Beware. This dealership does not honor their word. My vehicle was posted for sale online. Victory Honda of Jackson contacted us and offered our asking price if the vehicle was in the condition as stated in the ad. We specifically called to confirm that they would indeed, pay our asking price which is actually below blue book value. They said yes. We then scheduled an appointment to bring the car to the dealership, which was an hour drive one way. Upon arrival they inspected the car and the condition was exactly as stated. They then offered $3000 less at which point we walked out. Do not trust this dealership! A waste of our time and a wasted day.

I visit victory Honda in Jackson TN last week and meet Mr. Mark. He help me to decide what kind of vehicle I need for my needs and give me all the Information I needed to decide if this is the right one for me. he has so much knowledge about cars and he is not pushy to close the deal. he make sure that you leave the dealership with satisfaction. On 3/24/2021, My Daughter had her Honda towed to have a diagnostic done. They charged her $126.21 and told us what we already knew, They did not remove any parts to see physically what was wrong with the vehicle. After learning they had done nothing, I spoke with a Service Representative who told me Nothing is Free Around here and to have done more would cost $65.00 an hour meaning they liked $3.79 charging her for TWO Hours.NOTHING IS FREE AROUND HERE

I went into Victory Honda’ Dealership and I meet Mark Logan and he was wonderful with me. He answered all my questions about the cars I was looking for, and he was very honest about everything I asked.Mark is also the person to find the car that you want. Like if it isn’t on the lot he will look it up to see where he could find it.If you are looking for a car go to Mark Logan he will do you right.

It all seemed routine and somewhat professional until the end after he came back and told us that our credit scores were way lower than what they actually were. It was a bully tactic to try and push for more cash on top of the trade in.None of our credit bureau reports had any check from any car dealership. Definitely would not recommend. Lies are never a good business practice.

Saw a used car on the internet for one price. When we cot there the sticker price was several thousand more. Then they added for “clear coat”, nitrogen in the tires etc plus some sort of fee they get charged by the city. Final cost was 8k above what was listed on the internet! We walked.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS! I was in contact with a salesman by the name of Zayne, I informed him that I was interested in purchasing a 2013 Honda Accord from Victory Honda — after paying a $500 deposit to have the car transported from their Alabama dealership he called to inform me that the car was for “whole sale” and no longer available. When asked why the necessary research was not done prior to asking me for money he informed me “we do not work for free” and “his manager has a million other things to do” and does not have time to check on things like that. I mentioned I had to extend my rental for an additional day and he informed me it was only “$140” and told me “no dude you’re just upset because you couldn’t get the car you liked.” not only that, Zayne hung up on me mid conversation while I was asking him for further explanation on why the research wasn’t done prior to asking me for money. EXTREMELY unprofessional salesman and I would not recommend doing business with him!

We were an hour away from home and the check engine light started flashing and engine stumbling. We stopped to see if it could be checked out but service department was closed. Paul gave us his number to call though if we got stranded. We brought it back the next day and told them we were supposed to leave in 3 days for a trip. Jason in the service department was able to get a diagnosis quickly and said he would do his best to get it fixed in time, which he did. Thank you to everyone for getting us fixed and back on the road for our trip!!

Staff was sweet and willing to work with us until we got to the financials. In negotiations we received a number of comments in regards to all the negatives coming from our generation and the manager got progressively more passive aggressive and rude. Ultimately left in a huff with no car and multiple unapproved credit checks.

Called for a service appointment and had to answer quite a few questions prior to finding out there wasnt an available appointment. I felt like I was told there wasnt an appointment because I didnt buy my vehicle from them. I just moved to the area several months ago so the vehicle was actually purchased in SC. The appointment availability may not have had anything to do with where I bought my vehicle but it sure seemed that way. The questions would be better placed after answering the initial question of service availability; youll avoid unhappy customers that way.

I will say i am very pleased with the purchase I’ve made here. I greatly appreciate Anthony Perry for the time and effort he put into helping me find the perfect car for me.
