I spent thousands of dollars on my car here having several things repaired. I took my 2008 Cadillac in to have the air conditioning repaired and was without the car for a month or more. I had to take the car in 4 seperate times to have it complety repaired. Herrin gear did provide me with a loaner, but returned my car to me with the front floor boards covered in grease and a ripped front seat, none of which was wrong with the car when I originally dropped it off with them. Oh, and we spoke with the general manager and gave him the list of things wrong with the vehicle when we got it back. None of which was wrong when we gave it to them. He fixed some of it, but Im stuck with a scratched passenger seat and loose panels.
Dont know anything, cant tell you anything, cant even guess anything, just dont have time to do anything for you....
In and out in under an hour for an oil change.
Disappointed with the service. Little or no effort to find parts needed for a vehicle that we bought from Herrin Gear. Would like to see more customer service initiatives.
They are slow they said they were behind 3 days and couldnt get to my car until at least 1 p.m. when all I needed was to CK the A/C and that was after sitting in the service lane for at least 10 if not 15 minutes I left there and went to Goodyear in Pearl Goodyear took excellent care of me and only took maybe an hour if that long.
Because I have a very efficient service technician who is friendly, professional and works hard to get you in and verifies with me up front what is due as far as maintenance including the reason for my service appointments proposed by me and according to mileage requirements. His attitude when asked what the cost will be is not offensive and he does not mind your inquiry. I have been blessed by his ability to do his job well and keep truthfully to the time of getting me in and out in good time. Ill recommend him to anyone.
Great service and quality parts
I had a wonderful experience with the service team. This is my 2nd service with Herrin-Gear Chevrolet and I am really pleased with the service I have received each time.
They keeping you waiting two 1/2 hours for just a oil change it’s sad and poor business

They high but do a good job
I was quoted a price to have a replacement key made and my car reprogrammed. When I returned to pick up my car, the cost was almost $100 more. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper! Though the car was purchased at HG, in the future, I will take it elsewhere(maybe Gray Daniels) in the future for any issues I have.
