Great place for used children clothes. Small selection of shoes, walkers, strollers and more.

Pricing can be a bit high. A used pair of girl 14 Jeans where $25 and thought that was a little to much. The shoes are reasonable priced. Plenty of clothes and toys to choose from. They are not good about taking clothes in. Gave them a lot of nice clean used clothes and half of them they did not take.

I enjoy the fact they have multi items but have been there 3 times and still cant find one nice thing to say about any employees

The staff here is rude. I’ve been in a few times thinking it may just be one person, but every time I go in, I’m treated like a nuisance. If you ask a question, the staff acts as if it’s too much trouble to help you or answer the question. No smiles, no treating people with kindness - just very poor customer service.

Good prices for baby/childrens clothing... but the associates can be very, very rude. Its off-putting, especially when trying to sell items.

For as busy as the stories the workers they stay on top of everything taking a new product pricing and keeping it clean and everything picked up and neat and tidy never find stuff just laying all over the floor there its always neatly yep and clean good used clothes

Its just a great store, full of clothes and toys at a veru reasonable price.

Huge selection of many different baby/toddler needs, though most of the store is devoted to clothes. Selection is eclectic and extremely well organized and orderly. Prices are very reasonable; not quite as cheap as Good Will, but the selection is wider and the quality more consistent. Staff is helpful and present but not overbearing.

I have bought a couple of things there at a decent price. But they dont want to buy things from u, for a decent price. I took brand new items, w/tags n packaging still attached, n didnt want to give me like Nothing for them. So I would just rather donate it to someone who could use it.

The girl that helped me was SUPER rude and I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. It was my first time being to this store. I called before hand asking what the rules are about swings and when I got there, they had me put together both swings. She asked if I needed a screwdriver and pretty much didn’t wait for my answer and slammed a bucket of screw drivers in front of me. I sat on the floor for almost an hour trying to figure out how to put it together (my step mom put it together so I didn’t know how) and I was about to cry because I was so stressed and embarrassed just sitting there with everything on the floor surrounding me. No one offered to help and it seemed as if the moms coming in to sell were so much nicer than the staff. I was going to put the clothes I was going to sell in a tote with a lid but they rung me up quickly and told me that I can only sell once a day. Seemed As if they were too lazy to go through them and that they wanted to get cleaned up early. I was going to walk around to look for a bouncer for my daughter but I was so upset that I decided to just go to my car and pick up my fiancé to go in and get the money. One swing I took in was expensive and only used once and she said it was broken when it actually wasn’t so my fiancé took it back in and the girl pretty much was lying to his face and trying to get him to leave so they don’t have to work anymore. They finally decided to buy it and we have decided that we are NOT ever going back and that we are just going to give away the tote of clothes to someone NICE. Thanks for a horrible experience and almost putting me into a panic attack! :)

Cashiers were Rude! 6 items of boys clothing, stuffed into a very small bag... they made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience.

I absolutely love this store, they have everuthing you would need for children and you can bring in your clothes, toys and almost anything your child has outgrown and get cash or in store credit. I will always shop here when I need something for my son.

Most of these places have sales and weekly specials. Was told when I was there that this location rarely does that.

Great staff and selection! Not very good organization and you can tell the prices are arbitrary but everything is really clean and Ive never seen stains, rips or holes in any items. Definitely worth the trip!

We shop here on a pretty regular basis having a large family. We usually can find pretty good prices. Sometimes they are a little high compared to what we can get new for but all around the concept and place is pretty fair. The only recommendation I would have is opening either a bigger location or another location in Jackson. This place is EXTREMELY packed in there and makes for a not so comfortable experience in browsing elbow to elbow with people. This day and age theres places all over for rent and sale. Shouldnt be hard to find a bigger or an additional location :).

Amazing deals! I found so much stuff here for my firstborn that helped out so much because it was cheaper than at a store. Yes the items are used but they are clean, in one piece and of good quality. They take clothes that you no longer need and give you money or store credit for them. The clothes they have are fashionable and fit well. They have strollers, car seats, changing tables, toys, clothes, and they even have diapers! A definite must go to if you need things for your baby but are on a budget.

Went for some little boy sneakers, found a great deal on some sweet kicks!

It was a little busy but thats because it was 60% off. On a normal day its fairy good. They have carts and bags. They have toys, movies, shoes for all sizes and what gender, and close for all shapes and sizes. The close sizes start from infant to a normal size 9 or 10 years old. Their service is very good and polite.

Great place to sell your childrens clothing that they have grown out of but it is very overcrowded when it comes to shopping and some of the prices are close to what you would pay for new items. They do have a huge selection of everything kids, from clothing (newborn to teens) to baby items such as bassinets, strollers and so much more.

After reading other reviews, I did not expect to get much for the used clothing I brought in. To my surprise, they gave me $58 for one tote of clothes. I returned the next day and was given another $140! I will definitely be selling here from now on rather than online myself. The girls working were nice and courteous, one even helped me carry my left overs to my car.

Tons of clothes, good sales. Organized by color and size, very good quality clothes. Uniform clothes are in their own section for private school parents. Will return for sure.

Great place to find deals on just about anything you might need (or just want) for the little ones. I found some awesome princess dresses and super hero costumes for the child care I work at.

Prices were fair with the clothes I sold them just make Sure Clothes are washed & have 0 odor of any kind or they will Not take them! Will tell you to take home, wash and bring back. Other than that I had a decent experience for my first time today.

Ive been shopping at once upon a child for 5 years. Large selection of in style clothing and supplies at a great price. I only wish this store would have been open when my kids were newborns, I would have saved so much money!

They have a wonderful selection of clothes and toys, not to mention they give you cash for your used clothes! I always find great things, close to brand new, that no other kids are wearing. Its easy to find what you need and they have great sales. The staff are hard workers and they deserve credit for all the time they put into making this a great place to shop.

Always can find great deals here! I sell the clothes my children have grown out of and use it to buy new clothes:) Everyone working there is always pleasant. The one thing I would change if they had the room is how the shoes are stored...it’s too difficult for most people to grab the bins. Other then that this place is awesome!

I love the 70% sales. You can really find some good deals if you are willing to deal with the crowds. I would not recommend taking children with you. They isles are really tight and its a really small store. I havent had any issues with staff being rude as other people have said. Its a nice place to shop for used clothes.

The store is a bit disorganized at times and the staff isnt the friendliest all the time. I feel like I get rushed out of the store. The prices are great and usually a good selection of clothing.

Smidge too high on their prices

I used to sell my boys clothes here, but theyre really weird about what theyll buy, yet they sell some old, faded, torn, stained to hell clothing. Even the shoes they sell are busted. Plus their prices are way too high for no reason. I thought this place was to help both buyer & seller. Very gross in my opinion.

Prices where amazing service on the other hand horrible one of the workers pushed into my 5 month old child and myself and she said well I said excuse me. After I said how rude. Definitely will be taking the extra trip to a different location.

I Love this store. Always find what I need and in good condition. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the store is too small. While I do like I said always find what I need it is hard to do so because everything is so tightly together.

Make sure you bring your items in a specific container with a lid! This place turned me away for bringing my items into the store in a tote box without a lid! Can bring in a nice bag with handles and now can’t bring in a box without a lid!!!! FOR REAL!?!?!? Guess they have so much they can be so picky! I’m never going to spend another dime in this store, there are plenty of other options in this town and if nothing else good will will be getting some nice stuff!

Purchased two toys today for a combined $10. The remote doesnt work, even with batteries and the tea pot collection has no cups. How do you play tea with no cups? Plates, saucers, 2 spoons...no cups. The top was taped on so wasnt able to see what was missing before I purchased it. Very disappointed. Prices seem high for quality of clothes. Ann Arbor store definitely better, less messy.

Great & friendly service. The ladies even went out of their way to go through my items 30min prior to closing, because I had admitted to being tight on funds & in need of the extra cash. Most places wouldnt care & disregard something like that, but they didnt! 🙂

Good place to find gently used clothes for your little ones.

Buy new and gently used childrens items at a reasonable price. There is a tiny area for toddlers to play too. The stores purchasing standards are high, so dont be surprised if many of your items you thought were nice are rejected, but the high standard works in the favor of the shopper.

Called before going there to see how long of a wait they were having for selling clothes. And she swore that could get it done before I left. Once I got there she said there is no way she can do two small boxes of clothes tonight with an hour left of being open. When I was a block away when I called. Then she asked for help and the other employee said yeah I am not sorting those she can wait til tomorrow. Then the first employee that was helping me asked if I still wanted to continue. Not only was I selling clothes but I wanted to buy some and the whole time they stood there doing nothing but talking to each other. Once I was ready to check out I asked her if she had a chance to finish the sorting and she said no. Not even ten minutes later she called me telling me they were done but they were closing soon so I would have to come back tomorrow. Here I thought they were in business to buy and sell clothes. Didnt know driving customers away was it.

Staff rude and not helpful. Deals are good but not worth dealing with the staff. Would rather drive to the Ann Arbor location.

They are very picky on what they but back. However, you need to check out items very carefully because I have found a few items that were damaged. Also, make sure you register for text alerts for their sales. I love their flash sales.

I love selling my little sisters old clothes here. I brought in a tote of clothes and almost took all of it and gave me 55 bucks for it. Also sells clothes for very cheap and good quality

You should really put on your website that when you bring in clothes to sell the tote needs to have a lid on it. Hauled all the way there for nothing. On top of that thw associates were very rude.It says nothing about a lid on the seller tips page. Yes you guys just put up a little flyer on the page about a lid. Im not the only one that had them problem and either way doesnt excuse your employees being rude

A lot of selections. When there is a sale this is a great place to shop. But on a regular day with no sale some of the stuff is marked a little bit High. If I wanted to pay 12.50 for a pair of jeans. I would just buy new ones. And its not because theyre all name brand, because I saw Walmart jeans for 12.50

They always offer fair prices for items you sell to them, and they have a great selection of things to purchase. Kids grow out of things so quickly, its hard to justify spending department store prices on clothes. Once upon a child is an easy compromise.

Love the clothes and prices. But the staff and manager are rude all the time. You would think as a manager you would have more courtesy to people that shop at your store!!

Diamond a worker i delt wkth was very very rude and had the worse attitude ever..yanked my tote from me and talked to me with tje most rudest attitude ever..if ypu dont luke your job find another one..i felt very disrespected and unwanted..never will i come back to this place untill employees tighten up and learn respect

This place has gently used clothing at a reasonable price. Often you can find something brand new with tags still on it for a good price.

I go here for almost EVERYTHING for my 9 mo old. Staff have always been helpful & friendly & they have a ton of nice stuff! No digging through old or stained items. Purchased a jumper there that looks brand new & retails for $89 in stores.👍

I recently sold and bought from the Jackson store. I have found the clerks to be helpful and friendly. I can always find good quality clothing and toys. Unfortunately, I dont shop there as much as I could because everything is so tightly packed in the racks that I find it difficult and often times frustrating to pick through. Many of the larger toys are on the top of clothing racks making it impossible to look at the items without having someone get on a ladder to assist you. Strollers are closed and stacked making shopping for one difficult if you dont know how to open them. The aisles are very narrow. It appears they have outgrown the space they have and need a larger store.

Live their prices and nice clothes. Also great for selling things you dont need anymore

You can get some really great finds here. Seems like there is almost always some sort of sale going onThe aisle are really tight and often feels over crowded but thats kind of the nature of that type of store.

So packed full its hard to see anything. Lots of things with stains that are hard to see in the store. Refused to take a small box because it didnt have a lid and missed out on brand name stuff with tags still on them.

They have a big selection of toys,clothes and shoes for kids. Everything is reasonably priced. Only dislike is they cram the clothes on racks and shelves so its hard to find things
