I was having issues with my Chrysler 300 and they were able to squeeze me in right away for a diagnostic and had an answer for me by the end of the day. The repair took a day longer than expected but they offered me a loaner at no extra cost (just placing gas back to where it was supposed to be). Their prices were very fair and they told me what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell me on things I didnt really need. Mike handled the calls and all of the questions I had with care and professionalism. I will be back for sure.

After returning from a vacation, my check engine light came on and my vehicle sounded like it was going to die. I had my check engine light come on and decided to take my car to Ultimate Auto Repair after looking at reviews and seeing their rating. I went in and talked with Michael who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Michael said he would be able to get me in the next day. I dropped my car off the next day and received a phone call breaking down what they found and what needed to be done as well as the cost. They did an amazing job fixing my car and getting it back to me the same day. I will definitely return in the future when I need work done on my car.

This was my first time using Ultimate and I am so thankful that I found an auto repairs who know what they are doing and at a reasonable price too. I had an issue with my air-conditioned. They found the error but needed a day to get the part. They gave a loaner to me and the car was ready next day early morning. I will be recommending them to everyone in need for car repair.

Took my vehicle in for diagnostics appointment at 8am to see if my timing chain was going out. Got a call at 4:45pm to tell me that they would have to diagnose the vehicle the next day. The next day they added more problems to the list of things to fix and wanted double the cost of what Kelley Blue Book estimates for that particular job in our area. Called around to a couple of different shops in nearby areas and was able to find good, quality work for half the price. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very upset with me for yanking the job. Was not professional on the phone. Would not recommend!Update: The owner did reach out regarding my negative experience to get to the root of the issue. He was very kind and assured me that my experience is not an experience he wants any customer to have. Ive updated my star rating from 1 to 3 stars based on him calling to better understand my negative experience.

So out of town for the Michigan race,and towing my camper and heard a rattle. Parked camper called to ask if they could look at my truck. They got me right in looked at my truck. My AC compesser locked up. They were up front and honest with. Gave me a quick fix so I can get it back home. Amazing techs and service writers highly recommend for repairs.

This was my first time using this place and it was excellent. Karl was very helpful and honest.... definitely things you look for in an auto repair place. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Not only will I be back for future service, but I will be telling anyone who asks for a recommendation.

They were very helpful in showing me what is going on with a steering rack leak. However, I felt that they were trying to get me to say yes on the spot to more repairs. I was able to buy and install an air filter for under $11 which was priced at almost $50 for them to do it.

I can always expect them to provide a good quality of service, and always for the price they initially quote. They have never hidden any fees and only provide the services I am requesting. I will go no where else to give my car any maintenance it may require, she does me good so I send her to the best.

I was so impressed with Ultimate Auto Repair. I had called the owner about a battery issue for a Smart car. He knew exactly what to do and they had worked on that type of car. By the next morning they had the battery and was able to install it within minutes of when I took it in. The owner and every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Ultimate auto repair solved my problems. I had my car in and out, over and over again, for mechanics to solve a tire problem and they just couldn’t find the problem. So I took the car to ultimate auto repair and within a day they called me about the situation. They repaired it, put new tires on and aligned the car. Now my car drives like it’s brand new. No more tires leaking, no more having to turn around because I get the tire alarm. What a joy. After several months of this problem not being able to be fixed, ultimate auto repair did it. And I am so grateful. I will stick with this team!

If you want dealership quality work done on your vehicle and dont want to pay dealership prices this is the place to go. About 8 months ago I had my entire exhaust done from the down pipe back, tie rod ends and wheel bearings. Overall pricing isnt cheap, but competitive, you get what you pay for. With Ultimate Auto I would say the price is cheap for quality of workmanship, parts and service you are getting. All the staff are professional and friendly.After the work was completed Karl the owner reached out every few weeks to see how to car was running. Great! Ive never met someone that cares so much about their work.The last time he he called me was about 3 weeks ago. I let him know my car was riding pretty rough and made arrangements to drop it off. I had all my struts replaced and a rattle diagnosed and fixed. The car is riding great again.

This Automotive Repair Shop has a friendly Staff and does mighty fine work . Not only that they call you with any other issues found while fixing your vehicle, and ask you what you would like to do and let you know the cost. Took truck in for appointment for A/C check up, they looked for anything else needing repair which we only wanted A/C fixed nothing else. Anyway when we called to check on it we were told theyre getting estimate ready so we drove there to pick it up, and they had an estimate for $3400.00 to fix everything well of course we didnt fall for that. So beware seniors especially. Needless to say we fixed it ourselves at home and its still working great 😌

Great mechanic! They got work done on my truck that two previous mechanics couldnt do. They were very friendly too :) They walked me through and showed me each problem I had with the truck and fixed it in a timely manner. They even gave me a free loaner while I was waiting for my truck to be repaired. Love that their work was guaranteed as well. Definitely gonna bring my truck back if it has any issues in the future, and I will be recommending my family and friends to go here as well.

Ultimate Auto was recommended by a friend. Brought my old Silverado in for a front end check as it is an older truck with a lot of miles and we take cross-country trips with it. Left it pretty open-ended but they were extremely honest, telling me the truck was well-cared for (as I already thought, but had no proof from prior owner) and only needed a new lower tie rod on one side. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. The owner even texted me several days later to see how the truck was doing and said if I needed to bring it back to feel free. Took my trailblazer in as it was running terrible ... when idling it would rev to 2000rpm or higher then drop to almost zero. Not quite as bad when in Drive, but I looked like someone just learning how to drive a stick shift ... felt like it, too. I did not realize my carwas running so rough until I got itback from Ultimate Auto, and drove it downthe road the first time. Karl and his staff are excellent. Whether you have a beater or a heavy duty Diesel truck, they know how to diagnose and repair them. Another mechanics shop (I wont mention their name), after realizing they were incompetent, recommended I take my diesel to Ultimate since even other mechanics know Ultimate is the best. And, yes, they are far better than the wanna-be mechanics at the Ford, Dodge and Chevy dealerships.Plus, Karl is completely honest. They caused a small ding on my vehicle and were going to have a body shop fix it and give me a rental car free of charge. The ding was so small I told them not to worry about it, but Karl still gave me $300 off without me even asking. We now call it the Ding Discount.There is no other place in Jackson County that holds a candle to Ultimate and Karl, its owner. They are the best. Period.

The process to get my car fixed took longer than expected, but the quality and care I received was great! I received a follow up text from the owner regarding my car also as a check in.

Decent price on the oil changes. Was severely over quoted on a coolant flush was quoted for 4 gallons of coolant and my vehicle takes less than 3. Was severely over quoted on brakes that arent in need of replacement. My oil was over filled by half a quart and was notified on the repair order the coolant was low but they didnt add any either. Owner reached out to apologise for the misquotes on parts and apologized for the other inconveniences.

I’m a college student and I was about to drive home for Christmas break when out of nowhere, my car decided it didn’t want to start. After troubleshooting we figured out it was the starter. When I called ultimate auto repair, they were extremely helpful. The man I talked to on the phone was very polite and assured me they could get the job done in time for me to make the long drive back home at a decent hour. After they worked on my car my car started with no problem and it has had zero problems since. I was very pleased with their service and they were very time efficient too. Couldn’t be happier about it all.

Good service, quick service, shuttle service, loaner cars.They always examine the car for preventative maintenance beyond what you drove in to fix, they always call if unexpected problems are found, making appointments has always been same or next day, theyll drive you back after you drop off your car and pick you up when its done, if the repairs take longer than expected they offer to provide loaner cars.

I had my vehicle front and inspected for worn parts before I had a front end alignment. Boy did they miss a big one. They said just a bad tie rod but actually my lower control arm bushings were shot . big mistake on there partum Ill never trust this place for any repairs but we all make mistakes I know I have but this review I posted Im sorry for I know were not perfect but Yeah I will use this shop again.
