Mr. Jerry! I will start with that! I went to Matress Firm immediately needing a mattress/boxspring set; on a budget; and hoping not to deal with a disgruntled Salesman. I got all three! I walked in an had to wait a bit because there were only two Salesman, both with customers. Dont let that deter you, because when Mr. Jerry did help me he was very professional, friendly and helpful in helping me choose a bed that accommodated my budget and back issues. He offered a payment option that worked perfectly for my budget and the application process was quick and painless and I got a great discount (sale). I will be getting my set soon and will come back to leave an updated review, but as a start Id say Matress Firm is a place Id suggest based on product and my customer service experience. The other Salesman, Mr. Mike, had to chip in briefly as well and was also very helpful & friendly. Just to be clear, I dont personally know either gentleman nor was I encourged to say nice things. It was a good experience and I wanted to share. That simple. Enjoy!

Very nice and friendly salespeople. Had a lot to choose from. Told him what I needed and he pointed out my options. Made it very easy for me. Took less than 30 minutes for everything.

The sales man was nice, knowledgeable, and not too pushy, but I didn’t like that he couldn’t just tell me a price without going to his calculator and doing magic calculations. Then he didn’t even mention that mattress firm had a $1000 off or free adjustable base sale, but then his magic figuring turned out to be about that but he should have just said that instead or acting like he was really doing something. I don’t like having to negotiate a price. Also we have to wait 2 weeks to get the mattress. He also acted like we were getting a deal since we were buying two queen mattresses but in reality it was just the $1000 off sale. It didn’t matter how many we were getting. Just be honest! I hope I’ll like my bed when I get it.

Jerry sold me a mattress and adjustable base. I came in after 4pm and he personally called the delivery company to accomodate next day delivery. Red carpet delivery came less than 24hrs later. He took $1,000 off the mattress and discounted the adjustable base by $500 and threw in the mattress protector for free. I couldnt ask for anything more!!!!

We paid over $6000 for an adjustable bed and mattress. We have had it installed less than 3 months and it has already quit working. It been 12 days and they just informed us they dont have technicians in this area. Its probably going to be over a month before the bed gets fixed. Hopefully the covid issues is what has slowed the process down.

It felt as if I was bothering them. 3 salespeople sitting when I walked in. I introduced myself (instead of the other wayaround) and I asked who was gonna sell me a bed. The lack of customer service led me to buy a king mattress, bed, box springs from a competitor down the street for less. Also...the website advertises free delivery, the store wanted a minimum fee of $49. Just poor job overall.

This place is laughable. They wanted $300 for a king size box spring. Just the box spring. Thanks, but no thanks.
