500. They offered a discount on the repairs, but it never should have been able to be sold this way. What a RIP off. Will NEVER buy from this place again. Just because I am a girl and was in a hurry does not mean people like that are allowed to take advantage of me. I have 6 kids and am afraid to drive it with them in it. Thats sad and pitiful. Look a what Jackson has reduced itself to. Nothing but lowlife CROOKS. Staff was nice until you tell them they sold you JUNK.

I have no complaints. Other banks and dealers I do. But not Choice. Im 33 and have terrible credit. I have never been able to get a loan as small as $500 from anywhere. Let alone any type of small loan. Their promotion through Blue Ox is a lifesaver. A safety net for people with terrible credit. With terrible credit you cant so anything. Not as an honest person anyway. Ive seen people upset with Choice because of having to pay interest. Which is 9%. What a steal! Im used to getting screwed with 27% Apr everywhere because of my credit! I feel like a normal person now with my 9% interest. People dont understand you have to pay interest when going through any bank. Ive seen people get upset when they figure the math of the interest. Well in the real world you have to go through a bank. Not a shady dealer or yard sale. I would recommend Choice to ANYONE who is in need of a car right now. We were stressed out worried we wouldnt find a car from anywhere because of our credit after our old car broke down. Choice was our first stop. We chose our car in minutes. Ive been through enough banks and situations enough to know that Choice is the right place for those who need it. Two thumbs up. Ask for Marko!

I called them, the conversation was rushed and unprofessional. I got there and popped the hood of the car we were looking at, had a bunch of screws and bolts just sitting on the engine and some stuck deep down in the exterior of the engine. Very sloppy mechanic job done. Checked underneath and the exhaust looked totally rusted out at the joints. After the test drive the hood had a burning smell. The salesman tried to convince my brother in law, whos an airplane mechanic, that these werent issues even though Chuck(the Salemans) didnt know anything about repair or the costs of anything including the car prices. He clearly just went to business school and thats it because hes good at talking. The radio didnt work either. After all this, he still wanted to charge me $200 above car gurus and KBB fair asking price. And the way he justified this was by saying on their website the cars actually supposed to be $1400 more than the deal he originally gave me, which would make it $1,600 above fair asking price. Went down the street and found a place to do out the door prices off the bat and same warranty as them. I wont be coming back.

I give four starts only with a caution test drive and have mechanic of your choice look over car. If fluids are up and nothing leaking it passes their check Wich I believe it should be more in depth my car broke down do to a loose trans hose only had it a month I think it could have been prevented with just a simple to on the hoses to make sure clamps are good. So a 10 cent clamp ended up costing me 110 dollars. But it may be just my luck 😊
