This place is great..I called a million times with a million questions..and Tyler was always very helpful..I will definitely use them from here on out..5 stars..I had injectors replaced in my diesel and output shaft seal replaced..both at VERY reasonable prices..I feel as if they are the best in the business..

I had several issues with my diesel. I took it to gear headsI asked for aftermarket transmission lines didnt get them. 2 grand i spent and nothing fixed. Rip offs They lied to me about telling me they dont make parts connections. to fit my truck.

Great staff, and great service. Dealt with Tyler over the phone, had a leak in the gas line of my Jeep. Went in at the appointed time, was back on the road in no time. Had a couch to relax and read my paper, looks like they may have coffee in the mornings, a no-hassle service garage, at a very good price. In short, Im happy and recommend them!!!

The issue we were having was a recall repair and after diagnosis and he called Ford for me with the VIN number, he in fact knew it was a recall issue! Too many auto repair places want to nickle and dime you. NOT Gearheads! They are fair and reasonable and treat you like you are THEIR family. ❤️. So our recall issue was fixed by Ford dealership for free! So Gearheads will continue to get my business!

Very nice people, but they didnt do the work they said they did on my 1972 Ford F100. I told them I needed them to check the truck out from front to back, top to bottom, to make sure it would make it up to Chicago. They said they did it and that they tuned the carb as best they could, topped off the fluids, and changed a bad headlight.Picked up my truck on a Sunday when they were closed (my brother and I couldnt fly down during the week because of work). Heres what happened:1. The brakes hardly worked and needed to be replaced. You had to push down on them as hard as you could, all the way to the floor, to start slowing down. It took at least 3x the amount of space to come to a stop. It wasnt safe.2. The truck stalled every time we came to a complete stop. Every. Time.3. The headlight wasnt replaced, and when I turned on the brights, the headlights and interior lights flickered off, then on, then off. I turned off the brights and got the right headlight working again.4. The oil filter was filthy.5. 80 miles from Chicago the truck started violently shaking and backfiring every time wed hit the gas. We white-knuckled it home. It was as if one of the spark plugs wasnt getting power.I called them up, told them what happened, told them that if they felt it was warranted I would like at least a partial refund. I was told that there was a miscommunication, that they thought I just wanted them to check the truck for a state inspection, which didnt make sense because A) I spoke with Tyler at least 3-4 times and told him I needed him to check it out to make sure itd be okay to make it to Chicago and B) it said on the paperwork they gave me that the truck needed to be checked out for a trip to Chicago. They opted not to refund any of my money.Very, very nice people, but they basically stole $139 from me. I am sorry to write this, but I emphatically recommend you do not use this shop for your auto needs. They clearly did not perform the service I asked for and was charged for (by the way, guys, I wouldve paid to have all that stuff fixed!), and either they lied about what they did do or else the mechanic was Stevie Wonder on a really bad day. I gave them an opportunity to make this right before writing this review and they didnt. Stay away.

I dont ever write reviews. Had a mechanical issue driving from St. Louis to Memphis. Talked to Tyler on the phone, diagnosed the issue via text. Shop picked a used replacement part off-site (as agreed to) and had me back on the road in 1.5 hours when all of the other shops quoted at least getting stuck for one night. Didnt overcharge. Very courteous .

Been here a few times only issue I have is they are often busy and you have to make an appointment for someone to look at your vehicle and depending how busy they are you might even have to come back to get the repairs done. They are a bit price but.they do great work.

Shade tree Mechcanic’s and not good at it. Charged me 840 dollars said they drove it and it was fixed what they didn’t know was I wrote the mileage down didn’t drive it and it isn’t fixed.

I took my van in to have it checked out before a trip. They found an issue that needed to be resolved before I left but I didn’t allow enough time for that. They fixed it for me right then, I was out the door in an hour with the problem resolved.
