A friend recommended Action Marine for work needed on a pontoon boat. I called and left a message and Crystal called me back. She was extremely helpful, walked me through the process, scheduled the appointment and made me feel at ease. This is my first boat ownership and my first time needing repair work. Rob called me on the day of the appointment to confirm, and by the way, Action Marine travels to were your boat is stored. Rob, called me to let me know the needed repair and the timeline to complete the work, a part needed to be ordered. A few days later, Rob calls to let me know that he will be completing the repair and Crystal calls me later that day to inform me that the repair was completed. The cost of the repair was appropriate for this in home service and the boat tested out great. A couple of weeks later, we ran into an issue with a similar problem and Rob, quickly scheduled a trip back to the boat and addressed the concern. He also asked me to let him know the next time we take the boat out so that he can bring standby, which I did, specifying the date and time. On that day we had no issues and I did not need to call him, but Rob called me anyways the time I gave him, to check and make sure all is going well! I mean who does that anymore? This level of service and commitment to customers far exceeded my expectations!!! No one will ever work on my boat other than Action Marine and I will refer anyone who needs their boat serviced to them!
