Patched a tire for me. Got the job done but service was slow. A patch takes about 30 minutes tops. I was here for 1 hr and 45 minutes.Guy behind the counter seemed a little disconnected from what goes on in the shop. He couldnt answer basic questions he definitely should have know the answer to.But at the end of the day, my tire was fixed, and I was back on the road.
Was in a bind traveling through Jackson MS when we got a flat tire. The staff was very helpful and even went and got the correct tires for my vehicle. In and out in about two hours. Very appreciative and thankful for their service.
The manager, Philip, is very professional, honest, and friendly. He identified future maintenance items for the vehicle, but he did not pressure me to get it done right then. I will be giving Goodyear my business in the future. I highly recommend Goodyear for oil changes, new tires, and vehicle maintenance.

The people here are kind but Im concerned that their kindness is just a cover up for not doing a thorough job on your vehicle.2 of the people waiting with me were back because of issues with their vehicles from their original visits.I was there for an oil change. I asked for full inspection of my vehicle and alignment service (as Id puchased the 3-year alignment package the last time I was there).Though all of these things were listed on my receipt, Im pretty sure they only changed my oil. Dont even think they looked at my fluid levels.I asked was everything good when they were returning my key and they said yes. I trusted them. But to get in my vehicle and see that my tire pressure was still low was really all I needed to know... Im so disappointed. Not to mention they had their oily shoes all over my floor mats(apparently didnt put a cover down). Its very inconvenient to have to go back when you dont have alot of free time to sit at the shop + the job just could have been done properly in the first place.Safe to say that my alignment package will be wasted and I will not be returning to this place of business simply because they cannot be trusted. And thats sad. Idk if its because they think women dont know about cars so they take advantage of that or what. But car maintenance is nothing to half-step on. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else, too.
First let me say, I have been a loyal customer with Goodyear for the past 10 years or longer. I have seen management change several times during time. The new store Phillip is excellent but John, the service manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My first encounter with John was on June 26th. I had scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment oil change . I arrived at 8:40 only to be told by John that my oil change would not be until 12:30 or 1:00. John told me that the walk-in customers where taken care of first. The appointment scheduling was only to get my information. I returned on the June 28th for the same service with no problems. Helped by someone else not John. Second encounter with John was today, July 16th. I was the only customer in the center to have my air conditioner checked. John told me it be 2:00 before the mechanic could look at it. I usually do not give review but bad customer service I do review.
Always so genuinely pleased to work with these guys. They’re so kind and helpful and I never feel scammed when I leave. Highly recommend.
Phillip and John are the epitome of awesome service. I’ve came two days in a row to get what they suggested I needed and my car is now smooth sailing. They are fast and to the point. I will always be a customer. I hope they are granted a pay raise or bonus. Thanks!!!
Had an appointment at 2:00 after buying tires online. It is now 3:43, and my car is still not in a bay. Same cars are in the same bays as when I arrived. Seeking another tire expert will be considered in my future. Slow and unattententive.

I had a good bit of work done to one of my vehicles done about a month ago. Due to circumstance I was not able to have everything done at once due to cost. The staff at Goodyear took the time to advise me what to do first in order of importance. in the end everything worked out for the best and all work has been completed. They did a great job and answered all my questions. Including calling me back when they said they would. I will be returning to this location to have another vehicle i own worked on.
We like this place. The prices are good and the service is fast and high quality. My father had a problem with his tire. The mechanic looked at it and just quickly fixed the issue without even charging anything. My dad tipped him of course, but was pleasantly surprised by this act of kindness.
This is the best tire place in Jackson ! I highly recommend this place they are so respectful and take care of their customers ! Every time I do I’m literally in and out ! Thank you!

You miss out on good potential regulars when you do them bad their first visit. I called in and asked if I could get a quote via phone for some drum work done on my car, the guy said that he cant but if I can come over there and let them look at it then he can give me a quote printout so that the party responsible for the damage and repairs would pay it; how about when I got there he did a whole 360 on me and said that good year doesnt accept payments like that and Id have to pay him the money out my packet and have the other party reimburse me for it. Im very offended because thats not was I was told initially, and I drove all the way there on a risky vehicle.
Made an appointment over a month and a half out so I could get four new tires on my truck. Arrived on time and they couldnt find my order. I provided the confirmation number and email confirmations that Goodyear sent me. Instead of fixing the problem [ie. Order the tires. Get the tires. Tell me when to come back. Provide a little customer service] they told me I have to call corporate and get them another confirmation number. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, I know I did.
They did the work that was asked.
I moved here after living in Ocean Springs and going to the Goodyear in that area. The guys on the coast were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I can not say the same for this Goodyear. You will have to wait at least two hours for ANY service (that includes a simple oil change) and you will have that wait even if you make an appointment. Theyve also called me before to tell me they can not honor an appointment that was made online weeks prior. Also, They sometimes do not honor the coupons available on the Goodyear website. I recommend going to Valvoline in front of Kroger.
Setting an appointment online is a waste of time, each time I have, I still have to wait 3+ hours and noone comes with updates, its rediculous, I will be finding Oil changes elsewhere.

I took my truck in to get a oil change before I could pull off the parking the lot my truck was making this knocking noise took it back they said let me check it out then they gave me a list of things that was wrong with my truck now. My truck was running fine and now it is not running now and they did not try to get back running againWill never go back again.

Took my car here for standard oil change on a weekend. The following Tuesday afternoon, my car wont start. I call AAA, they look at the battery, which is covered in battery acid. My battery had been leaking long before I took my car to Goodyear, apparently, and the acid had eaten through the metal battery terminal to the point that the battery couldnt even be replaced without the metal terminal crumbling to pieces. Somehow, this wasnt noticed when they poured the oil into my engine right next to the acid-covered battery the previous weekend; or they noticed it but didnt bother to say anything. I dont know which is worse. It makes me wonder if they even changed the oil.On a positive note, they completed my oil change and tire rotation quickly.
They do a good job with changing oil real fast and the team members are friendly.
Years ago I took the car in for something. On turning the car on, the Service Engine Soon light came on. It had never come on from when I bought it years before till they worked on it. They gave a massive list of supposedly essential repairs. It came on while still in the parking lot leaving. Its been on off and on since, over ten years. Coincidence? I dont think so.Today I took my car in with a complaint of Brake Warning Light on. Paid $400 for rear rotors and pads. Drive away, brake warning light is still on. At this point they report that the warning light is on due to the ABS sensor needing replacement which would cost $1,600 to $1,900. Now I have a car with a warning light on all the time, meaning I get no safety info re low brake fluid, condition of pads. I was not given the information need to make a good decision prior to committing to the repair. I dont feel I have a safe car to drive. I am very unhappy with this result.The counter worker told me the ABS (Anti-Lock) light wasnt on when it was on and the mechanic said it was on and it was on at the time he said it wasnt.
Left work & noticed a repetitive sound- pulled over to service station that was shutting down their service dept. & begged gentleman to look at my tires- had a packing strip & metal tag in my tire- told me I would have to go get a new tire & not to drive very far- turned around & the closest tire place was Goodyear that closed at 6-pulled in at 3 minutes till & Im sure they could see the panic on my face, they were closing down but Anthony & Audrey checked their stock, had my tire on site &!said they would take care of me & they did just that. They could have easily said we are closed, you will have to come back in the morning but they didnt and I am so appreciative. The true CHRISTmas spirit lives in Audrey & Anthony. Thank you.
Ive been going here for years and have always had good service at reasonable prices. Initially I went to them because I had a flat and they were the closest tire shop. After they fixed the puncture I was told not to worry about payment. Since I was having work done on the roof of my house at the time I wound up going back two more times in the next month having picked up nails in my tires. Each time I was told the repair was free! So, next time I needed to buy tires I went here to get them. Ive been going back ever since.4 stars out of 5 because they can be a bit slow, and a recent wheel balancing simply didnt balance the wheel.

Had an appointment at 8am when I got there they were open but, there was no one to do my oil change the manger said it would be an hour to an hour an a half then he begin to give me exuses after exuses someone sick the oil guy just got out the hospital yot yot yot!!!

Friendly staff, but service was not that good. I waited 10mins in lobby before anyone even waited on me. It took one hour to change my oil even though I had an appointment during their slow period. They were also suppose to rotate my tires, but told me they did not have a socket to fit my lugs, which turn out to be a normal 3/4 socket.Probably not going back.
