READ: Sorry this is going here but it won’t let me submit a claim online. Customer service called me and gave information for another person including the parties address and full name. The rep did not ask me to confirm name, dob, soc or address before GIVING me the parties address and asking me where I wanted to return the equipment. The agent then asked me at the end of the conversation who I was and I told him I was “just a friend” (which I am not) the agent then started talking over me while I was trying to tell him that I wasn’t the party they were looking for and that they shouldn’t just be giving out peoples information. They were looking for a man and I am a WOMEN, you should really do better! Find any other company unless you want your information given out. 💁🏽♀️The conversation started with representative asking for said party when I asked who was calling agent instantly gave out the parties information. BEWARE.
I have ptsc and Windy rocks she made my world much better .it took 4 tripes to shange my service. Only do to the phone being locked sprint took 3days and tries to unlock my phone glad to be with xfinity thanks Windy
Walked in made sure the employee knew why i was not wearing a mask as he continued to say “its company policy”, completely violating my rights in every way, shape, or form was extremely rude do not recommend anyone with health issues to enter the store or try to contact them there is no direct line of service besides in-person and even if your vaccinated they continue to break the law by forcing people to go by a mandate which is not a law as a criminal justice graduate you would think at-least some people would not judge those whom do not where masks or conform to something that is not a law and has not passed through the legislature and continue violating peoples rights. Love your service, not your employees good day!
Love the staff here! Best customer service hands down almost anywhere in Jackson! I am a tech illiterate and they are just freakin patient and awesome! Lol Do right by me and go out of their way too! Grateful.
I walked into the store to get a transfer number to be able to switch my phone service. The representative on the phone said I would be able to get it in person since I didnt have service and I was unable to recieve a text. I was handed a phone caked with stuff on the buttons which indicated to me it hadnt been wiped down in awhile. I was told to call customer service and the representative just walked away to socialize with the other employees. Must be a fun place to work when all you do is socialize. The store was empty and I couldnt understand how I was the only customer in there and I had to service myself. Im still a current customer for internet and will be switching providers as a result.
Great local service until I fell behind because of COVID. I set up a payment agreement and two days after pulling the first payment out of my account they shut me off . And Comcast even admitted it was their mistake but the only way to restore service was to pay the whole remaining balance ($500) after taking 300 two days prior…bad business
I gave them one star because I couldnt figure out how to give them zero. Worst customer service ever. They make their own hours and schedule no matter what you have arranged online. Will never go there again
The wait was long, as is the norm nowadays. We wanted to get WiFi. We told the sales person several times what the address was, she kept saying there was no such address. I told her there is, and again slowly spelled out the address. Finally she gets it right and she says its $100 just to wire the house. I can understand the service fee but $100 to wire a house is asking alot. Especially when its their company we would use. Very disappointed. Nothing like gouging, because you can. Boo comcast!
Representatives here are friendly and very quick to help out. Got greeted as soon as I entered the building. Didnt feel like they were trying to push me into any promotions which I appreciated.

So, so terrible. I had google fiber when I lived in Kansas City and it was the best. I pay twice as much here and can barely stream on one device. Forget asking customer service, their “reboots” won’t make a difference. The worst internet, can’t wait for fiber to obliterate them.
Walked in, was greeted right away. Didn’t have to wait long to be helped, and Wendy had great customer service. Very happy with the service here. Always helpful.

My landline kept going down and I kept losing my recording. So, they sent a guy and he said my equipment was old and decaying and took it out. Then he tells me 6 months ago everyone gets 20 hours of free recording now and not 200. But you can upgrade your package and pay to save shows. Im must be Your Cash cow!

I pay my bills on time and I live in town literally five minutes away from an xfinity store. Yet my network loses connection for a day or two at least twice a month and i get high ping with latency. Ive called the 1-800 and theyve told me they have to send someone out to come and look at it within the next five days. Then the next day its back up and running without anyone coming out to look at it. Seriously worst customer service help line and especially the fact that this continues to happen is why Im going to at&t. I pay for 300mb download speed and get service about as reliable as frontier Xfinitys 🗑

Jeremy waited on me and stayed on the line and checked back often to take our seasonal package Off so we could get our internet and tv back on. He also checked our package that we had. We found a new package and he saved us money without losing our channels. He was very helpful. Thanks Jeremy

Comcast has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their cable got ripped out of the side of my house and I can’t even talk to a human being. I’ve been without WiFi for 4 weeks. The automated system keeps trying to recent my modem while the cable line is laying in the front yard. I’ll never use these idiots again.

The person I talked to on the phone was a little confused, or wasnt listening to me. I still do not have internet as I asked for. It has been a week since now.Previous service was OK. Prices always seem to compound from what you start out to get though.
Nice little store front in the strip mall just south of I-94. The only place in the Comcast footprint in Jackson with real people you can talk to. Great for picking up or dropping off equipment or changing services. Gave this five stars for the employees and the cleanliness of the store.Comcast on the other hand, I would give NEGATIVE five stars if it were possible!It is impossible to contact them via phone. I drove nearly 40 miles to change my service and return equipment because the store in my area is permanently closed.

Awful service. Has been stealing money from me by charging my account for 1g yet I only recieve 500-600 megabytes. When I try to call and speak to a manager they refuse to let me speak to one. I highly recommend finding a different company.

20 years of service with Comcast and I cant even get a person to talk to about my e-mail. They wont allow you to speak with an agent, just keeps telling you to go to the web. Worst company in the history of digital technology. 3 Phone calls and right back to Go to the web . The attorney general needs to do some investigation on this company. They have zero problems taking your money and upping the cost, but the service is the worse then its ever been. Horrible company. If I had any other choice in my area this would all be behind me. Total incompetence. A company so large they have lost control.

I went in over a week ago to get internet. They had to create my address and told me it would only be a couple of days. Went in multiple times and nothing changed. Still waiting on a call back from them. Ended up going down the road and getting internet with AT&T instead.
I hate dealing with Xfinity. I wish they did not monopolize the service. If i didnt have kids i would not use them at all. Staff are very offensive and ignorant.
I stopped in to sign up for home internet service. Tyler was more than helpful in showing me the options. He took the time to explain self install in detail, even drawing diagrams. :) Tyler also made sure I had every piece I might need. Friendly, helpful staff and reliable, reasonably priced service.
People that work at the store are great, but the price for the quality of service is horrendous. My wifi works maybe 1/2 the time at best. If there were better options in Jackson Id go for them, unfortunately there arent.
New, modern store. I especially like the fact that I can deal with the well trained staff without bullet proof glass separating us. The store has displays of much of the equipment Comcast sells plus a collection of headphones, speakers and the like for sale. I also found the staff to be helpful and friendly
Store folks are great. 800# customer service call center not so much. Tried to use web based call back tool and its broken. Used 800# call back and an hour later rep calls me back, issue must have been too tough for him to handle so he looks into issue only to put me back into the 2 hour hold abyss. Still waiting for call back and soultion!
Excellent had everything I needed for my new Note 10+, and my wifes IPhone 11 Pro. The person that helped us was very knowledgeable and found all the items we asked for. Love the store.
We visited on Sunday to have our cell phones transferred to Xfinity mobile. An employee named Lance helped us. Even though it took almost three hours to transfer one of our phones Lance was patient and professional. You dont see that very much anymore and we appreciate it! Thank you Lance!!

Hidden additional fees everywhere. DO NOT take any free or discounts they give out because they will include hidden fees to everything. Terrible latency connection and all the customer service does is give excuses and blame the customers. I am an ex government tech so I know when Im getting straight BS. Also the website conveniently does not allow you to manage your account so you must go through the phone system so you can get a tech(sales man with trashy manners) trying to keep you from removing all of the hidden fees and generally waste your time. If you can, get internet from anyone else. Save yourself the headache.
Worst cell phone store Ive ever dealt with. How am I suppise to know they do inventory on a certain day so they cant give out a sim card I drove an hour to pick up?? Ill never deal with these idiots again!!!!!!
Fast, reliable customer service. I was in for a router exchange and wasnt even there for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, when I went to leave my vehicle wouldnt start, so when I went back in to ask if anyone would be willing to give me a jump, one of the customer service ladies working there grabbed her keys and walked right out to help me out, no questions asked. I am truly grateful for that.

Lately i have been having to reset my modem multiple times daily just to get to tv for a couple hours and i cant reach anyone cuz they just keep offering me to reset my modem and call back in 10 mins but when i do they say the same thing

I went there to return one if my boxes of the 5 I rent only to be told I have a 5 package deal and turning 1,in my cost would go up 5 dollars a month.Go figure.People should understand that com cast wants you to continue renting there equipment witch cost us a lot of $$$.in bought a roku to try and as long as you have WiFi it works by streaming the xfinity app.so Im buying 3 more so I can turn those bedroom boxes in +I bought my own modem from amazon for 78$.Now I can return xfinity theres 11$ a month rent a month.smh.
I came into the Xfinity store, and there were 5 employees in the store and only 1 customer.They made me sit and wait until the only employee that was actually helping a customer got done.Everybody else was literally just standing around doing absolutely nothing.And this is the type of service you get for almost $200 a month?What a shitshow...

Although the people were nice when I return my equipment of course everyone knows what happened Xfinity is now saying I did not return my equipment LOL classic what a bumbling bunch of idiots. I was going to take pictures of myself returning everything for this very reason and I didnt for some reason. I wished I had now my instincts were correct.
This company has the very worst5 customer service In the history of the world. Thier customer service staff is in a foreignCountry, can barely speak english. They are incompetent and when they dont know how to fix the problem, they put you on hold then come back and tell you everything is perfect eventho they post you r payment to a strrangers account. To speak to an american you have to tell them you want to schedule your account for disconnect, then you get up close and personal. Once you have finally gotten rid of them, they still dont disconnect your service. I cant wait till my contract is up

I love Comcast they are always running great deals and they have great service I love the package we have it dont cost too much and it seems like everything we could want we have. My kid enjoys all the kids channels they offer too.
If you enjoy your sanity, and youd like to keep it, I suggest giving Comcast a wide berth. The representatives are nice enough, but they will outright lie to you, because they know they have a monopoly. They have ridiculous fees, and will add services to your bill without authorization. Unfortunately, if you live in Jackson, there arent really any other options. You can get screwed over by Comcast or you can go without Internet. Either way, you wont leave this store in a good mood.
There are rental fees on everything now. We had only one non HD box in our living room and that has a fee now to. Just the regular box and modem rental is now $18.00 a month. They are the only cable internet in our area. Only DSL is available if you do not choose them but we have several devices so we have no choice. Bought a ROKU and my own modem and Im still paying more then I was before my contract with Comcast expired. Total rip off. They will not work with you anymore.
Got me in okay. Customer service was rude. They dont listen well and are very dismissive to customer problems. Went in with a problem, left with no resolve. I thought theyd want to keep a loyal existing customer happy. I have since dropped them as my provider for better and more reliable service.
I dont know why I expected anything else from Comcast. This is really my least favorite company to work with on any level. Just imagine if they actually had any competition in most places.
The glorious service of Comcast. A tale as old as time. Go online set up appointment to give this sloppy conglomerate more of our human money that we work hard for (but they obviously dont). I say to myself I would like faster internet and their website says back how about Tuesday does that work!!!? I confirm to find out that they didnt even confirm my appointment, so now I must wait another 3 days for this sub par expensive internet. Let me ask you this Comcast do you think your stocks are plummeting into the abyss because your customer service is extraordinarily awful or maybe because you constantly LIE about the internet speeds youre giving people to save god knows what type of monopoly money you arent even spending. Comcast as a company is junk.. Datacaps...unrealistic internet speeds advertised... India customer service...I get better reliability out of my trash company
If no stars were available or negative ones that would be it!I will NEVER EVER recommend Comcast/Xfinity to anyone. I cancelled my account, turned in my equipment, and disconnected my service in February. Have all the receipts showing so. Come March I receive a bill for dates after my service was turned off. Called customer service and they said it was a misprint and that indeed my account is closed and I should receive a refund for the prorated amount since I terminated before the end of the billing cycle. Waited for a reflection to show this, and come now I receive the April bill. Charging me once again for a service that I have shut off and have no equipment for. Call customer service once again and then told that it is active and asked if I wanted to resume my service. I was told by two other customer reps before this that my account was closed and I would receive a refund. Now Im being told that it isnt?!? No, I dont want to continue a service that I have already replaces with AT&T for much cheaper I will add and they dont play games with my account to steal more money from their customers! I want the money back that you owe me and to be done with this horrible company. If youre looking for internet or cable, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
