Man named Scott was very educated on what sleep does for a person; and how the right bed can change your life. Didnt try to sell me anything. Genuinely wanted to get the right bed for me. As someone with arthritis. He is the only person I want to work with when it comes to beds. That man got me off the floor of my room and into a bed that not only helps me sleep but helps my pain. I cannot recommend this store enough. Ask for Scott and youll be in great hands.

We shopped several stores during our search for the right mattress. We had a very positive experience here. Our sales rep Scott was very knowledgeable, and didnt automatically steer us to his most expensive line. Everything was very low pressure and we feel like we made an informed decision. We would definitely shop here again!

Just got my California King delivered today. I am soooo happy with my purchase. From start to finish these guys help tailor my needs to my purchase. And got me just what I needed. Scott and Shaun were very knowledgeable and professional. The delivery guys were also very friendly and on point. I’m pretty unhappy with the mattress that we got. I’ve owned it less than 6 months and it’s almost as uncomfortable as the ten year old mattress we replaced it with. I wish we would have returned it, but i didn’t realize how much I hate it until a month or two ago, when it was too late. It feels like I’m rolling into a hole if my bf is in bed with me. Also, the mattress protector comes off every single night, which also pulls my sheets off the bed, and it’s really annoying. For a $100 mattress protector, you’d think it’d work a lot better than it does.. and for a $1,200 mattress (on sale), you’d think the quality of the mattress would hold up longer than a $400 bed I had for ten years.. I should have went to big lots like we originally planned and spent half the money we spent on this bed we now hate. The guy that sold it to us seemed knowledgeable on mattresses and I think that’s why we felt like we could trust his suggestions on a bed.

We went here because of a recommendation and the good reviews. We were greeted by Sean when we walked in. He was very friendly and wasnt pushy. He really focused on getting us the mattress that would be best for our issues. Very excited about our new mattress and highly recommend this place. Thank you Sean.

Great experience with Sean, our salesman. He was well informed and when I noticed a discrepancy he was quick to adjust it for me. The bed, however, seems ok after one night but definitely need an adjustment period. I kept waking up with hip pain and the mattress cover made us super hot even though its supposed to be breathable. Time will tell, but the protector is getting removed and putting old one on in place of it. (Hopefully its not the bed that sleeps hot)

An unprecedented experience, this is the place to shop for a bed hands down. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I got the bed I needed, based on factors most dont think about. Here, they actually care about your quality of sleep, body posture, etc. Theyre not just trying to sell you a bed! The difference between here and other places I went to is phenomenal! No pressure, or sleazy sales tactics. This IS the place to go!

Didnt go into buy today and didnt feel pressured to buy. Talked to Sean who answered my questions. When I wrap my head around $1,600 for a mattress I will LIKELY go back. I guess if it last 3,650 nights..My last mattress lasted 547 before I was sleeping in a hole. Ok so I am 250#s. But why would you consider selling me a mattress you know will never hold up.... Thanks for nothing lAST mattress guy.

We dealt with Mike at the Richmond fair, and could not have asked for a better experience! He was more than patient with my husband and i and especially our toddler and infant ! Sleep Doctor in Jackson Michigan does have very nice mattresses however, beware that if you try to reconcile a warranty situation, you may be very disappointed! Especially if the item is a bit older but still under warranty. Be sure that if you are informed of the length of a warranty, that it is CLEARLY stated on your receipt because apparently this business is not diligent with keeping good records even though you present your original receipt.

Yes before I went to The Sleep Doctor I was shopping at another store, the customer service was poor, but I went across the street and Shawn is the epitomy of customer service, nice and knowledgeable and he gave his attention to what I needed and the price was amazing!

Had an amazing experience here. The manager was honest and helpful, his name was Jimmy (I think hes from okemos), and I have to say, Im happily surprised by the good service.

Good friendly, knowledgeable customer service but the salesman kept offering us to sell us floor models. They have a wide variety of mattresses and a very clean store.
